I had them do my emissions testing and vehicle registration renewal. They noticed my back wiper was messed up and took care of it. They also checked an oil leak for me and even sent me pictures so show my dealership for the warranty work. Andy and Niko took great care of me and were so helpful!!

Andy was great. I was calling around to different Jiffy Lubes asking if they performed safety inspections. Well Andy was the first to ask me why I was looking for one (salvaged title, etc.). It wasn’t until then that I realized that I had misread my registration card and didn’t actually need a safety inspection this year. I chose to go to this Jiffy Lube because Andy was honest and professional. I will trust him again in the future.

Showed up a little after 11. They said about 35 minutes till they could get my car in i said thats fine ill wait. Its now 1 and its still not in. You dont gotta lie to get business

I pulled in and asked how long an oil change would take and was told 30 to 45 minutes. They pulled my car in and put the hood up and it sat for an hour and 15 minutes before I went outside and asked how much longer they thought it would be. They told me that it hadn’t been touched yet as they worked on cars that came in behind me. I asked if I could take my car and go and they said sure. No apology, no explanation, no “come back at this time”, no “let us make it right,” no input of any kind. I suppose it was kind of them to let me take my car and leave after the enjoyable hour and 15 minutes of sitting around their office.If they would have told me when I pulled up “your car will sit here for an hour and fifteen minutes with the hood up and nothing happening” I would have thanked them for their honesty and gone somewhere else. Unfortunately that is not what happened. I would not recommend this place. 1 star is generous.

Went in for an emissions test for registration renewal. They discovered my serpentine belt was severely worn out and showed me. I could immediately see the severity of the issue and they quoted me a reasonable price for the work. It wasnt a pleasant job for them due to the tight space around the engine but they got it done with a positive attitude. A+ experience.

Quick service and open on Sunday. Which is nice since it was the work truck I needed the oil change on. No issues would definitely go back to.

So they were pretty fast. So fast they got oil all over inside of my car! I saw it on the middle console and asked the kid to please clean it up. He apologized and washed it off. But then on the way home I noticed it on the gearshift, steering wheel and door handle. If I wanted oil everywhere I would have just tried changing it myself!

Tried to go here for an emissions test and on the spot renewal. Stood there for over 20 min without ever being acknowledged so I left and went elsewhere. Its not like they were slammed. I saw at least 5 employees walking around, only 2 out of 3 stations had cars in them, and 0 customers were anywhere to be seen.

Hello, my name is Makenzie Fackrell.I am very disappointed and feel extremely saddened at that the fact that the website is false advertising. If you guys are going to be closed on holidays then it needs to state that on the website. I came to get an oil change on 6/19/21 and they told me it would be a two hour wait and to possibly come back tomorrow knowing that they would be closed. So i came back on 6/20/21 to get the oil change and the building was closed and nobody answered the phone nor was a sign put up on the door stating they were closed due to it being Father’s Day. I feel as if i should get a free oil change if you don’t agree i would like it to be explained to me why I shouldn’t.

Completed an emissions test. They were very busy but took time to get the job done efficiently. I didn’t even have to exit the car. Overhearing the workers’ conversations I realized they were filling in from another store and would likely do it again the next day. They had good attitudes about it and did a good job.

Each member of the team was very cordial and went the extra mile to get me in and out. I have visited several competitors in the area, but none of those experiences stood out like this one.

Jiffy no lube. These places will nickel and dime you all day.

I’ve been going to Jiffy for almost 20 years. No more after my experience. The manager scanned the barcode of my truck took me to the computer and said my truck requires synthetic oil and it would be $92.99. I said great and agreed to the price. When I was rung up it was now over $140 for an oil change because my truck requires more oil.I’m done, they blatantly attempted to rip me off. The manager, brunet female was so rude that I’ll never go back to another Jiffy lube again.The dealership is less then this place and they are much friendlier.

On Sunday, 3/14, I got my oil changed and when I got home I noticed that oil was leaking out from the oil plug. I had to get a new oil plug gasket and drain out the new oil. When I took the plug out my guess was correct, the technician had tried to tighten the plug tight enough to make up for the fact that they didnt use a gasket. I wasted 50 dollars with them, plus the 25 dollars to get a new gasket and 5 quarts of oil.Edit: 5/1/2021, after responding to the email below no one ever answered back and Im assuming its the same for all other reviews where Jiffy Lube pretended to want to fix whatever issue was raised.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANY JIFFY LUBE!! Over 1.5 hours for an oil change. Arrived right at 9am and was the only customer. I get that they always try to up sell and take advantage of people (especially women) but this team didnt seem to even be able to find the oil filter. I could have done their job better, in less time and for far less expense. Dont trust this scam of a business! Now I have to take my truck to a real mechanic to assess what they did to it during the hour they worked on it trying to find the filter before they even started the oil change. Unbelievable!!

