I got a blanket from one of the Monday sales! It is so soft. It’s a lot smaller then I thought it would be for the price I paid. $80 for something that does not fully cover an adult and considered a travel size. Best for youth size. I also found a hole in the side of it just a couple weeks of having it. It had not been washed yet. And not used much. Super bummed.

This store is the best place to buy an amazing blanket... not only for your wives but for everyone! The staff is so kind and will explain the many different types and styles of blankets. I havent slept this good in years! Try the waffle style blanket if you like a little heavier blanket but softer than anything I can describe. I once described it as when all dogs go to heaven they donate their fur to Minky Couture but only the super soft dogs of course :) Go get one or ten you will not regret it.

The quality of the blankets are very very good. They do have a sale right now of 50% off which was very nice. But you pay for what you get so its not super inexpensive. I have purchased from their other times too and its always been good quality and friendly people.

I do love Minky blankets, but the robes dont seem to be up to the same quality as their blankets. I bought a robe for my sister for her birthday and with in the two week time frame to return/exchange it had a hole in the seem. So she did exchange it for a new one and the same thing happened again. I could not give only one star for this company because of how amazing the other products that I have purchased are.

Ive always liked Minky blankets, however their service is what takes the cake. Despite producing the softest blankets that provide such comfort Minky Coutures employees are what makes working with MC great. Today I had an issue at checkout and accidentally got more than I intended. I emailed in and got a response in SEVEN minutes that fixed my problem. Despite being a user error on my part, the employee was polite and quick to solve the problem and make sure I was satisfied. I am so happy to be a customer of Minky Couture and so happy to leave this review letting everyone know that they are an awesome company with excellent service and products.

I just love Minky Couture! I cannot tell you how much I love my blankets from there. Taylor from the Draper store was helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff. If you have not been to Minky Couture, make sure to check out the one in Draper. It is a must!

Nice store with very friendly employees. Very well decorated and organized. They have huge variety and something for everyone. The blankets are soft, but I think that I’ve seen softer blankets at Marshall’s or Costco. The blankets have very cute designs. I wish they had an NFL collection! That would be amazing!! The store has a VERY strong fragrance and if you have a sensitive nose it can be off-putting. This is a good place to get a baby blanket! It’s a nice local store to have here in the SL Valley!

Beautiful blankets with colorful designs and patterns. Love that there’s a boutique store like this that exists in Utah (too many cheap, generic, big box stores). While the blankets are pricey, I’m willing to support a boutique that promotes chic design and artistry. We need more beauty, design and artistry like Minky Couture in Utah! The quality of these blankets are worth the extra cost and hold up better over time & stay plush soft versus the cheap ones I’ve bought at Target or Home Goods.

I love this store. I wish I would have gotten a blanket forever ago. I ordered my first blanket in 2020. Fell in love with how soft and warm my blanket was. Had to get some for my kids for Christmas. The best gift you could give someone is a Minky. Perfect for any occasion. I got rid of all other blankets in our house. None compare. Also the customer service is awesome. They are so helpful. The store is always super clean and they have gone above and beyond during covid to make sure each blanket is packaged on the shelves. No germs!! Not to mention the owner is super generous. Wanted to love it... we recently got the infant size blanket and although it is super soft and warm, it SHEDS. After two months (with washing) it is still shedding. I keep finding pieces on her crib, car seat, clothes, and face! Will still use because it is so soft and warm, but disappointed in the quality, especially for babies.

Went for a blanket for my daughter. Even though I didnt find one the store was nice and so were the employees.

It’s extremely difficult to get help. Workers walked right by to put a blanket back and don’t even acknowledge you’re there. They might be good blankets, but why support store with an unpleasant feel. Making a first time visit, they should point out how the store is arranged, and explain the different collections.

I have bought cheaper versions that start out soft, but ball up and are scratchy after a few washes. Minkys never ball up and stay soft. The staff were so helpful and nice.

The blanket sheds?? Not worth my $150 I don’t recommend. Not to mention I did not like the workers. I ran into this boy who made my experience terrible and I felt extremely offended. He acted like he owned the place. Not good workers, and the blankets can’t even be used because they’re SUCH A MESS. Very sad. Very let down.

