Had my car washed and detailed today at the Delta Sonic on Ogden. It had not been detailed in forever, and was overdue. Brad did a phenomenal job!! It was so clean, I was nervous to get in it and drive 🤣. My seats were deep conditioned and they are so shiny - the car looks brand new. Not a single fingerprint in sight, and nothing was overlooked. Even the inside pockets of the doors were cleaned. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend going to see Brad!

After getting my brand new rims curbed by Fullers down the street I was very weary of using another carwash anytime soon, by recommendation of one of my customers that also got her wheels curbed by Fullers I decided to visit Delta Sonic today.Not only the attendant at the booth was super professional and knowledgeable (didnt get his name, I came in around 5:40pm on 10/23), he understood why I was worried about taking my car to a car wash after Fullers destroyed my wheels.Not only my car was sparkling clean there was no damage on my wheels or leftover soap.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Scott and Gavin did an amazing job detailing my Hyundai Santa Fe. Both of these employees were extremely professional and courteous. The job was also completed in half the time I was told at the start of the job. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Everything I ask for was completed in a timely manner. This Delta Sonic on Ogden Avenue is my go to store even though it is a little longer drive. I use this car wash several times each month. Great job to both Scott & Gavin!!

So delta sonic detail manger Ethan is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever talked on the phone with. I have my car detail and the young person tells me to leave my key in car. I receive my car from them leave and pick my Son up from football practice at Downers North HS. As I get to our next location which is a clothing store on the south-side of Downers. AI find out the key fob is missing and my car is off. When I call Ethan he states that he does non of his staff have it there pocket, which he determined in 2min. When asked to check garbage cans he stated I doubt it’s there. When I asked for Ethan to escalate this manner to a supervisor, he stated he left for the day. I asked him to take my number and give to manager he said no because he would not call you until tomorrow... I stated that I would talk to a direct contact at corporate, Ethan stated I don’t care call your contact... Then Ethan proceed to say, I leave at 7:00pm are you coming to fill out this paperwork. I proceeded to say I’m stranded and it is 6:45pm. Ethan proceeded to state what do you want me to do.

I was scared to try this place because of the mixed reviews.I got the professional detail. I am very pleased with the outcome. I had a lot of white dog hair in my car that I couldn’t get out. It was so bad I didn’t expect them to be able to get it all. All the hair is cleaned and The rest of my car is fantastic. I will come here again! Thank you!

Manny and Nick are two of the most professional and dedicated employees I have worked with. I cant believe the quality of my Van! It looks brand new. We have a puppy that sheds a lot and there was a lot of hair to clean up. They spent hours cleaning out the van and really went above and beyond. They were both so courteous and detailed. I had a good experience here yesterday.I had never been there, but needed an exterior wash badly. Wash was very good and I drove away satisfied.I appreciated the patience and thoroughness of the young man (first name of Michael) who was in the entry booth, in explaining the options to me.(And he was funny and friendly too. Didn’t have to pay extra for that!)

I called early on Wednesday morning and spoke with Ethan, he was able to get both my cars in back to back for Express Wash and Details. I was so impressed with all the men that worked on my cars. They went above and beyond and really impressed me with all their attention to detail. They were right on time with everything and I will defiantly be back. In a world post pandemic its hard to shop anywhere that isnt short of happy workers, but not here everyone was great and plus they showed EXCELLENT customer service skills. Hard to find that anywhere anymore. Thanks guys for doing such a great job on both my cars. Love the hand wax!!

I have the interior and wash membership for this location. Team is always nice and efficient. Today I got the vinyl package offered to me by the manager Manny and I said yes. Eleanor rang me out, she was super sweet and helpful. I sat outside and was right next to the employee who did the vinyl on my Subaru. His name was Roy and he was awesome. Very thorough and detailed and super nice when he approached me. I know during these Covid days everyone is quick to complain about everything but this is not that! I called and talked to Manny telling him what a great job they all did and how nice all of them were (and always are) I love this location, always a great experience:) props to Roy, Manny, and Eleanor (: Happy Sunday!

The updated car wash is great and the service from staff is always professional. I also experienced the staff going above and beyond to help troubleshoot my overheating Jeep and provided me water to get me back on the road. I highly recommend!

Paid $55.99 for exterior wash and interior clean....Waste of money. Looks just as bad as it did when I brought it in, aside from being vacuumed.Then the kid sat there and looked at me like he was expecting a tip.See AFTER photos.Unacceptable. Will not be back.Waste of Money.

