We had our door collapse and they said someone would be out next day. We waited. We called. Operator said they would contact the repairman. Still no call the next hour! So we called again and they guaranteed someone would be out at home 8am. Nobody. Company is bad. Not even a reply. All they had to say was no technicians available instead of wasting our time!

Blue Sky Builders built our garage in 2004. Since that time weve had minor issues with the side door not fitting properly, however, the larger issues surfaced this year. Rotting wood all above our overhead garage door. Understanding that our garage was build 17 years ago, didnt expect them to come do the work for free, but they never came out to look at it like they said they would and after repeated attempts to have them come out and no further return calls - we hired someone else to repair the rotted wood at a cost of $1600. If you want your garage to be built to last longer than 15 years, go with someone else. Repair person we hired corrected the poor design & installation of the siding/trim so hopefully we wont have to deal with rotting wood again.

I originally got a quote from the garage company whose commercials are on tv all the time. Then I did a quick google search and found their reviews and BBB ratings are horrible! My second quote was from Blue Sky. Their reviews and BBB ratings were GREAT! So they came out and gave me a quote.About $8,000 LESS than the first company!!!!!! (and a bigger garage door opening - 8 foot versus 7 foot). Dave the salesman was great. No pressure at all!It took about 3 weeks to get the permits, then the fun began....First up was the demo crew. They tore down my old garage in about 2 to 3 hours. Extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves.Less than a week later, the concrete guys came. It took 2 days to frame, then pour the pad and apron for a 22x22 garage.About 3 weeks later the framers came. I think it took them 3 days. Another guy came after them to clean up.Within a week, the garage door and gutter guy came. He was here and gone in the same day.A week after that, the electrician came. Took him 2 days.Overall, every crew was on time and very professional. They were there at 7 am. Worked til noon. Lunch. Then left when finished, or at 5 pm.Finally, the inspector came. He was impressed with the straight lines and how everything was done.

I compared many garage company quotes and found blue sky to have the best style, service, and cost. Mid build I needed to make changes to the driveway and they accommodated my request. 3 months later someone hit my garage door and they came out the same day to repair it. Grade A customer service.

Just had a garage addition done on my garage and I could not be happier. I added an interior addition to one side to expand the inside of the garage for a work space and on the other side added a lean-to shed as well as siding it and some aluminum work. I did most of my communication with Scott and he was great. He was very communicative, which is huge for me, and was over numerous times during the planning phase to make sure everything was what we wanted. He went above and beyond with customer service. It took a while to get the crew out but there was a lot of rain this summer which clogged things up. I was moved onto the crew foreman who was not as communicative and not much for calls back but the crew was pretty good. They worked efficiently and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Now the project is all done and it looks awesome! It looks like a new garage and I have all the space I could want!

Just tore down and replaced a detached garage in Westmont. Blue Sky was great -- worked with Scott, Bruce and Bill -- everyone was excellent. Everything happened as they said it would -- no surprises or extra costs. Work looks great and we are very happy with the service and garage. Prices seem to be right in the middle of whats expected for this type of work in the area. Great work!

I have such great experiences with blue sky. They made my whole build out process very smooth and well coordinated. Especially thanks to David and Bruce with their professional assistanting throughout the project. I highly recommend this company for garage.

I highly recommend Blue Sky Builders. They are prompt, courteous and professional. Scott went out of his way to provide me with timely information and a quote on very short notice. They built my garage 15 years ago and did such a great job I asked for a quote on a different property.

WARNING WARNING...Sales person wrote the contract wrong and used verbiage we never heard of. Now we have a half built garage and they will not make it right until we pay for their mistake. And were very rude about it!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

In April of 2015, I hired Blue Sky Builders Inc to tear down my old garage and build a new larger garage. Other than the rain, the project ran very smoothly. From the teardown to the build, the workers, site manager (Bruce) and material were awesome. The teardown crew was very efficient and clean as were the concrete workers, carpenters, electrician, door installer and siders. The weather was not cooperating during the construction but Blue Sky Builders made sure that I was informed every step of the way. I did encounter a problem with the siding. It was a different color lot number that I couldn’t tell the difference without it being pointed out. The installers recognized this as soon as they began to install the siding and stopped. They could have installed the siding and I would have never known the difference. That’s integrity.When the City came out to do the final inspection, they were pleased with everything and found nothing that needed to be corrected or questioned.
