I would not trust any of my vehicles especially a Mercedes or BMW with any person other than Mitch. Honest, high-quality service and fair pricing for a luxury car. Its not everyday that you see the owner of the shop, working the hardest but at Hi-line you will. 6-star recommendation!

Fair pricing, honest service, they try to find the budgetary and simple solution to fix the issue, they did not charge me for computer diagnostic. My story: I got a check engine light and air bag light. Went to dealer. Paid $90 for diagnostic. Dealer said I need $1,500 to fix issues. Found this amazing place, Mitch took a look. Mitch found solution to fix the issues for $60. Feel very happy with the service!!!

They are honest and reasonable. Another shop told me Id need a new alternator. Mitch found a broken wire coming off of the alternator and saved me a bunch of money! Car lovers for sure! Highly recommend

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection in November of last year. The only time. They said that the PPI would take about an hour. After 30 minutes I got the car back and the only thing they mentioned was a broken spring in the rear. Other than that they said the BMW is in a perfect condition, aside from a broken spring. I ended up purchasing the car based on their seal of approval, and since then (last 6 months), Ive had the following issues while not driving the car for even 3,000 miles!!!:-Transmission was lurching from 2-1 shift, which prompted a transmission fluid and pan change. This I was aware of during the test drive, but they never mentioned it.-The front drivers side axle was bent and had to be replaced.-There was a squeaking noise from the front (which I noticed during the test drive but for some reason they didnt) I had to have the serpentine belt and pulley replaced, which fixed this issue.-I had to replace a turbo coolant line, which was leaking under the engine cover, which just shows that they never removed it.-The drivers side brake sensor was ripped. The previous owner had coded the error away instead of replacing it. This was visible right away when the wheel was taken off, which shows that they didnt even take the wheels off during inspection.-The seat belt error was coded away and came on after 1000 miles. Dealership said that this error was visible if they had hooked it up to the computer.Here comes the worst part though: The car has severe valve stems and timing chain issues. It is smoking from the tail pipe and consuming about 1 qt of oil every 750 miles! The BMW dealership is aware of issues with this engine and are covering about 55% of the cost, but they said that this car was in a bad condition for years and would never have passed a PPI at their location. I have to pay at least $6,500 for this last repair alone.Please be aware that these guys do not do what they are paid to do. A simple $120 PPI has turned into over $10,000 worth of repairs for me. I am looking into all options now.

Had my GL 550 to the dealership and they said there were $14-30k of repairs needed. Had it towed to Hi-Line and they diagnosed the issues and repaired it for under $1400. Vehicle is running great.

They are amazing mechanics! They helped me so many times and actually take the time to find out whats wrong with your car. My car wouldnt stop shutting on an off and they were the only place that figured out the problem. They are very well priced and very friendly. I definitely recommend them!

Mitch and his team have been working on my 911 turbo for some time now. Their prices are very fair, and theyre always super transparent and honest about whats going on with the car and what needs to be done. Definitely recommend them to anyone with any European cars, they know what their doing.