I pulled up in my 2006 Mustang GT to get it renewed for registration and get an oil change. The guy that helped me was super helpful and said he could help me although I didn’t have a previous registration on hand. We pulled the car in and an older bigger man came up the stairs (clearly the know it all) and said what does this guy need? The guy helping me told him a renewal and oil change. The bigger man asked if I had a previous registration. I told him no, but the other employee still said he could help me. He said no we can’t and sent me away telling me that he can’t help me without a previous registration.I proceeded to drive down the road to another Jiffy Lube (one on every other corner) who gave me no pushback and asked if I had my previous registration one time. I said no, they said okay.Go to a business that values your business rather than wants to play know it all.

I went in to get my Registration renewed and I was able to wait in my car while they came out and grabbed my license and previous registration as well as payment maybe waited 5 minutes before they came back out with my new registration! I sent my son to get his first simple oil change. $90 for a substandard service. I could have gotten 3 oil changes at the dealership for $100. Stated his coupon was expired with another week to go. I will never be back for any reason.

Got charged of oil filter for oil change (I went back and got the refund but they are not apologetic in any sincere way). On a previous visit, they did not honor the coupon sent by mail. Be careful not to be ripped off.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Never had a good experience, but after today I am no longer a jiffy lube customer of any kind. Went in for an oil change, which by the way, their prices are INSANITY now. $80. For a literal 5 minute job. In-freaking-sane. But as they were doing that job, they bumped the coolant line and broke it. The hood was smoking, workers were dropping f bombs like candy as I sat in my car. Then no one told me what was happening for about 10 minutes. 96 degrees outside. After 30 minutes they told me I need to pay $300 for what THEY broke. Told them no, I’ll find someone else to do it and they tell me I can’t drive away without coolant spraying everywhere. I made them figure out a way to fix it enough for me to get home. They were so unkind, so unprofessional. The manager was the most condescending of all. I was shocked. I repeat, do not go to this location.

Dont go to this location if you are wanting to have your tire pressure checked. I had my tire light turn on and ended up going to this location because it was close to where I was at the time. They checked my tires and filled up my tires to desired tire pressure. When I was leaving I was told that the tire pressure light would go off after 25 miles, which I thought was odd as that is a much further distance than it has normally taken for my tire pressure light to go off. I decided to trust the worker and drove my car for a few days without the tire pressure light ever going off. I ended up taking my car into discount tires today instead and they told me that every single one of my tires had a different tire pressure with two of the tires being very low. They filled up tires and 5 minutes after driving away my tire pressure light went off and I havent had an issue with it since. I dont know what happened at jiffy lube was just laziness, but it appears they did nothing to fix my tire pressure or just did a poor job. I dont think I will be returning to this location.

Pulled up to get an emissions test. Older man who worked there walked up to help me. He couldn’t wear his mask properly. His communication was poor and when he started writing on my car registration I told him I would go somewhere else. The whole thing was just strange and he made me very uncomfortable.

We always use this Jiffy Lube and they’ve been great to us. Fast, quick and transparent about anything that needs to be addressed.

Honestly, I had a great experience at this location! We took my husbands car in to get fixed, and the guy working with me was very helpful and informative. He even took me to the downstairs part to actually show me what was going on with the car rather than just telling me and expecting me to believe. The repair was pricey, not gonna lie, but he made sure he looked at the cheapest options for parts. When I decided to leave my car there for the day and cal a Lyft to get to work, he offered to have one of the workers drive me to work no charge, even though I work in American Fork. It was overall a very pleasant experience and they fixed my car very quickly! Very impressed.

Went in for a basic oil change at 4 PM. I was out by 430. Employees were really friendly and helpful. Waiting room was clean but nothing spectacular. Location is convenient for Draper. I would go back again as long as I have a coupon. For the high mileage synthetic blend it was $67!

Fairly priced service, and friendly staff. They did however push in a valve stem on a tire which caused a flat. Hence the lower rating.

I usually go to the jiffy lube one 123rd and avoid this location. I decided to give them another shot since they are closer to my work. That was a mistake. They couldnt figure out where my filter was after 45 minutes of waiting and I was the ONLY customer. Going an an hour and I am still here. They are still struggling with it and one customer has come and gone already all I wanted was an oil change. They are struggling to do the bare minimum in any sort of reasonable time frame.

