I was getting our commercial front door quoted out for a mobile access Nexkey device, and had brought up several repairs we needed done on our back door as well as we failed inspection to open due to fire safety reasons. We had this job quoted with over 4 companies and The Flying Locksmiths were the easiest, most friendly company to work with. They saved our butts when we needed it and could not be more thankful for the painless repairs to get us open.Definitely would recommend this company.

Called and spoke with David on a Thursday, setup an appointment to do a walkthrough the following Monday. Monday he was a no call no show. Spoke with him Tuesday, apologized said he was unable to make it and setup a appointment for that coming Thursday in the afternoon. Thursday evening he called and stated again he could not make it but would be out the next day. Friday we did a walkthrough of what is needed, stated I would have a quote by Tuesday of the following week (7-27). A week later (8-3) he texted stating there were delays but I would have estimate the following day…… As of 8-17 I have yet to have received any sort of quote.

I was extremely impressed with my tech as well as the work he performed. He saved me a ton of money as others had quoted me for a new door. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Working with David and his team was a pleasure. We bought a new front door from them as well as a Lockly smart lock. Installation of the door was seamless - however there were some issues with connecting our smart lock to our router (that is more of a Lockly issue). We also re keyed our door to the garage to match the front door key. Additionally, they corrected our front screen door to properly close. Friendly staff and very supportive.
