The sales staff was very helpful. The mattress we wanted was not available at the store, but they found one that matched the same specifications just a different brand and got it out of storage and allowed us to try it. There was no pressure to the sales, and they did everything they could help us find discounts to bring the already low price down even more. Cant wait to try out our new mattress when it gets here.

We had just gotten out of Furniture Row, where no one was much help at all — last minute, decided to stop at Mattress Firm, which ended up being the best decision we ever made! The employees were SO kind and helpful and Elizabeth literally guided us through selecting the perfect mattress and bed. He was very patient with me as I tried out each mattress to find the perfect fit for my body and my needs. At first when we first came was February 23rd, and the first person we talked to was horrible and made it seem like everything we said was wrong and he was right. We decided to come back anyway for our mattress, today is February 26th, and I was relieved off the bat that it wasnt the same salesperson. I am so glad we decided to come back because if not we wouldnt have met Tony Faison. Tony took our feedback about the last employee and took care of us. Let us take our time and was very understandable about everything. He didnt bribe us and was very honest about our concerns when it came to the mattress and our budget. He hooked us up on a great deal and always had our best intention in mind. He was a very nice person and very happy. I am so glad he is the owner of this location and not the other guy. I am solely making this review so that he can help others get the help they need when it comes to a great nights sleep. Im happy to say that I will shop here again for the customer service. He took the time to help us find what we wanted and even gave us a detailed explanation on everything he was doing on the computer. 10/10 if you are on a budget come here and ask for Tony.