I have been getting my cars washed and detailed at the Downers Grove Delta Sonic for twenty five years. The service has always been excellent. This would be a five-star review but for one reason - Cancelling the monthly service is TORTURE. I recently turned in my leased vehicle. Trying to stop the monthly recurring charge for unlimited wash service is next to impossible! You can sign up at the car wash, but you cant cancel it there - you can only transfer it to another vehicle. To cancel, you have to call Customer Service. I called six times on three different days, and was quoted wait times of 34-90 minutes! Obviously they hope you just give up and pay! Why have such a good car wash and detail shop, but make a long time customer jump through hoops when they no longer have a car, or they move, and no longer need the service?

Wow so sad how this car wash has gone down hill!!! I was a unlimited car wash and interior customer paying over $60 per month. I took my car into to be cleaned and the gentleman drying my truck scratched up my door pretty bad. He must of had a rock or salt on his towel. I processed a claim with the manager who could of cared less. Then after waiting and waiting I get a letter in the mail and the claim was denied. I treat my truck like a baby. It’s very clear what happened. The scratches are in the clear coat and a simple buff would take them right out. I did not want any monetary compensation just to have it fixed. I will not be back and I don’t recommend this place. Beware!!!!!!

The gas is usually cheaper than other gas stations in the surrounding area. The car wash do a great job on cleaning my vehicle. I always go here for a car wash. I got my car wash earlier in the week and when I came out to have my SUV wipe dry the attendant noticed it wasnt fully clean and ask if I wanted to go back through to get it wash again. I took It through the wash again and I thanked him and tipped him.

Pano, Julian, & Scott just did an INCREDIBLE job on our kids car. This is a 2006 Honda CRV, that has seen some mileage. I have 3 teenagers that bought it from grandma & while they try to take care of car, it needed some LOVE. These 3 gentlemen did such a great job! They buffed out the headlights, so mom doesnt have to worry about no/dim driving light at night. It smells soooooo better after the athletes have left their workout clothes in it festering this summer, and the leather looks brand new! Great job men! I recommend this place to anyone who needs a solid DETAIL job. They will restore & MORE.

I brought my car to the detail shop after someone had scuffed up the front drivers side. Matt worked hard to remove as much of the damage and paint transfer as possible. He also did a great job at removing a subborn stain on the front seat. Thank you Matt!

Stopped by for a last minute car wash on a beautiful day. I come here often and know most of the staff work very hard. Today however, my car was dried by a young woman named Bobbi who took it all to a new level, she was meticulous and did every area of the car carefully while still being quick. My car looks like it did on the dealership showroom. Called the manager to compliment her and was also very impressed by Luis, who seemed genuinely happy to hear good things about his team.

First time going here as well as getting my car detailed. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and it was ready at 1:15pm I did a full service detailing inside my Chevy Cruz. They did a great job!!! Very nice people dude held my door open until I was in the car dont see that much these days! I will be back and recommend to family and friends!

This place used to be THE SPOT for getting your car cleaned. I just started coming back here at the beginning of the year & I think I should cancel my membership. The chrome on my car is NEVER clean by the time I get home. There are water spota everywhere. I actually spent $50 to get my car waxed for the winter and the wax is STILL on it. This place just isnt what it used to be. Im just as well off spending $3-$6 and vacuuming.

The interior detailing is a great value.That conveyer belt creates a consistent end product. U know what to expect because there’s a process in place. The young lady Emanuelle did a tremendous job.

Shady business scratched up my Maserati and sent a generic rejection letter to my claim. They do not care about their members! Canceled service after first month. This car had zero scratches on it when I purchased it last month. Now it looks awful because this terrible place and careless business practices!

Waited almost a year for them to get the remodel finished & open. Still waiting for the gas station part. They texted out a wash coupon so I came in. Always so friendly! Prompt service. Great job. But every step is another “add on”. So, sure I had a discount, but by the time I was said & done I probably spent more that I counted on. Not that I didn’t need it (I’m sure they saw I was cruising in a trash pit) but having all my options up front would’ve been nice.

Attentive employees & great quality of a wash (been an unlimited wash member for 5 years). Slight increase each year in cost/month isnt ideal, but best touchless wash in the area.

