My phone wouldnt charge. After working on it for 5 minutes they had it fixed and ready to go at minimal cost.

Although the business could use a bit of tidying up, the service was fast and professional.

As a self proclaimed expert of cell phone repair shops, (I break/crack a lot of screens, not my best trait) I can tell you this place was the best one I’ve dealt with! The owner was friendly, the service took less than 20 min, and the price was great! If you need any phone service, I’d highly recommend taking your phone here!

I think I had a bad luck with the phone in general and, in particular, with this place. My sons phone started to show the problem with holding the charge and charging in general and there were a few cracks (that were not too bad, but still bothered him). Because of the covid situation our insurance company suggested to do the work in a local store. I have to say that my family was lucky with the phones and we never repaired them. In the first place, I was receiving every day a new estimate for the same work so the price went from $280 to almost $400 in 5 days (Google Pixel 4xl screen and battery), so I decided not to deal with them (each employee was raising the price. I believe the first estimate was from the owner).In the internet I found this shop with very good reviews. I was said it will take 3-5 days and only brand parts would be used to repair the phone. Well, it took 3.5 weeks to replace the battery and screen, but a part of the screen was not responding (the price for the repair was $280). Good, I found out in the shop and I did not pay for the repair. They told me that they, probably, got a wrong screen and offered to leave the phone till next day. They also said that they most likely, will be not able to do anything because they would need to order a new screen from China. I asked to put old screen back and return the phone. However, they answered that this is not possible and they do not have my screen anymore. Next day, they called me and told that the screen was good (they checked it on a different phone somewhere), but the phone is broken. The phone was insured and my company asked me to get a letter from this repair store explaining the problem. The person in the store promised to provide the letter by 5 pm or in the morning next day at the latest. Well, in 3 days I still did not receive a letter (the same story was repeated by phone every day). After that, I was said that I have to be patient because they are making me a favor. My sons 10 mo phone was in this repair shop for 4 weeks (to replace screen and battery) and I am getting a lecture about patience.After that I contacted our insurance company, told the agent this story and I was advised to get phone back and send it to them. The shop gave the phone (surprisingly, they found my old screen and put it back. The back of the phone was scratched and something was wrong with the speaker, according to my son. I agree that slot for the speaker looked empty (maybe it was displaced?). Also there was something sticky around the edge of the back side). The shop did not charge me.To complete the story - It took 4 days (including 2 overnight shipments) to repair the phone through the insurance company. The phone is working perfectly fine. I am very glad that we had insurance.

Made my day. Was done replacing my iPhone 6s screen in under an hour. Didnt even mind waiting for it. Feel at ease and get it done.***UPDATE: have gone back numerous times because of touch screen issues. Still touch screen issues, Siri only understands me through Bluetooth, and the sensor that dims the phone is working irregularly. These new iPhones may need a more proficient tool or more precise application, so Id recommend Apple for screen repairs.

They fixed my daughters iPhone 6. The guy at this place is really honest. He was very straight up about what was going on with the phone and made me feel comfortable with the repairs. The work was done on the spot and the price was very fair. I highly recommend.

The best customer experience ever

Went to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 6. Took not even 10 minutes and the battery is working well so far. I will say the interior of the place looks a bit strange, a mix between a convenience store and a phone repair shop. If they have the funds, they should try and make it look more official. Otherwise, great service, friendly people, fast service. Would recommend.

My daughter dropped my S9 plus. The screen was completely shattered and the metal around the edge of the phone was bent. I thought that I was going to have to do an insurance claim and pay the insane deductible. Thankfully I checked out this place first. Yaz fixed my phone for much less than what the deductible wouldve cost me and had it back to me the same day. I highly recommend.

I went to have my glass/LCD repaired on my iPhone 7. The guy was super nice. It took only 30 minutes (because there was one customer ahead of me) and looks great. Their prices are also low compared to other repair places.

I had dropped my Galaxy S8 which I switched the shock absorb protector back in June. The drop caused crack in upper lefthand corner. Took phone to Batteries Plus and they supposedly fixed my screen, however, the screen continued to crack with slightest drop of phone or just being placed in top of my purse. Brought phone here to Yaz who discovered the screen was not repaired correctly. Took two days, but now my phone is fixed correctly. Thank you Yaz, you are fabulous! Highly recommend this place as Yaz is honest and thorough.

Dont let their very reasonable prices fool you: this is NOT a cut-the-corners-to-maximize-profit kind of business. These guys, and their prices, ARE FAIR and HONEST; they are thorough and detail oriented when it comes to their work, and they stand by their repairs until the issue is fully resolved. I had some trouble with a defective replacement part and the RepairCenter tech did not rest until my devise was fully functional! Not once did they make me feel incompetent or taken advantage of or like the problems were my fault. High quality work and high quality customer service.

These guys were GREAT! Aymen and Shaun were very respectful and, although they were out of my particular screen at the moment, managed to get the screen and repair the phone within a couple of hours (although the repair took only 20 minutes). I am leaving the country in the morning and they got me going with plenty of time to spare, checking all of the features (phone, sound, etc...) to verify all was in good working condition before I left.Sometimes, as an IT ignorant female, these types of places can be about as intimidating as an auto mechanic. Its easy to be taken advantage of when you really dont know much about it. There was no up-selling, no manipulation to convince me it costs more, just down-home, good, honest guys providing a service at a very fair price!I think they might have the best job ever -- solving seemingly major crisis within minutes!I highly recommend them!

My iphone needed the glass replaced. I walked in the store and was greeted by the technician Ayman who was very kind. He was able to replace the glass while I stood there in about 10 minutes. The cost was about $50.00 which was so much less than I had expected. The store front is unassuming but the reviews had been wonderful which led me to this place. I highly recommend Phone Repair & More. Ayman was also repairing a IPAD right after he repaired my phone. I am not sure what else he repairs. Ayman was really great!

Go at your own risk. I went to this shop after reading the prior reviews on google and it was a mistake. My phone had recently fell out of my bag and the screen had completely cracked so I went ahead and enquired about the prices in the area and ended up going here to get it fixed. He told me it would be done in two days and then the next day I got a call from the personal saying that it couldnt be done and that when he tried to open the back panel, he couldnt and would need to drill through the battery and I would also need to get that replaced along with screen nowNever before had I heard of a such an invasive method to repair screens so I decided to get it looked at again some other repair professional on Roosevelt Road instead and had him open up the phone in front of me which he did within a few minutes.I was told the personal at Phone Repair Centre had actually DAMAGED THE CONNECTOR FOR THE BATTERY already before even calling to ask about drilling my phone and he was only asking because he knew he had already done that. So, not only did I have to get my screen replaced but also get a new battery because of this place which cost me $140 in repair cost. The people working here are AMATEURS and DISHONEST. Unless theyre willing to pay the price for full repair cost, I will not take this review back. I wouldnt have taken the time out to write this long of a review if it didnt matter. Save your money, your time and your sanity by NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE. ITS SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.

IMPRESSIVE!!!!! My phone decided not to power on this morning. Did some research and found this small business and decided to schedule an appointment as soon as they opened. Nick and Ayman looked at my old LG G5 and told me to come back in 30 minutes. Came back and my phone was fixed!!!!!
