The store is filled with a wide variety of items ranging from hoodies/sweatshirts, CBD oils, phones, chargers, etc. I went in because my iPhone stopped charging and would not turn on. I walked out with a new (original) charging cable that solved my problem for only $14. The guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and friendly. The prices offer are lowered than what can be found at competitors. However, that low price comes at a cost: in terms of quality of replacement screens they use, the quality of their labor, and the customer service from the manager. When my screen was first repaired there were clear separations from the base of the phone and the screen. It was so widespread, for example, that you could see bright lights of the phone escaping through the cracks around the phone. This problem was coupled with ghost touches, a problem that still exists today despite a second repair. Prior to the second repair, I went into the store for a fix, but was met with a younger gentleman who told me to come back because only his manager does the screen repairs. All in all, the quality of materials and labor is not worth the price, however lower than the competition it may be. Take your business elsewhere. **Edited to reflect this review does not address the comments responded to by the owner. Rather, this review is a reflection of the indisputable facts that 1. It took the manager three separate times to replace the screen. 2. The manager confirmed he is not an authorized partner of Motorola. Therefore, he uses off-brand, sub-quality parts. Original review stands: your time and money are worth more than this store offers unless you are in severe financial or time constraints. If that applies, this store, only then, is worth your consideration.

Called the place I usually get my phone fixed at and they wanted $130 and it would take 2-3 hours, here, he fixed it in about 10 minutes and it cost around $85. Only problem is the home button on my iPhone is a little loose but bringing that back to be repaired. Would recommend to everyone, great prices and fast service!

Extremely fast and professional service. I cracked my phone after work and the screen replacement took about 20 minutes. He even put a screen protector on for me. The 30 day warranty is also great. T-Mobile wanted $250 for a screen replacement (and I even pay them for warranty, I have no idea why). It also really helps that they are open until 8:30 PM - I did not want to go to work with a cracked screen. The poor reviews of this establishment are complete scams. Keep up the good work.

Stay away.. Jesse is a crook.. while replacing the screen on my iPhone 5s, he quietly swapped a perfectly good iPhone battery with another bad one. I went from having 2 days of use time on this iPhone to 2 hours. No amount of pleading helped. He wanted another $39 to replace the battery. .. there seem to other 5* reviews here that .. some of them look fake based on details and user profile..The response below by the owner shows his lovely customer service and calling your own customer a liar & thief.. Way to go.. I have never used this shop before this time and I never will again.

Ive bought my last six phones from this place, for myself and my children. I wish I could remember the guys name. He is so attentive. He even sets everything up in the phone, backing up files, apps, etc. (for tech novices like me). He also usually knows about the carrier plans and suggest ways for you to save money. The staff is always patient. I would be hard pressed to purchase or have a phone repaired anywhere else.

I had a broken charge port on my phone and this place was the cheapest near me, so I thought I would go here. However, it was a huge mistake. This place is a tobacco shop that doubles as an electronics repair store. They not only didnt fix my charge port, but they also broke my screen and charged me $50 even though they didnt do anything. They told me the device wasnt fixable and that the screen was broken when they got it. I took it to a different repair store and they pulled some lint out of the charge port and now it works. DO NOT GO HERE. Yes it is cheap, but you are getting crappy parts, customer service, and dishonesty when you go here.

No one was able to fix my phone tried numerous places and bingo these guys did it in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so very much.

THINK TWICE! I got my iphone 6 plus screen replaced there about a month an a half ago. I have had to go back twice because half of the screen stopped responding to touch. It has now stopped working for the third time in a month and a half. It is now past the 30 day guarantee. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. I took it into another repair shop and they told me the screen is faulty. Now I have to go elsewhere to have my phone repaired. WHAT A WASTE!! They may have cheaper price but doesnt make a difference if you having to pay to go elsewhere.
