I’m in the Downers Grove Office Depot up to three times per week as they’re a shipping drop-off point. The staff is always courteous and professional as they patiently make receipts for those packages. To work through a small customer problem on my end, I needed to recover an item left the previous day for pickup. I arrived early at the store to find a deep clean was in progress, and they were closed to customers at that time. However, a member of the staff recognized me, opened the door, and helped with the recovery. This dedication to service is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The fax machine sends about 1 page per minute. I faxed 28 pages....plus, it was expensive. Do not recommend.

16 dollars is the cheapest Ethernet cable they sell?? Waste of time driving here, whatever office supplies you need you can get for a fifth of the price on Amazon.

This is the place to go!! I had to get a new printer so I went to Best Buy and Office Max and I walked out empty handed.Troy was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ken at check out was very personable.Go there and you will be happy you did, really good people!

I have been a loyal Office Depot/Office Max customer for some time now and this store is an excellent example of why I keep coming back. The staff was super friendly, one gentleman who was leaving for lunch, made it a point to stop and make sure to offer his assistance with our purchase. The woman who rang us out was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We had purchased a desk and chair and they were kind enough to help us load both items in the car, all while having smiles on their faces. I appreciate the high level of customer service we received today and the great selection of office supplies and furniture and will definitely be returning for all my office needs!

I ordered Chromebook online to pick up at this store. I later found out some issues with the Chromebook and when I taled to a guy there he said that how Chromebook was and hung up on me. Workers at this store are so rude.

Everyone else is very helpful but whenever I walk in the manager is always leaning up against something and on his phone. Immediately pawns me off onto another employee. It looks really bad. If you are a manager you should be just as involved as the other employees are. Just cuz ur a manager doesn’t mean you get to slack off. Shouldn’t he know how to make copies too. A manager should be well educated on what they can do in there store and how it operates. It’s annoying and lazy. It’s never crazy busy in there either. He can help out....I unfortunately have to come to this location because it’s close. I appreciate his staff, they do a great job. Why does his staff know more than him though? This is the General Manager, Rick!

I’d put a zero for today’s experience but that wasn’t an option. And the store manager was right there! I asked an associate for help, gave me the brush off. Clearly didn’t understand what I needed. The other associate moves at a rate of a turtle. Manager took off for the day. Thanks for making me wait for over a hour, and I would still be waiting until I gave up and left. This is very poor customer service and I was handled poorly by 3 company associates. One of which was a manager.

My review is mostly for Office Depots Print Center. My company needs a LOT of printed materials so were always stopping in and having things printed up. Tara and her crew seem to know us by name, and their very pleasant to work with. They back their work 100%. I highly recommend them!

I was at the Woodridge location stayed in line ( and I was first in the line of 5 people waiting for service, not even a hello or. Ill be right with you as soon as I can, etc. After 12 minutes of waiting went do to the Downers Grove Location, one person being serviced, but wait: eye contact, a hello and 6 minutes later. I finished with my order, thanked and processed by Mrs. Nikki at this location. She multi tasked and spoke to people. Im spending money someplace where I welcomed to shop. I noticed staff was low, but I was acknowledged as a costomer first, then serviced. Wont ever go back to Woodridge location even thought its closer to my home.

First spoke to Barry who was rude and dismissive. Then was transferred to Terry who was even worse and refused to answer any questions and literally laughed at my question. Take my business somewhere else.

I called to ask something i saw in there website i was told they didnt have in their store wich is fine me..my complain is after he said we dont have it,i was half way saying ok thank you and before i could finish they hung up on me with attitude very rude..then called back to talk to manager and he was just as rude you guys need to education classes apparently

The crew over in Downers Grove is absolutely great they helped with everything answered all my questions and we even laughed and joked around made my visit there much more pleasant the prices are halfway decent have a lot of stuff go check it out