Really this car wash is worth the extra few dollars. No brushes so no swirl marks in paint. They have people that wipe down your vehicle after the wash (please be sure to tip them). If you go with the Super Kiss you can bring back your vehicle for another wash for free (only for a limited time). Overall very satisfied with the results.

I don’t usually write reviews but the guys at the Downers Grove location really saved the day for me. Somehow I locked my keys in the car while vacuuming and every employee that walked by immediately tried to help me out. One gave me his phone to try to call someone (phonewas inside car), another came over to find someone that could help, etc., but Luis was the real MVP and quickly and expertly got the door unlocked with no damage to my car. If you are going to be an idiot, this was the best place to do it. Thanks, Luis and crew!

Just wanted to take the time to say how great this car wash is, and above that how amazing the detail shop is. I came in looking for a quick interior clean and I talked to Gavin up front. He made some very thoughtful and thorough recommendations to add on to my purchase. He took the time to explain the benefits to each extra service that I could add on. I was shocked when the car was finished, it looked incredible, Gavin really knows what he is talking about and has a good eye at seeing what extra services you personally need. The detailers are also very talented and have great training! I am so happy I live really close to this place!

This location is great. I love the car wash. Its self-care, honestly. The interior shop is reliable and professional. Once, they removed these super sticky reflective stickers off of my car without scratching any of the paint. It was impressive. Theyve also detailed my interior and gave some opinions on my car. They are always professional and efficient for great value.(I should have posted this review sooner, Ive been coming here for a while.)

Very weird experience. Figured give this place a try since my car needed a wash. No sense of direction from employees nor any guidance. Ordered my wash with the kid and he seemed confused 🤔 car was wasnt the greatest for $17. Most bootleg carwash Ive seen.

I DO NOT recommended this place. First of all it’s like you guys didn’t even wash the car, and just threw a bunch of soap on it. I have a brand new car and always have it hand washed or go through a touchless wash. I tried giving this place a try since it was new. I got the $10 touchless wash and ended up with a bunch of scratches, dirt, and soap lines/suds on my car. This place is horrible and i would never come back again. I took these pictures as soon as i go home.

Unfortunately had a bad experience today! Paid for an upgraded outside wash and even more for an upgraded interior cleaning. After spending $102.00 had to have them re-vacuum the interior and redo wiping down the door jams. Expected much more from a company with their reputation. Time to find another place!To the owner who asked if I talked to the manager...yes I did ...he apologized and had them correct my issues. However that still does not correct the situation concerning how much I spent to receive such poor quality.

Start to finish my experience was great at the Downers Grove location. Joe at the front booth did a wonderful job explaining everything and got me to buy a 3for1 deal. My wax and interior went super fast, I will for sure be going back there again. Thank you!

It was a team effort of course, and Bobbi did a fantastic job with finishing the interior cleaning of carpets, vinyl, windows, and vacuuming.

Just left after having my NEW car washed and have several scratches on the windshield as well as large paint chips on the hood of my car. The car was in perfect condition before today’s wash. Called customer service and they are closed. I now see this is an issue for several other customers at this location. Not only will I be filing a claim, but I am demanding repair at no cost or I will be taking this up with the better business bureau. I am furious.

Great! If you were not opened for us this darn salt would eat our cars up. Rust is not an option. Amen for the monthly rate!

Came in last week to get some gas and use the washroom. But unfortunately, the bathroom was not the cleanest. The smell was awful, it was very dirty, and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The atmosphere of the gas station just seemed unwelcoming. Will not be returning, would rather go to speedway.

I visit this place yesterday, the people who actually work on the car they are professional, but the guy at reception you ring the customer he need to learn how to deal with customer - i told him that i have only issues with my sit and it’s dirty and he wrote on the window that thing too, didn’t told me about any services and when they finished the sit is actually same as before because of the lack of instructions, the guy who cleaned my car he told me that you have to pay extra $20 for that i am okay with money but again after waiting 90 minutes no never mind, only steam don’t work on dirty car sits.

From check in to pick up, an incredible experience! I had my Subaru Outback detailed today for the first time and was amazed at the outcome. We have a family wedding this weekend and needed to have the car spotlessly clean inside and out. Ethan, Manny and Roger all made sure that everything was well taken care of and my car hasnt looked this good since I purchased it! There is no sign of the yellow lab hair or dirt that was on our upholstery, carpets are spotless and all of the leather is clean and shiny. THANK YOU for doing a wonderful job!

