This store is amazing! My Sales Associate Maddi was super sweet and explained the process to me so I wasn’t clueless going in. She listened to me, helped me in and out of dresses, was kind to my guests but ultimately let me decide everything.Would recommend 10/10 PRICES ARE PRETTY AMAZING! My floor length cathedral dream veil was $96.00 which is a steal!Will be adding a photo of me after I take my bridals.

I love this place!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They have many different shapes of dresses and modest dresses as well. I had an idea of what I would like on a dress but was unsure if I wanted a dress that hugged my curves or a stunning ballgown. I texted them days before my appointment to give them an idea of what I was looking for. The dress that was picked out for me was the first one I tried on was the one!! I had picked out and tried on several others to make sure but they just didnt live up to the excitement of the first one. I loved the way it fit, the floral lace, and it sparkled!! The picture shows Ivory over Misty Mauve, but I tried on a dress of similar style that was Ivory over Ivory and preferred that. They were able to order the dress I wanted in Ivory over Ivory. So they also have a selection of color combos to choose from too. They never went above my budget and some of the dresses were even a few hundred dollars under my budget and still looked great. Im so happy to have finally found the one after going to several stores.

BEST dress shop out there. Not only were the dresses elegant, but they were budget friendly. I found my dream dress for $200 cheaper at this shop than the same dress at other shops.Staff is super nice and helpful!! The shop itself is very nice and has great lighting! :)) Definitely recommend coming here. Wish I would have done it sooner!

Why are you changing a Booking fee to even go look at your dresses? You lost 2 potential clients by doing that. I understand the appointment only, so then charge the 25 to hold the appointment but refund once we show up. If you dont show up obviously you lose the deposit.

I was a little nervous about Bridal Closet because they requested a fee at the initial appointment. But when I got there, I understood why. The store was BEAUTIFUL, the dresses were in perfect condition, and both girls there (Maddy being my consultant!) gave all their time and attention to me. Unlike other bridal appointments, I did NOT feel pushed or rushed to make a decision. I not only found my dress there, but I found the perfect veils AND head piece to go with it! I am so thankful for Bridal Closet and bonus!— I got to put that initial fee towards my purchases. I am one happy bride!

I had such a great experience at Bridal Closet! I had been to several stores looking for my dream dress and really didnt have a great experience at any of them. But when we got to Bridal Closet they were so friendly and welcoming. They really listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses that fit my budget and what I wanted in a dress. They also let us go through the dresses and pick some ourselves which was something that the other store didnt allow us to do. At the end of the day I found my perfect dress and left feeling so happy and excited. Thank you Bridal Closet!

This place was very laid back and let you find what you really wanted to try on rather than trying to pick your style for you. I honestly loved that because I didn’t feel any pressure to say no to anything. I came here first, then went to a few others to see more and then ended coming back and buying from them. They totally worked with my schedule and were super kind about it!

I LOVED Bridal Closet! The bridal consultant was very attentive and you could tell she had experience helping brides with all different styles and body shapes. The biggest hold up I was having about my wedding was the dress - I found Saffron by Maggie Sottero the day after I got engaged and let me tell ya, my dream dress was nearly impossible to find. Not only did Ashley help me in every way with my appointments, she made it possible for me to get the dress which I will be forever thankful for. Bridal Closet was in charge of ordering the dress, altering, steaming, everything, and it all was an easygoing/stress-free process. The dress is flawless all due to Ashley and her amazing team.

