I left Walgreens to come to this pharmacy. I have been a customer for the last five years. Not only I have never ever had a problem but I find this pharmacy to be the best. Every member of the staff is worth their weight in gold. Thank you for being who you are.
Take the advice posted by others. Stay away from this pharmacy. Get your prescriptions filled ANYWHERE else.
DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE. My wife got tested 12 days ago and we still havent gotten her results. At this point the recommended isolation period will be over before we even find out if she was positive. CVS is having major issues with their testing, google it first.Go elsewhere for your test!
Had a prescription sent there to find out they are out of stock. They offered to transfer to another CVS, which I thought they did. Got to the other CVS only to find out she didnt transfer it, she deleted. Soooo, I get mistakes happen, but I also dont think the pharmacist understands the pain and inconvenience this caused. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops. So I am sorry that is your job to accidently deleted a prescription is a major mistake that should not happen.On a plus side the CVS on Ogden in Downers did a great job fixing it even though I spent my whole afternoon and night trying to get a prescription for my sick son.Sorry CVS time to change to another place. That about does it for me.
Got a COVID test done here and over 1 week later I still dont have results when they said it would only take 2 - 4 days. Emails and phone calls on the information they give you go unanswered. Dont get COVID test done here!!
CVS pharmacy staff changed my daughter’s medicine from once a day to every other day without the doctor’s authorization. This caused major problems with refills that the staff could not figure out how to fix for two weeks!Another time my daughter had walking pneumonia and was waiting on her meds from here for 4 hours and they were about to close WITHOUT filling it when I ran in and demanded it. (I thought I’d be patient and wait for the text saying it was ready. If I had we would have waited another day.)Last night was the last draw, the neurologist called in meds at 7:30pm for my daughter’s migraine and they said they never got it.I’m pretty sure who made that error. For these reasons I will no longer use this place and I warn everybody that does use them.
Update: 7/14/2020 still no results and still no response from anyone at the lab. Got covid test done here 6/28/20 and they said 2-4 days for results, it’s now 7/8/20 and still no results!!! I can’t go back to work without results!!! There’s no way to speak to anyone to locate my results!!! Don’t get tested here!!!
The staff is nice and usually very helpful. However, this is the 3rd time in a row where they did not have a common medication in stock. Accidents happen, but not 3 times in a row. They should order their inventory so that they have more than enough to provide their customers.New Review,I changed their 2 star rating to 1 because in addition to not being able to provide their customers with the medication that they need for months at a time, they are also not willing to work with the insurance companies and order the medication from any other manufacturers. Walgreens will work with you, Walmarts pharmacy and even Jewel Osco will, why cant CVS? The last 3 months has been nothing but headaches.

The cashier-who was also the shift manager shorted me $15. Instead of giving me the change for a $50, he gave me the amount of my total. How often does he do this? The store was empty of a lot of products and disheveled. I felt as though the store was raided prior to a weather disaster, yet there wasnt one.