This is my second review of Delta Sonic car Wash and Gas station. This time I gave them five stars instead of three. The new Gas station and car wash on Ogden avenue in Downers Grove has premium diesel which is very rare product in Chicagoland and Illinois state. Previously I was disinformed by one of the workers of the company over the phone that that the new gas station in Downers Grove will not carry the premium diesel productit. I was very disappointed with that information thats why my review was only three stars. It is very. important for diesel ownees especially Mercedes, Audi and BMW to use premium diesel and not the garbage (Biodiesel) the otter gas station carry. So I was very happy when they at the premium diesel. I wish that all the Delta Sonic gas station would carry that product. The gas station in Melrose Park does not have the premium diesel. which I was very surprised because North avenue is a busy street and there are a lot of trucks going through that Street. The location on Ogden avenue in Downers Grove is user-friendly theres a lot of spots for vacuuming and their car wash is new and high-tech they have the guys that will dry your car. So thank you Delta Sonic for upgrading your car Wash in for bringing the premium diesel back to my neighborhood I wish all your station. The truck drivers talk about your gas station a lot on their forums and they do inform each other about premium diesel gas station.Thank YouMack S.

I had my Rogue detailed today, and it was a terrific experience. Chris, the detail manager, was so helpful in explaining all of my options. I chose the express detail. James worked tirelessly and efficiently on my car. The interior leather, vinyl, and windows look sparkling and the exterior wax is shiny and smooth to the touch. Thanks to the teller and all of those on the line, as well as the person who helped with my exterior wax. I came home and recommended Delta Sonic to my neighbor and will happily continue as a customer.

Delta Sonic is an excellent car wash! I have an unlimited pass and go there 2 or 3 times per week. I get my vehicle detailed every few months and they do a great job. My vehicle is over 10 years old and looks brand new all the time thanks to Delta Sonic!

My car was detailed. The gentleman who serviced my car did an excellent job. I also pay for monthly car washes. You receive a discount on car detail service.

Paid over $100 for interior detailing. They need to be clearer on what services covers what. I originally paid for “super interior” and “exp shampoo”. Was under the impression that would clean my whole interior and ended up having to tack on “super interior vinyl” for them to clean the dash? What was the interior package for anyways? Had to tack on “salt extraction” to get some residual salt out by pedals. Whatever I paid the extra because I wanted it all cleaned properly. Came out to $105 and some change. Employees are not on same page about what service covers what.After receiving my “detailed” car, was not happy with the lack of attention to detail for the price. Still crumbs and gunk in the cup holders and center council area after receiving my vehicle. Dust in the door handles. I’m paying a premium for those things to be done for me. Just ended up cleaning it when I got home. I even went through and vacuumed my car prior to having it detailed to make their lives easier. Would not come back. Do a good job or don’t do it at all.

Manny & his staff are incredible! We bring our cars here all the time. We have the unlimited interior and exterior and Manny and staff truly take care of us. Manny went ahead and had our hood buffed out without an extra charge because they wanted to make everything perfect! excellent excellent customer service! They also provide Hand Car Washes for exotic cars as well.

I had an appointment today to remove the tar from my car and wheels. The tar has been completely removed. They did a great job, the car looks like new. I would recommend the Delta Sonic Detail Shop in Downers Grove . Everyone was extremely nice. Since this type of service does take several hours I was kept informed along the way on the progress.

Free vacuums! My dog gets hair everywhere in my car so its nice to be able to take my time and get every bit out. The detail shop can get some of it with the basic interior, but its usually hard to get all of it in such a short frame of time so I dont mind doing it myself especially when it doesnt cost me a penny! (Also the girl with blue hair was super polite, sorry Im drawing a blank on her name)

I have never been displeased with a car wash at Delta Sonic until yesterday. I had a wash with a basic interior.I inspected the car. Every window was either smeared with a dirty rag or untouched. The rear view mirror was untouched. No vacuuming had been done around the seats. I was pulling out trash. What made it more irritating was that I had to point out everything that needed attention and sometimes twice. I finally gave up.Definitely not the experience I had come to expect.

I have monthly car wash plans on 2 of my cars with Delta Sonic. Ed and the whole Delta Sonic team are highly focused on delivering an excellent customer experience. I never feel rushed when they detail the cars. They always make sure the cars look great. Highly recommend Delta Sonic to anyone who wants their car to look great all the time. The gas station and shop are a regular stop for me too.

