Never responds to messages. No phone number to call- will send you away if you walk in. Extremely unprofessional! I had several issues with my piercing within a month of having it done and reached out on many occasions for advice or help- and no response. If you are someone who has difficulties with piercings or have a question after you pay- be warned! This place just cares about your money… once they get your money don’t matter.

Randi was so amazing with my daughter today! My daughter has some sensory and anxiety trouble, especially concerning pain in any way. She was very nervous, but Randi eased her fears and gently talked her through the whole process perfectly! She was very professional, exceptionally clean, and genuinely a kind and friendly person to work with my daughter today. I highly recommend her for any of your piercing needs. I had an amazing experience getting my industrial piercing! Randi was personable and informative. She walked me through everything I needed to know and discussed placement and jewelry with me before we actually did the piercing. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. The shop was super clean and also very comfortable. I don’t know why they bother having a phone number if no one’s gonna answer the phone. I’ve called his place like 20 times in the last two days. I obviously emailed them my question (not answered still), but if they are open you’d think someone would pick up a ringing phone.

I’ve been wanting to get my nose re-pierced for years. I searched Facebook groups for reviews on seacoast piercers and dozens of people recommended Randi. I am so grateful for her & her knowledge. She was professional, friendly informative and her studio was clean. Also COVID cautious. I will be back for sure!

I went with my cousin yesterday to have our ears pierced for the first time and Randi was awesome! She was patient, experienced, explained the procedure and what she was doing, and answered all of our many questions. The piercing was quick and practically painless--and her tools and the room itself were clean. On top of it all, she offers excellent prices! I went to Pinnacle for a genital piercing. Randi made everything very comfortable and professional. She talked me through the piercing, was thorough with her information about aftercare, and was friendly the whole way through. The entire studio was clean and she her covid-specific precautions were very evident.

Took my 16 year old daughter for her nose piercing. Randi was AMAZING! Now I have many piercings myself, and never have I ever had a piercer calmly explain everything was well as she did! This was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. I felt 100% comfortable and while I’ve had issues with other piercings (infections/sensitivity), I was never made to feel dumb for asking questions or inquiring about the process. I am so happy with my piercing and will definitely come back when I’m ready for another one!

The woman who runs this place is thorough, informative, and careful. She keeps the place and her equipment clean, which is important since so many places around NH are surprisingly unsanitary. Would highly recommend going here for a piercing.

Randi was awesome! I went in without an appointment and she took me right away. She made me feel comfortable and informed, walked me through the piercing process as well as the equipment she would be using and the sterilization process for the tools, and pierced me quickly and with minimal pain (Im a bit of a wimp). By talking to me the whole way through, Randi ensured that I got final say as far as jewelry and placement options while still making sure that I made the best choices within her knowledge as a professional piercer. And, on top of all of that, everything was super fair priced! I will definitely be back.

I just pierced my ear today, and the piercer made it super easy and comfortable to get it done. She counted down before inserting the needle through my ear. She explained the whole process before doing the step she described. She told me the process of taking care of my ear and what not to do to make it heal faster. She also said you can contact her with any questions which is amazing. If I was going to get another piercing, I would come back here again. Though it was a hard place to find, it was worth finding. Just look for the sign piercing and youll find it.

Everything was very clean and sanitary, the service and prices were excellent, and the owner was extremely helpful and honest. She went through every step before and again during the piercing process, which I found helped calm my nerves and made it much less painful. She was ready to answer our questions about taking care of our piercings afterwards as well. My sister has gotten two ear piercings at Pinacle Body Piercing, and she said the experience was just as great the second time around! I certainly enjoyed it, and will be recommending this place to everyone!

Randi is awesome. She has over 10 years experience. She has done 10 of my piercings so far and Ive watched her do countless others. She is very thorough with telling you what is going to happen before she pierces you and after with cleaning and care instructions. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their first or 15th piercing to go see her. She operates out of her own shop which is just piercing, no tattooing. Prices a great, I couldnt be happier! Place isnt even called this . It says Portsmouth piercing co. On the sign. It says on Google they open at 12. I traveled there just to find out theyre not even open till 1230. I havent even been inside and Im just not impressed by any of it.
