Amazing customer service. My daughters ears are beautiful and their jewelry is beautiful.

I got my ears pierced here a while ago and had a great time they are now healed with beutiful earrings. The customer service was outstanding.

Rude and condescending customer service. Just because a customer may need something explained to them in more detail does not mean that the staff should talk down to them and make them feel as though they have done something wrong. Please address the way employees engage in customer service interactions.

I am not jeannie..she is my daughter..but I came to your place of business and had my ears pierced..The service was not bad..but the young lady seemed in a hurry to get it done..and get back to those she was working with..The one ear really hurt when she did it and the holes grew back..when I took off the earrings..a week later..It was soooo..disappointing..