I am the mother of the bride.We are soooo happy with our shopping experience at The Bridal Closet in Draper. I had been referred by my sister, who had purchased her daughters dress there and assured me it was the best place to find a beautiful gown at an affordable price.Heather was our consultant and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very kind, and her primary goal was to help my daughter find the perfect dress within her budget. We were allowed to look through the dresses on our own and select the dresses she would try on. (Many shops do not allow this.) The lay-out of the shop made the whole shopping experience so easy. The mirrors are set up so you can see the front of the dress and the back of the dress at the same time. No other shop we went to was designed so well.The best part about the entire experience was the fact that there was NO PRESSURE! We shopped at another Brides Shop in downtown Salt Lake and it was a terrible shopping experience. The downtown shop was high pressure and continually told us if we didnt like the dress we could have it altered to change it. I finally had to tell the consultant we were looking for a dress that did not require multiple changes. Heather at the Bridal Closet didnt try to sell us a dress we didnt want or a dress that would required multiple changes.I wish all shops could be like the Bridal Closet. Leah helped me find a dress that I swear was made for me! She was amazing to work with! Kind, patient and offered her input whenever I asked for it. The team was so knowledgeable about the dresses and really cared about what I wanted and my happiness with my selection. There was absolutely no pressure and it was a better experience than I could have ever dreamed! The dresses were all excellent quality and I found so many favorite looks that I cancelled my appointments at other stores. Great price points and a perfect look for everyone. All of the dresses were organized really well, too. Literally could not have dreamed up a better experience.

Ill be honest, Ive been to a lot of wedding dress stores and this was easily my least favorite experience. Just the vibe of the store wasnt great. The music was depressing, the staff was talking quietly, and honestly the COVID restrictions were kind of a buzz kill. Also I wasnt a fan of how the mirrors/lights/pedestal/couch were all set up in a crammy corner. I just felt like it was hard to get excited about spending $1,500 on a dress at this store. They have pretty dresses though, and they are very accommodating with sizes and extra fabric for alterations.

My appointment was nearly two years ago so unfortunately i cant remember the women who helped me however, my experience getting my wedding dress here was so amazing i recommend this shop to everyone i know who gets engaged, such a wide variety to chose from and i even got my bridesmaids dresses here! My wedding gown wasnt even $900 and it was STUNNING they also did alterations for me and my bridesmaids, bridesmaids dresses were about $100 each.. i consider that very reasonable and they had less expensive ones there as well! Best shopping experience of my life

What an incredible experience!! I sent pictures of what I had in mind for my wedding dress and they had 3 dresses pulled and waiting for me upon arrival at my appointment day/time. We (my mother, mother-in-law and I) were able to come back the very next day to try on again, what I already knew was “my dress” 😉. The experience was seamless from start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly, hands on, welcoming and professional. They recommended the best alterations gal I could’ve imagined, steamed my dress a few days before the wedding and we were “off to the races”! I had a bridal appointment and a sample sale appointment within a week of each other. Sara was my consultant for each appointment and took care of my every need. My consultant Sara was amazing and so welcoming. Shop space is beautiful, warm and inviting. We were able to play around with some dress styles of what I had in mind as well as some styles and designs that Sara thought would look good on my body. I was also amazed that we were able to customize an existing dress to make it my own. I also loved that they had references for alterations, flowers and photography. 10/10 would recommend.

Everywhere else I went, I felt like my budget was limiting my options of dresses. But with a $1800 dollar budget I could basically chose any dress. Their highest and most expensive dress was $2300, so still very reasonable. Not only that; but they made me laugh, they made me feel comfortable, and they were very very personable!! Seriously the best place!!! I found my dress, and it was all thanks to their employees. The woman that was helping me TRANSFORMED my dress into something I loved. I cant thank them enough for their service!

Other places limit the number of guests you can bring, but with Bridal Closet (the dressing area was cozy) they still encourage you to bring anyone you want. I happened to stumble upon this site and purchased several items. What a fabulous experience!!! I needed my items within four weeks and with the pandemic and shipping taking longer than normal, I reached out to make sure I could get my order in time. They kept in contact with me via text, and made sure when everything was ready to ship that it went via 3- DAY UPS. I received everything on time as they promised and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everything! Had to leave these guys a great review. My dress came from here years ago and I needed to find the same lace to lengthen the dress. They didnt have my same dress in stock anymore but the person was so helpful, they let me send them pictures and helped me find the right lace to search! Their help meant so much, I felt so lost and overwhelmed and they went out of their way to help.

I tried wedding dresses on at a few different places but ended up finding THE dress here. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses. Unfortunately on their website most dresses say call for price or they said the dresses could only be priced in store, which I thought was pretty annoying. But my experience at the store was great! Patti, my consultant was very helpful and accommodating, but not pushy! It made the decision so much easier because I knew I made it myself, and I wouldnt have any buyers remorse! Overall awesome experience!

