Our sales manager was very experienced & well informed. He was able to answer every question & make sound recommendations. We were promptly served, and left completely satisfied.

My fiancé and I went to mattress firm and John helped us(I don’t think that was his usual location, he said he was a manager helping out). He was fantastic!! He asked us our budget and he only showed us mattresses that were within that. My fiancé likes firm and I like soft. John was incredibly helpful and answered every question we had so we were able to find the perfect mattress! He also got us a really good deal which I’m very grateful for.

We came into the store pretty clueless about what kind of mattress we wanted but Joseph asked a few clarifying questions and narrowed us down to a handful of candidates. Joe is a great person and super friendly. I ordered something on line and it was damaged. After 2 weeks of emailing and calling corporate customer service, I called the store for help to replace the damaged frame. Within a day Joe called and told me he got approval to exchange the frame. I have made other purchases from the store and never had any issues. I can honestly say purchase direct from this store and they will treat you right. Thanks again Joe!!

Probably the best Mattress shopping experience you can get in this side of Illinois. Joe Nowak the salesman was an exemplar in salesmanship and helped us understand the products, and cared about what we wanted to buy. He helped us get the mattress we love while at an amazing price. Will come back to this store next time we want a mattress. Very highly recommended.

We were greeted by Joseph as soon as we walked in. He was nice, not a pushy salesman. Showed us what we were looking for and the difference. Price was perfect for us. We are happy with the experience.

We went in just to price check, told the salesman we were just price checking. Won’t say any names but he was very rude to us when he found out we could not afford it at that exact moment. He literally laughed at us. Planned to go back after we crunched the numbers but will be going to a different store instead.

Absolutely worst experience Ive had. Bed was out of stock, but wasnt told until a day before it was supposed to be delivered. Frame was not put together correctly and had to get a new one and put it together myself. Nothing would have been done had I not complained loudly. Its been a joke from day one. BTW - corporate offices dont care about the retailer.

Went here for a last min box spring, a suggestion after stopping at the one in Willowbrook (the lady there was extremely helpful too) and they didnt have what I needed. Anthony was super helpful and nice. He gave me suggestions on not only the best box spring for what I needed, but also helped me with suggestions on how to best get it home. He even helped me strap it down. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service

My recommendation:: Do not purchase any product from this store!!! It sounds great to try for 120 days however there are many hidden costs they do not explain to you clearly at the purchase of the mattress/spring boxes. Additionally, Tony is No Longer at this location.

Support the local brick and mortar. Needed a bed asap, selection, service, warranty was spot on. Im and it in 30 minutes.
