Mike diagnosed my 2013 Nissan Altima and recommended I take it to the dealer. Nissan CVTs are too much of a mess for regular mechanics. I appreciate Mikes widom and honesty.

I had a loud squeaky noise whenever my car moved. Took it there and they looked at it right away. Turns out it was a pebble that got jammed behind the rotor. Quick fix so they didnt charge anything. I tipped them and ordered a some food from dominos across the street to be delivered there. They dont know how much it made my day and how much stress I have had lately. The dealer chargers $160 to even look at it. Thanks again and I hope you enjoy the food!

Man my first time coming to AMS, an they are outstanding! Very informal, trustworthy and unmatched customer service. With the load of work I was told they had and they was still able to finish my car in a short period o time. They straight business without giving you the run around. Many of these reviews are from the owner having multiple accounts. Everyone should be weary of a business that has no negative reviews and all reviews are 5 stars. No business is perfect. From what Ive heard from an ex employee is the one owner (the asian guy) is a real bad person to deal with and he rips customers off by using cheapest parts he can find and charges dealer prices for them. If you come back with a problem, its YOUR problem, not his.

They are honest! Brought a car in with a perceived problem, they looked at it, and said there was nothing wrong. That is not what the dealership said. I will always bring my car into AMS.

First of all, Id like to say that my review is not based on any work that was done at this shop but the customer service that was given to me when I called these gentlemen about an estimate. The gentleman I spoke to was very honest about the quality and cost of the replacing a catalytic converter but also gave me a few suggestions on how to improve the performance of my vehicle and potentially prevent having to replace the catalytic converter in the first place. A few days later, I did as suggested, and voila, my check engine light turned off and I noticed an increase in performance in my vehicle. Its nice to find honest people nowadays.

Fantastic mechanics and customer service! They always perform the necessary work in order to get you bank on the road. They dont offer services for things that are not needed or push for more expensive products. I drive from out of state and have my car serviced at AMS because I know that they run a quality business.

I would like to thank AMS, and his team of auto repair technicians, for their work on my truck. I needed a new fuel pump, and I was told they were very busy, however they would do their best to assist me. They had my truck repaired the next day. I cant say enough for the service provided. The service and staff are excellent here, and the prices seem very reasonable. This shop just became my go-to for any car repairs I need.They diagnosed the problem quickly, and worked a little later than their posted hours to try and get my car fixed before the end of the day so that I could have it back before the work week. Not only did they address all my concerns with the car, but they also found problems in the workmanship of another shop and advised me to take it back to them to get it fixed under warranty.I strongly recommend AMS!

The very first time I visited, It was the dead of winter and my defroster fan wasnt working (So my windshield was icing over, constantly). I took the car in, and as I was explaining the issue, they sent someone out to look at it, who came back in, said the wiring was bad, but they fixed it up. They let me drive off the lot, fan working fine, for free.The ended up stopping again at the first speed bump, so I had to go back and get it fixed for good, but these guys are honest, and wont try and make you pay for something you dont need.

9/30/2014I normally have a friend do my basic car maintenance. I have had two major repairs back to back on my vehicle and my wifes vehicle.. Ouch. My mechanic, who works at another shop recommended Ams for these two big jobs. I was pleasantly surprised by both the speed and price of the work. They were pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them in the future. The one job in particular was priced way below what I thought I was going to have to pay. They are honest and again I would recommend them. Btw the two jobs were 1. a spark plug blew out of the head of my wifes car and 2. The four wheel drive on my burb needed work plus I also needed replacement of my exhaust manifold gaskets.

If you want it done right with a fair price go to Ams.