The gal I worked with was extremely helpful and patient with me. Unfortunately I cant remember her name, but shes fairly new. The boutique environment really set the tone to feel unique and in the spotlight. A couple changes is I wish the lighting was more consistent and realistic to natural light around the store. Also, despite the prep video I received before my appointment, I didnt know what to expect regarding the actual process of trying on dresses. Did I need to bring certain undergarments? Who was supposed to be helping me try on? Usually the sales rep helps but my mom stepped in when they left me to it. Otherwise, fantastic service and amazing efforts helping find, and take home my dress THAT DAY. :)

I had such a wonderful experience at the Bridal Closet. I came in with a specific dress in mind, which Alicia immediately pulled for me. She then gave me some time to look around and pick out a few others that caught my eye while she pulled some suggestions as well. She was kind, patient, and easy to work with. She was happy to offer suggestions that were helpful and informative. This was my first dress appointment so I had no idea what to expect! I was worried that finding a wedding dress would be a painful and long process requiring visits to several stores, but I found the perfect dress! I absolutely LOVED my experience at Bridal Closet. My only complaint is that even the plus size samples were a bit small for me but I can’t really fault the store for that. The consultant I worked with was so kind. She provided her honest opinions without being rude, listened well to my vision and likes/dislikes, and presented options I may not have otherwise considered. She was helpful while I FaceTimed with my mom and good friend who are out-of-state and made me feel at ease even when I needed her help shimmy-ing in and out of sample dresses that were too small for my plus size frame. I look forward to getting my dress in a few months!

With COV19, shutdowns, and an unexpected fall that broke both of my legs, I thought I was probably doomed in getting a wedding dress in time for our Nov. 2020 wedding. I was unable to get into a bridal store, so I had to do my searches online. I found the perfect Sottero-Midgley dress, but after contacting pretty much every store in the Midwest that carried that line, I was either ignored, or told that they couldnt order the dress in time. Then I found Bridal Closet. They were unbelievably quick to respond to my texts, and helped me measure at home for the dress. They were the only ones who told me that it was doable, so I placed the rush order on 7/14, with the arrival date to the store slated for 10/14. It was cutting it close for our Nov. 5 wedding, but I was just so pleased that Bridal Closet gave me a lifeline, even way over here in Kentucky. On 9/22 I received a text that my dress had been shipped, and it was in my hands by 9/28. I was so happy not only to get it in time, but also early enough where I had time for some minor alterations. Its always a little nerve-wracking to order things sight unseen, especially from a company I had never dealt with before, but from start to finish working with Bridal Closet was a great experience. I highly recommend Bridal Closet to anyone across the U.S.!

Came here with a friend for her wedding dress and she had a great experience. They have a good selection of dress styles and the shop with few clean and nice. The staff was very friendly, but we did end up with someone who seemed a bit new, but she definitely had some help as we went along from one of the other girls. My friends dress came in right around when they said it would and she was given great info about tailors and cleaners when we picked it up. 5 stars!

This is a very honest review. Dress shopping was the easiest part of wedding planning for me thanks to the Bridal Closet. More specifically, thanks to Ashley, who was the best to work with. I initially called before I went in and they let me know I didn’t need an appointment as they were having a dress sale. I was initially greeted by a consultant who did not seem interested in helping me out. However, since Ashley took over, she has been amazing through and through. Firstly, she made me feel absolutely comfortable dress shopping alone! She asked about my budget and picked out dresses for me to try on accordingly. There was no rush, she gave great advice, and was very easy to talk to. She did my initial fitting as well, and was equally wonderful to work with during that time!Unfortunately, when I went in for my last fitting, I worked primarily with another consultant who did not deliver in the same customer service. She pretty much directed me to payment, rather than making sure that all the alterations were correct (or even letting a bride-to-be just admire the expensive dress that she bought, who was also traveling over an hour for each fitting). But credit is due where it’s due, and Ashley was amazing! The Bridal Closet’s dress selection were also plentiful. So thank you, and I would definitely recommend this place to other future brides!