While giving us an oil change they broke the coolant line and tried to blame it on us. Making us pay for it. Nope. Never coming here again. Not to mention they made us wait in our 100 degree car the whole time while they figured out what to do. My mechanic friend is helping me fix it for a fraction of the cost.

Customer service is awful. 2 days ago I showed up for a simple tire pressure check. The bay doors were open, the sign was on and said open so I pulled in to do the tire pressure check.The worker came out and immediately interrupted me and told me they were closed. I asked why was the open sign was on and he just shrugged. He told me they close at 7 pm and it was 6:59 PM.They had a bay wide open and 1 car in the other bay. I asked if I could quickly check the tire pressure and he refused. I would think a 2 minute service at a place I do regular oil changes wouldnt be a huge deal. Dont expect employees here to go above and beyond to be helpful.

Today was my 4th time here for an oil change. I dont mind taking my truck anywhere for oil because there is not way to do it wrong.... So I thought. I watched them drain the oil, install a new filter, and fill it back up. They started the engine and the guy in the pit says WOAH WOAH TURN IT OFF as i hear the sound of oil splashing everywhere. The filter was not installed all the way and I lost some of the new oil. They did not fill it back up and sure enough Im a quart or more low. Not to mention oil everywhere underneath my engine. Shame on me for trusting them to fill it back up and clean up their mistake. Luckily I checked the oil when I got home, and crawled underneath to see the carnage.

I was loyal to Jiffy Lube but they were not loyal to me. This Jiffy Lube location is the worst! My experience was so bad here that I don’t think I will ever use any Jiffy Lube again. We always take our vehicle to be serviced at Jiffy Lube. We do all their recommendations when it comes to servicing it. We try to take care of our vehicle as best we can. In our last service, Jiffy Lube recommended we change the air filter which we did and paid for it. We then drove the vehicle for about 5000 miles and when it was time for another service, to our horror we discovered that this Jiffy Lube location FORGOT TO PUT IN THE AIR FILTER we paid for(so we drove with no air filter for 5000 miles)! When we confronted the manager Cody about this he was extremely rude. He did not apologize at all and stated that since we didn’t even realize there was no air filter then there would be no damage to the vehicle. Obviously driving a vehicle for 5000 miles without an air filter would cause future damage and add to the wear and tear of the vehicle. This manager refused to acknowledge this and didn’t even offer to compensate us in any way. I am actually shocked that a company with the slogan “Leave Worry Behind” has caused me now to worry about the future reliability of my vehicle because of their incompetence and lack of accountability.

Had a really great experience with this location! It was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube and the service was great and I was priced fairly for the work done. Mason was extremely helpful and a very honest and genuine person and I would definitely trust him with my car in the future. HIGHLY recommend this location!

Everyone was really nice at this location so their customer service was not the problem. I told them my car was making weird noises (I had no idea what they were) turns out it was the skid plate had come lose and was scrapping on the ground. They told me they “tightened it.” Few days later I found out what they did, they ZIP TIED my skid plate. Why in the world did they do that!? If they weren’t going to replace the screws, they should have told me to have it fixed at a REAL mechanic not a bunch of teenagers who only know how to do an oil change (if they screw all the lids on right). I am extremely disappointed in their dishonesty. Being a girl I don’t know that much about cars but but I do know you are NOT supposed to zip tie things on cars. My husband was furious because after it broke, we thought something serious happened to our car and so we had it towed. Turns out it was only jiffy lube had lied to me. Never coming back here. Don’t trust tweenieboppers with your nice cars! Go to a nice mechanic who actually knows what they are doing.

I have been to this location twice. Both times I was sorely disappointed. Today I went in to drop off my car for an oil change since I work next door. They said they could be done in 15 minutes. Well it took them 20 minutes just to get started on it, then 20 more to change the oil after trying to up sell me on like 10 things that I did not need.They were not honest. They told me I needed new wiper blades which was a lie as I just replaced them a week ago.Bottom line I was quoted $111.92 and paid $162 and some change and it took more than twice as long as what I was told. I will never ever come back. Find a Valvoline or heck, even a Walmart with an auto center and go there instead! Every other person in the wait room seemed to be having similar experiences. Save yourself the trouble.

I went to get an oil change here and I was told they didn’t have the correct filter in stock. The manager apologized for not having the part on hand. I can understand this happening and I prepared to leave. Before I left, the manager called a nearby auto parts store who did have the correct part, and then drove there to get the filter so that they could complete the service. This saved me a trip back and I really felt like they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Great customer service goes a long way!!! Well done. I’ll be a returning customer.