I went and they made me wait outside in the cold because they only allow 10 people in the store at a time. And I couldnt get anyone to help me. They would just ignore you. And they didnt have anything in stock. Not the softest blanket ever. I have felt softer blankets and it was not these.

I wish I could give them a 0 because thats the kind of service I got I have bought several blankets and they were great. But the last one I got wasnt the right color and the blanket felt sticky . I called them and they didnt really seem to care they said I got the blanket for a good price and they didnt care worst customer service I have ever deal with so buy blankets at your own risk

Blankets are super nice and soft and the staff is really nice. Except I was very disappointed to see my blanket came from China especially coming from a company that prides themselves in locally-made .and also the personalized card that was supposed to come with the blanket for my mom was not in the package. And I could not get that coupon code to work on any of their items on mothers day. I wanted to buy local and ended up getting a shipment from China!

I live in Spanish and prefer this store! The Orem one isnt as friendly or customer focused for older folks. I spent nearly 2k at this site because of Orems lack of interpersonal experience. I have several in my home including 2 brand new hugs!

Horrible customer service i have bought 8 blankets from minky and just bought my first hugs a week ago and the label is peeling off called and i cant just exchange it i have to have it shipped to be looked at? After paying that much its absolutely ridiculous! For 200 dollars they should be taking care of there customers

I love Minky however, we all know its not always about the product. I want to give a shout out to McKenna! She is by far the nicest sales associate anyone could ask for! When you hit the Draper store ask for her. You wont regret it. You always get greeted with a smile and she goes the extra mile to help. If you ever lose this gem youve lost out.

The blanket is absolutely amazing! When I went in to pick up my online order, I received less than satisfactory customer service and let them know of my experience. The owner/store manager reached out to me and completely made up for the service I received. Not very often will someone actually use an experience to improve their relationship with their customers and this company definitely prides itself on its customers. Im blown away with their ambition to make sure their customers are completely happy!!! I wish more companies valued their customers as much as this company does!

Poor customer service! I purchased 1 Grande blanket and 5 masks and paid cash. They checked the cash as expected. Saying I guess the money is okay. Ive never felt so offended in my life! Will never purchase or order on-line again.

Came to the store to exchange a Minky blanket. Google said nothing about being closed for remodeling. They opened the door to help someone pickup an order they placed online who pulled up ahead of me. They then told me I would have to wait 40 minutes until they could help me. They checked that they had the blanket in stock I’m exchanging for then said you will have to wait. The exchange would only take an additional 3 minutes to do. Why not have some customer service and honor the hours currently online and on the door. Remodel when your closed. We as a family have purchased 100’s of blankets for grandkids every Christmas. Great product but poor service.

Softest, most cozy blankets ever!

I recently placed a large order for employee Christmas gifts, I was short one blanket when the order shipped. I called Minkys customer service to report the missing blanket. The rep was very helpful, and patient. She said shed get the mistake corrected and reship - - I received the missing blanket the NEXT DAY! They have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this company and their blankets.

We are a Minky family. The blankets are top soft notch! These blankets are pricey but well worth each dollar you spend! Be prepared for high dollar sales. We are repeat customers!

Disappointing first experience. I bought my first Minky Couture blanket for my wife for Christmas after hearing ads for them for years. Unfortunately the style I bought is very uncomfortable. It has a checkered pattern that looks cool, however to get it that way there is no minky fabric in the seams, and what’s there is a hard plastic-like ribbon that feels like the plastic straps that come on large boxes. I’m sure their other blankets are fine, but this is the only one I have experience with. The reason for the low rating is part due to this blanket style, I’m not sure who thought this would be a good idea since it’s uncomfortable and really unusable except for decoration, and part due to the company not allowing me to return it. I bought it in November for Christmas, so by the time my wife opened it and discovered the issue with the seams it was after the 30 day return policy. I understand the policy, so I can’t complain, but I was disappointed they weren’t willing to work with me especially given how disappointing this blanket is. It makes me appreciate the organizations that truly get what customer service is about.