Fabulous experience! The staff here is amazing! I was able to get my dress, altered, & fitted within 2 weeks! Beautiful pieces you dont see anywhere else, fantastic price points, the owner Ashley is a delight & truly passionate about what she does. Rhuvana did a fantastic job altering my dress in a short period of time & showed me how to wrap it properly to fly with it to Paris without much wrinkling. So sweet & a real pleasure to work with I have suggested them to many people since.

Loved working with everyone there! They werent overbearing and let me choose at my own pace! I bought my dress, veil and belt there and I love it all! I got the most compliments for my dress on my wedding day! And in the last two weeks we decided to add sleeves and they did! We got the dress safe and sound and loved the sleeve!!

They have fair prices and a fantastic sales rack (lots of options, in good condition, and my dress was almost 50% off!). Seriously, check out their sales. They’re wonderfully organized from least to most puffy and have a wide variety of designs. Their customer service was incredible and they didn’t push me to get a more expensive dress at all, definitely respected my budget. I would highly recommend this store!

A few weeks ago we stopped in and worked with Franklin. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The store had a great selection of dresses and a comfortable atmosphere to shop. None of the sales representatives were pushy or made us feel rushed.As mentioned, we did work with Franklin while trying on dresses. He was so kind and understanding while we tried to figure out the style and fit that worked the best. He had great suggestions, but also did not bring us anything that was out of range of what we were looking for. With only five weeks to plan my daughters wedding, time was definitely an issue. We went into the Bridal Closet without an appointment and found a beautiful dress within 20 minutes. Such a good experience with them! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I loved my dress and the alterations done here. They steamed my dress for bridals and my wedding day to make sure it was perfect and to make sure I was happy! Definitely recommend.

I loved working with the Bridal Closet. They are located in Draper, Utah and I actually live in St. George. I chose to work with them so I could share this experience with my mom and my sister. I was completely satisfied with the service I received with them. I worked with Ashley and never was passed around to a bunch of different people. She saw me try on the dresses, measured me for alterations, and actually did the alterations all on her own. I loved being able to work with one person through the whole process. They were very accommodating with my having to travel back and forth for fittings. I love my dress and working with Ashley. My mom and I were always so happy and satisfied when we left the store. She is very organized, conscious of time frames and great at communicating back and forth with me. I always had things there before we even expected them. Great great place to work with!

I would suggest them to anyone and i even brought my soon to be sister in law to buy her dress too that’s how much i loved them! Go go go!!

After visiting other bridal shops in the valley, I happened to stumble upon the Bridal Closet and am so glad I did! I was actually treated like an actual person and not just another potential sale. I ended up buying a bridesmaid dress, my wedding gown, and my daughters flower girl dress all from the Bridal Closet and was extremely satisfied. Ashley was very personable and remembered who I was every time I went in and didnt have to ask why I was there. Ashley also altered my wedding gown perfectly. I would recommend Ashley and the Bridal Closet to anyone!

I love Bridal Closet. I found my perfect wedding dress there almost instantly. Ashley was absolutely wonderful to work with. Unlike other places I went, she was not overbearing and didnt try to force things on me; instead, she quickly realized what my style was and help me find dresses I would like. My dress was easily ordered, and fit so perfectly I didnt need any alterations. I also loved the free veil that came with the dress which matched the style perfectly! The selection of wedding dresses is vast and diverse. The staff is wonderful and the location is convenient! Thank you so much for making my wedding much less stressful. :)

Sara was so attentive I live in nevada and I went to several dress shops and this store had everything I was looking for. Not to mention I was so pick I put the same 2 dresses on like 30 times and she didnt care she reassured me she was there to help me hands down best experience ever thank you so much sara. :)

Absolutely wonderful! Ashley was amazing, always able to reach her by phone. Response through emails very quick, and willing to work with me in creating a bustle she had not seen or done before based on the picture I sent her and her willingness to do research on the type of bustle I was looking for. Price could not be beat! Did a price match just as advertised after confirming other site was an authorized retailer (which did not take long at all). Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase. Loved, loved, loved my dress. I was working with a very short time frame and therefore was not able to get the hem line done by the designers manufacturer but Ashley was able to have their store seamstresses do it for only $5 dollars more than the advertised price through the manufacturer and at a way better price than any bridal store in town. They threw in my bustle for free, overall I saved hundreds of dollars on the same dress I fell in love with at a local store (the price was $300 cheaper than at Impressions bridal in Houston and the bustle saved me around $150 plus they did the hem line for about $50 cheaper in store, it was a fabulous deal). Ashley is wonderful, she truly helped me as she had to call and verify the dress was in stock and ready to be shipped so I could get it within my short time frame and they got the dress, did the work to it and had it shipped to me within the week of receiving it. I would highly recommend them!