Slowest oil change ever. Took over and hour and a half, i took it here because I thought it would be quicker than doing it at home, but no even the fast 30 min oil change reviews are a joke in my hometown i could go to one of these sit in my car and it would be done in 10 mins, not to mention the prices for and oil change and just ridiculous. I can buy an oil filter the oil needed and spend less than $35 and have it done faster. But no pay over $100 (my car takes synthetic oil only since its 0w-20) and wait over and hour and a half....what a joke.

Ive been to several jiffy lube locations in the past couple of years and today was my first time getting my oil change at this one. They have the best service Ive experienced at any other jiffy lube locations so far. The staff is super friendly, they finished the job fast and they even helped me finding a great coupon to save some extra money. I will sure come back to this location for all my future oil changes and car maintenance.

I went there for a scratchy sound on my car brakes. The guys were very helpful from the beginning and very polite. They showed me the brake pads that were bad and replaced them properly. Also, they noticed that the struts were bad and leaking as well. So, I got that replaced as well. My car is in very good repair and Im thankful for theyre good work.

Be very leery of this location, and the techs! I went to the Bangerter jiffy lube in Draper to have a simple emisions test completed. While I was there they told me I was over due for a lube and oil. Knowing there tactics, and the truth in regards to when my next lube is due, I simply said I have several hundred miles before its due, but thanks anyway. After I left my car was making a weird sound as I accelerated and when I slowed down. My vehicle is in perfect condition, so I was very alarmed. After speaking to a tech at another location, I was not surprised to learn the process for emisions has nothing to do with the oil levels or the dipstick. When I got home I checked everything under my hood and my dipstick had been removed and was not replaced properly, so my car was not running properly!!! I would not give this location any stars! Im so grateful that this did not damage my vehicle! I will never go to jiffy lube again for ANYTHING!

Took our truck in for an oil change. The next day, we noticed oil leaking from the engine. We took the truck back in and they sprayed degreaser on the engine and wiped it off and said “it should be fine”. The staff was rude, snobby, and acted like they weren’t responsible. They didn’t take the time or make the effort to find or fix the mistake they made. The next day, on a 30+hour drive south, we discover that it’s still leaking oil. I do not recommend going here with a bunch of young know-it-all’s with no supervision.

Worst Jiffy Lube location I have ever been to and sadly it’s the closest location I have. Refused to service my vehicle on my most recent trip because the manager Tristan said it wouldn’t fit in the bay. Asked them to look up my service history because they had serviced this vehicle before and the manager did but refused anyway. I usually drive the extra 7 minutes to the location on 13th East but didn’t feel like it today. I should have know better. Stay clear of this location and go to the 13th East location where I’ve never had a problem.

I came in for a on the spot renewal service I was told they were busy and it would be about 20 minutes before they could do it (no one was waiting) after waiting 40 minutes and another customer coming in and getting taken away right away I finally had enough and left Grease monkey down the street took care of me immediately and had great customer service take your money there

Today down to 3 stars: Locked when I arrived at 9am, no notice/sign explaining. Nobody answered door or phone. Waited a while, went to competitor.10 months ago I said: 5 stars Fast, professional, identified a problem and explained it should be taken to a full shop instead of charging me and doing half a job. We recently moved in very close to Jiffy lube store #3442 in Draper, UT- so the first time we visited the store was out of convenience to have a chip repaired on the windshield of a different car. However, the staff was so friendly and accommodating we decided to come back to get my husbands oil changed on his car. I mentioned this, and they gave me a high value coupon. Upon returning, I was treated with the same service and kindness. They even helped us solve a problem we were having with the coolant depleting rapidly, without recommending services we really didnt need. We were very impressed, and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff did a break inspection in 30 seconds, telling me that I should change everything for +$500. I went to other store to take a second opinion and after really get my breaks inspected, only the front break pads need to be replaced, for a fraction of the price

Took my $75,000 Hummer H1 into have the oil changed at the 1028 E Draper Park Way Jiffy Lube. Under the same ownership as this location...Hummer had 51,000 miles and it ran perfectly. Their techs didnt know where the dip stick was, where the coolant went or what kind of oil to use. I drove my Hummer 63 miles right after getting it done. I was on the freeway and it started making a loud banging noise and then I lost power. $9500 later and a brand new engine and Im back on the road. Do no not take your vehicle here! The oil that looks like sludge is actually broken engine parts that were in the bottom of the oil pan. No sludge just broken engine parts covered in black oil from not being serviced properly. One day again, don’t ever go to Jiffy Lube!!

If you can catch them with out a horrendous wait, its a pretty easy, painless oil change experience. They always try to sell you on the filters so just say strong and remember to just say no. That is unless you actually need them. In that case you likely should say yes. Coupons are available by mail or online.