These blankets are the softest and most comfortable. They are easy to wash and my whole family loves them. We each have our own now since we always use to fight over them! They keep you so warm and are even great to just lay on because they are so soft! Highly recommend!

I first saw Minky Couture while watching the Gardner Family. My first order was a scarf which hands down is my favorite scarf and I love to wear it anytime. I ordered a blanket for Christmas and again love how soft everything is. Always take the blanket with me while traveling. Amazed that it didn’t take long to get either item. Will definitely be ordering again.

They have a good selection of comfortable, soft blankets for all ages. However, the quality does come at a price, so be prepared for that. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

I am Hooked!! These are the softest most cozy blankets you will ever own. Each one of my family members have one including my husband and boys and yes they asked for one personally. I have given away several to new born babies and their mothers have thanks me over and over again. Please remember though to wash in cool water by themselves and air dry to keep them extra fluffy and soft.Go ahead... you can thank me after you purchase one. I ordered a custom blanket online for a graduation gift, and before sending it to production, the awesome ladies contacted me to ensure the colors I had picked were accurate, because it was an odd color pairing. Im so glad they called and consulted with me over the phone, because I ended up changing one of the colors I had picked. When the blanket came in, I was SO happy with the colors we picked together! You guys... you need this blanket in your life!

I love their blankets! I’ve bought over 5 Minky blankets for different Family members ranging from my little brother to my Mom and Aunt. They all love them! They feel like heaven in blanket form. I had to get my Brother one for his B-day because he kept stealing mine lol. Definitely a great gift for any occasion or just to show to someone you care. Kinky Couture holds a special place in my heart. I had my baby on mothers day and received a mini minky blanket as a gift in the hospital. It was so soft. My little guy snuggles with it each night. I have washed it so many times and it is still as soft as the day I got it. Their blankets are simply the best!

I live in Newcastle, WY, which is hundreds of miles from the closest Minky store, but on our way back from California on vacation last year we stopped in at the store in Orem, UT and purchased numerous Minky blankets. My wife had heard great things about them from watching the Gardner family, so we had to check it out. We absolutely fell in love with the incredible softness and warmth of these blankets. We bought one for each person in the house, plus a few extra for my wife, and have since ordered at least a dozen more for friends, family, ourselves, and our cat! The service at the store was extremely friendly and helpful and online it’s exactly the same way. We can’t wait to come to Utah again to hopefully visit all of their stores!

For the longest time I thought these were just another overpriced, gimmicky blanket. I bought one on a whim on special in the South Ogden store and was sold. We now have four in our home. My daughter wanted one so bad, she worked extra hard to earn and save money so she could design and buy her own. She loves her blanket and was happy to spend the money. They are so luxurious and worth it.

My kids LOVE their blankets from MC. So far they seem to be well made and very very soft.My only reason for 4/5 stars is pricing. I do feel that they are a bit overpriced for a blanket but Id definitely suggest one of these as a gift for a little one.

I got my minky as a Christmas gift and its AMAZING. There is nothing as warm and comforting. Its the one thing I want when its cold out, when Ive had a long hard day, or just need a min. To myself. Ive purchased close to a dozen Minky Courture blankets throughout the past few years. Ive given them as gifts as well as ordering a few for me. I love a blanket draped over me while reading or watching TV and this blanket is perfect for those moments. They are THE BEST blankets to cuddle the grandkids with too or your favorite fur baby. They wash well and dry in the dryer beautifully. I gave one to my good friend so that she could take it to her chemo appointments and to continue to use as she recovered and healed at home. She said it was the kind of blanket she could relax into. We love our Minky blankets and look forward to placing more orders.

Don’t fall for this ‘designer blanket’. You can buy 82 yards of ‘Faux Fur’ I.e. fake fur for $5 online. Free shipping on orders over $250? Really? That’s almost laughable. Don’t break the bank... especially all the hard working mothers out there who have to work hard for their money.

I bought three blankets from them through an online sale. When I picked them up, they had sequins that made the blanket rough on one side...not soft like what you are paying such a high price for. They refused to give me a refund or even a store credit. Had I known that one side would be rough, I never would have bought it. They probably had a hard time selling the blanket so they pawned them off on through an email sale and wouldnt let us return them. Very disappointed.