I loved my experience with Bridal Closet! The entire process was very easy for me. The in-house alterations was a very nice benefit, as small alterations were done right there on the spot. Ashley was great with how everything was handled, from the buying process to the final touches on my dress. She has a small, clean, store, which was nice to be a part of, versus the giant stores that push the sale a little too much! One of the best things about this store is that they price matched my dress!!! There is not one negative thing I can say about Bridal Closet. Great experience with Ashely and would recommend Bridal Closet to anyone in need of a wedding dress!!

Bridal Closet was great for my wedding dress experience! I had tried a few other stores, and thought I could pick a dress if I had to, but then I came to Bridal Closet and found two that were stunning! Picking one was hard, but the dress made me feel gorgeous. Franklynn helped me the first time and he was fabulous. On other visits, Ashley assisted me and she was also wonderful. Overall, I had a great experience every time I went in, and I would highly recommend them.

I bought my wedding gown here. Excellent service on two visits trying on dresses. I had the back of my dress altered in house as well, and it turned out great! There was once mix up with scheduling an appointment, but Ashley went out of her way to make it up to us. Would definitely recommend them!

Wow! Best shopping experience I have ever had dress shopping! They have a wide selection of in style dresses. Most beautiful dresses I have ever seen for brides and bridesmaids. I live in the area and just so happened to find what I was looking from their online shop. I emailed and Bridal Closet price matched the item. When my item came in earlier than expected (AWESOME!) they ended up hand-delivering it to my house. Wow is all I can say. They went above and beyond. They are amazing -so receptive and just wonderful to do business with.

Bridal Closet is THE BEST! Great selection of dresses, but what really makes this place great is the amazing staff. I fell in love with a dress out of my price range and my consultant (I am terrible with names, but it was the male consultant there) found a dress similar in my price range and suggested some low cost alterations and accessories to make the cheaper dress look almost exactly like the one I fell in love with. Alterations were quick and looked fantastic. I will be sending everyone I know here. THANK YOU!

I was in a rush on my way to the mall to find a prom dress for my daughter when we decided to stop by Bridal Closet. Within minutes we found the most beautiful dress! Owner Ashley did some alterations and went out of her way to not only to get the alterations done well, but didnt stop until the dress fit my daughter perfectly. This store is a jewel. From an amazing selection of reasonably priced gowns and dresses to the comfortable and spacious fitting rooms, beautiful, tranquil chic decor and helpful advice from Ashley, this is my favorite store ever. I will definitely be getting my special occasion dresses from this store from now on!

Finally found my dress today! Franklynn and the entire staff was incredible. Love the vibe of the store, so cute and classy. No intimidating or pushy sales associates compared to other places Ive been. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. I had been there several times searching for The Dress, trying on many styles and designers, even just popping in real quick to try on a new dress I discovered online. Each time the staff was so helpful and nice. Went for the Maggie Sottero pop up shop and they had great snacks and music and just an overall fun and amazing experience. So happy I found the perfect dress here that is even more beautiful than I ever imagined it would be! Thank you to the entire staff for the great experiences every time Ive visited the store!

Before I went to Bridal Closet I thought I would never find the perfect wedding dress for me. All the other places werent prepared and didnt make me feel excited like Bridal Closet did. Its an amazing atmosphere with great workers that help you find the best dress for you! I could have spent hours there because it felt so good to walk around in the most perfect dress...and the best part about it is they would have let me! They arent pushy or pressure you into anything. It was great! AND! They dont send you a billion emails either. I LOVED IT!!