No matter the time of day I go, they always say it’s a 45 min wait even for a top off. I am not sure if the quote is accurate or a more a reflection of the employees not wanting to do more work.

DONT GO HERE!!!!They lie and scam you out of your money. Went there for a simple oil change. Looked at the long list of services they said they did. My washer fluid was STILL empty, was never topped off, checked my air filters and they were black but was told by them that they were in great condition and the oil did not look fresh. Looked like all they did was cleaned my windows and spilled some oil on my oil cap to make it seem like they changed it, all for the price of $90!! Will NEVER be going back here and I suggest you dont either.

I went here to get my car reregistered. Didn’t go to get any kind of maintenance. They had a torn out all of my filters (that I had just barely replace the day before), That I needed an oil change (even though I got one through my dealership 500 miles ago.)Telling me that I need this maintenance done. Felt as if they alway try to take advantage to women every time I go in there. That will be the last time for me.

We went to get a retest, we were told it was a 10-15 min wait and after 40 mins they finically reached our car to find out we had to have it retested at the same store. We gave them the paper work when we got there and I don’t see why they couldn’t have told us then.

Busiest day of the year, everyone was working hard and there was a clear chain of command and accountability.Admittedly, they didnt have the parts for something I needed. But since I had been waiting for 40 minutes before my car was next in the queue, they asked if I would come back later in the week in return for a great discount -- even free service on one of my issues (not just a free inspection but the actual service).Everyone was working like a dog to keep things moving, and they were accommodating to not just me, but the other customers that were waiting while I was there.

It’s been over an hour and they still haven’t started my emissions. DMV is closed now.

Ive been there twice. First time there was a car in each bay and I was told it would be over a 90 minute wait, so I went to the one on 10th east 12300 so and was in and out. Second time was just for a quart of oil that took over 30 minutes. Not a good place to go if you want quick service.

My brakes started squeaking and since the car now has approximately 50k miles I assumed the pads were due for replacement.After taking the car in Jeff called me back stating that the pads were perfectly fine and a good spray at the carwash should stop the squeak.The technician even turned down the $20 tip I offered as gratitude for the honestly and fast service.I have been in before and had only so-so experiences but this completely changed my opinion for the better.

I watched the tech come in and tell six different customers that they had water in their brake fluid and needed to have it flushed. Is this really a thing? And it does it affect this many people?

During my oil change, a technician left a rag in the engine compartment of my car. After driving to my home within a couple miles of the facility, the rag caught fire. Luckily I carry a fire extinguisher in my car. The extinguisher helped, however the heat from the engine kept re-igniting the rag, and it took over 30 minutes to completely put the fire out. Since the Jiffy Lube had closed for the day, my husband went back early the next day to talk to the manager. The manager was not helpful and only offered a coupon for a future free oil change. It was difficult tracking down anyone from the Jiffy Lube corporation to talk to - but eventually, I talked to a district manager who agreed to refund the price of my oil change (minus the cost of the air filter they are very pushy to upsell you on) and agreed to pay for a car inspection by an auto mechanic that they selected. In hindsight, I should have argued to take my car to a mechanic I trusted of my own choosing. I took my car to their recommended shop and it was inspected in under 2 minutes -- I was assured everything was fine (how could they tell that by a very brief visual inspection??). I had no time to push the issue further -- we left town for 6 weeks within 2 days of this, and during that time the car sat in our garage. After returning, the check engine light came on within 2 weeks. I then took my car to my trusted mechanic who told me that a number sensors and different parts of the engine in the area of the fire were damaged and needed to be replaced. Jiffy Lube told me that because of the amount of time that had lapsed (regardless of the fact that the car had not been driven), they could not be held responsible. Over $2500 out of pocket for repairs, this was the most expensive oil change I have ever had. I DO NOT recommend this shop, not only because of their carelessness, but because their management was so unreasonable and such a nightmare to deal with.

Took my car in on Monday for a check engine light. Mind you, this car has an attitude problem. These guys kept me in the loop whenever they found gunk all over the spark plugs, and that the engine coils were falling apart as they worked on them.My car is still having some problems, but Im grateful for this crew. At one point, they called me to let me know they were capping my bill, but wanted to keep working to try to find the problem. Four hours later, they helped refer me to a shop they work with, and offered to set up an appointment for me. Tyou Blake, Curtis, Cameron, and the rest of your team.Your customer service and communication made a bad situation so much better.

Staff were thorough yet efficient. They made sure that everything was taken care of, and that I was completely satisfied