On 7/21/19, around 11am, I stopped at the Ogden Ave. location in Downers Grove, IL to fill up my gas tank and use the restroom. The restroom was the absolute cleanest and well-stocked store restroom Id ever used! AND HOT WATER?!?! I was told that a new employee, Joe, had cleaned the restroom and Id like to commend that employee for a JOB WELL DONE!

They only focused on cleaning my carpet and missed the seats, door and dashboard.

Went to this car wash today, had a good experience and the prices are reasonable. My car looks good. There are free vacuums, which makes it nice. Jose the guy that dried my car was so kind, also Kate is the most smiling lady I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely come back

Service in the detail shop can be spotty; I sometimes get a good interior clean and sometimes not so good. Today I had the best interior cleaning Ive ever had thanks to Jessica and Carly. Both women were extremely nice and helpful. I wish I could have them assist me every time I am there!

Joe was really helpful making sure we had everything we need to get our car cleaned up inside and out. Vacuums are great and do a terrific job getting all the junk out of the crevices. Great job with the remodel!

The quality of this car wash has gone down over the past few months. Almost every time I get an inside wash, when I come out, the car looks as if all the water was left sitting and never wiped off. When I tell the workers that the car doesn’t even look like it’s been wiped down, they say is there anything else we can do for you, and then just walk off. I had to grab the washcloth myself from the attendant just to wipe off the dry wet marks off my car. The Fuller’s in downtown hinsdale does a much more thorough job, even with the most basic level of service. Thinking of really switch my unlimited plan over.

I had a great experience getting our Odyssey detailed. We left the windows open during a storm and everything was soaked. I brought it in the morning and the manager Manny couldn’t have been more helpful and when I picked the van up it was like a brand new vehicle. The technician, Roger, was extremely proud of the incredible job he did. I have two other cars and will not only bring them in to Delta but will make sure that Manny and Roger will be there and involved. Very happy with the work!

Delta Sonic Downers Grove provides great value in both their gas prices and their car wash/detailing services. I have been a customer for years and missed them greatly during the remodel. Their new facility is not only nice looking, it has improved both gas and car wash traffic flow dramatically. Joe took care of me at the car wash today and we had a moment to discuss the new features. Joe also took the time to distinguish the different car wash choices for me. I actually upgraded this trip! This is my first choice in Downers Grove for gas and car washes.

I paid $150 to get my car waxed and there was still mud on the outside, under both front doors. It was so apparent yet it was completely ignored. It seems their car wash doesn’t have an undercarriage flush, which is absurd. I want a job well done by people who care about their work.

Manny was phenomenal to work with. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the downers grove delta sonic. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. You can tell right away that they care about their customers by the amount of care and explanation they provide when discussing your vehicle with you.

Had my car detailed here and it looks brand new. They were able to get off all of the tar and even buff out a couple of scratches. Very up front about costs and time required -- and they got it done faster than promised. I will definitely come back with my other cars.

Worst customer service. They will damage your car. Don’t bring it here. And when something gets damaged they will not fix it and talk rude to you

I come every Friday after work to get my car washed and detailed, I am a unlimited tag holder, I do suggesting you get your car wash and detailed as often as I do to sign up its worth it. I live in the south suburban, I work in downers grove and out of all the Delta Sonics I have been to like this one the best. The crew here do just as you ask of them they are fast and friendly and one of the crew member name mannie always speak even if he is not working on your car. He notices the customers, great service I would hate if I transfer offices and have to find a closer one, because this is the best by far!

The exterior wash was fine. I was unimpressed with the interior wash. It was supposed to include a wipe-down of the dash and door jambs. Only part of the dash was wiped, and the door jambs weren’t touched. When I pointed out these misses to the worker, he only briefly swiped the towel and did not really make it right. I gave up. What a rip off... never again here! I should have listened to the other reviews.

Roger did an awesome job detailing my Pilot. It may be 11 years old, but it looks shined and new. Manny, the manger was courteous and efficient. Great experience!

I was at the Downers Grove, IL location and Carly helped make it a positive experience. She was engaging in conversation and went above and beyond to a request I had after my truck came out of the detail shop. Thanks Carly!

The updated car wash is nice. I have a large Nissan NV van that is able to go through Delta Sonics car wash. Not all car wash companies have equipment that is large enough for my van. I have used the vacuums. I like the new set up. Joe helped me set up an unlimited plan at the booth that takes payments. Very helpful and friendly staff!!
