I cannot express how perfect my experience was at the bride room and how perfect my dress came together. In December I went to the Bride Room and tried on a handful of dresses. They had an incredible selection, I honestly could have been happy with many of the dresses there. My dress was ordered and when it arrived in March I wanted some custom alterations done. They made me feel like a priority at all times, and always responded to my questions and my needs. I got my dress in time for my bridals just 2 weeks before my wedding. Following my bridals there were more alterations I requested to make my dress more modest for my wedding. With less than 2 weeks until my wedding they got every alteration done and my dress was absolutely PERFECT. I cannot recommend them enough. Every consultant, seamstress, and member of that team was so kind and professional. They made my bridal experience everything that I wanted and more ❤️

The best selection of beautiful and current gowns around. We had went to a national bridal store a week earlier and were left disappointed. Luckily we found The Bride Room. So many beautiful gowns that in the end we had so many top contenders. The also had a very large selection of plus size gowns that were the same as the standard size beautiful gowns. Both plus size and standard size gowns were displayed. In my opinion the prices for the gowns was very reasonable, all under $2500. Our consultant was amazing and best of all we found our dress!!!

My experience at The bride room was amazing, I couldn’t imagine getting my dress anywhere else. I went to SEVERAL stores before finding myself at The bride room, and they were no where near as great and I left all of them feeling very discouraged. You walk into the store and immediately know your dress is waiting for you. The energy is phenomenal and you feel it right from the start. The owner Laurel is incredible and made the process of getting my dream dress so simple and easy. She listened to every concern and every request I had. I cant recommend The Bride Room enough!!! I am actually a wedding photographer myself and was super worried that I wouldnt find a dress that felt like ME after seeing so many in my career. Leading up to trying on dresses, I was worried I would feel pressured in the moment to know what I liked. As soon as I talked into The Bride Room, I felt so at ease. The staff was SO friendly. They listened to my likes/dislikes of every dress in order to pin point a dress that checked all the boxes! They never once pressured me into anything. I was also super impressed by their wide range of beautiful dresses. As soon as I walked into the store, I saw multiple that caught my attention and the staff was eager to help me into every single one! I went in without the intension of finding something that day and left with the dress of my dreams! The staff even went above and beyond to have a cute celebration balloon pop with my mom and I. Honestly, that extra touch really made the whole experience feel so much more exciting than it already was! The Bride Room should definitely be at the top of your list for shops to try out!!!

This is the first time i’ve ever felt that in good conscience, i couldn’t leave a review RAVING about a business! The consultants were an absolute dream to work with and calmed all my jitters about finding a dress! Madi was my consultant and i’ve never met someone who could seemingly melt away and rid all my body insecurities with just her words like she did. and it was a major game changer in finding my perfect dress! Kae and Elly helped with my second time in where i showed my family and friends the dress i fell in love with as well as a few others just for them to see me in, and again the were a DREAM to work with! these girls will have you blushing every moment you’re in the store and leaving feeling so deeply cared for and loved as a customer. every one of my fittings was effortless and Laurel is seriously amazing to work with, making what seemed like too much to ask for happen seemingly overnight! finding a sample dress to try on in store before ordering was a nightmare at other stores, with the dresses either being significantly too big or too small and leaving too much for comfort up to my imagination- but this was absolutely not the case at Utah Bride Room! They were able to pull dresses that may have not been my exact size but were close i could see how it would look, as well as pulled a similar dress or style in my size so i could see exactly how it would fall in my body! I will never not recommend Utah Bride Room to any of my friends, family or even strangers and cannot thank them enough for making my whole wedding planning process that much easier and for making my dress truly mine.

The Bride Room was the first location where I tried on wedding dresses. I fell in love with their inclusive dress sizes and customer service. The stylist picked out a dress for me to try on and it ended up being my dress- a perfect dress that made me feel like a queen. Best place to buy a gown. The whole experience was incredible from the beginning trying in dresses to the final fitting and taking it to wear on her wedding day. Adding sleeves filing in back but still being true to the original idea of the dress. Laural and her staff where kind, and helpful and the best we met while searching for her dress. Will come back again when her sister has opportunity to walk down the aisle.

The Bride Room is a one of a kind place with a one of a kind experience! Laurel is an angel sent from the sewing gods. My husband and I were high school sweethearts and our very first date together was prom. I wanted to alter my Prom dress to be my going away dress and Laurel worked miracles. It was so so special and everybody at the wedding was so excited that I got to wear it again on my wedding day! Laurel also altered my wedding gown and did a fabulous job of making it fit just right. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Laurel really listened to my vision, put in her professional opinion when needed, and made my dreams come true. The Bride Room also has an amazing collection of wedding gowns. If I had to do it all over again I would have purchased my dress from here and let laurel handle everything.I attached a photo of my dress from when we were 16 and on our wedding day!

This Bridal shop has the most amazing dresses! I had to go in several times for my fittings and every time I wanted to try on every designer dress in this place! Gorgeous, beautiful gowns!! Even though my experience was super stressful and unprofessional, I ended up really liking my dress! They pulled through in the end and that’s what really matters, but I cannot recommend coming here for your wedding.I knew I was getting engaged before it actually happened. I went to the Bride Room and asked how much their dresses cost and how long it would take to get one. They told me three months would be enough to get a custom gown! So I made sure that I had that much time when I went dress shopping just days after my engagement. Finding my dress was a priority for my wedding.On the day of my appointment, my party and I had a lovely time. I really enjoyed my consultant and I found the dress of my dreams pretty quickly! We were very excited and booked a fitting for a few days later. I wasn’t told that I bought a floor gown until I came back in for that fitting. I was a little disappointed I wasn’t getting my custom dress, but they assured me this would work out better because they would have more than enough time for alterations.After that visit, I was not contacted by the Bride Room AT ALL. I was trying to be super patient and understanding but I caved and contacted them four weeks before my wedding. I asked on the progress and they told me they had just received the lace to build sleeves for my dress and would be starting on it soon. I though that made sense and asked for an eta on the next fitting, which they avoided giving me.I did not hear from the Bride Room after I contacted them. Finally, a week before my wedding, my mom asked where my dress was and I had no idea. She went mama bear on them and demanded another fitting (I didn’t even know the status of my dress at this point). They pulled every excuse in the book, but finally scheduled me in for the Friday before my Thursday wedding. (I needed my dress Tuesday for bridals which they knew from the beginning). When I came in for the fitting, the dress looked almost exactly as it did when I bought the floor gown. It still had holes and rips in places and the sleeves they were building were hastily pinned on. It also didn’t fit me anymore and the employees implied I should “watch my weight before the wedding”, which was literally so rude and made me feel ridiculous. It felt like they had completely forgotten about me, even though I purchased my dress with plenty of time to spare. I was able to get some measurements and return the next day, I think they spent the whole of Friday night and Saturday morning working on it because there was actually substance to the dress the next day.Going in Saturday, I felt like a villain. The air of the shop was so tense, I just wanted to have a nice dress but my wedding was days away and I still wasn’t done. I asked for a few more tweaks and they promised I could pick the dress up Monday morning. On Monday they still had more to fix, but the seamstress working on me that day was much kinder and sympathetic to my anxiety. I took the dress home that day, finally.All in all, it was an extremely stressful experience working with the Bride Room. I didn’t feel that I received a $2200 experience. The communication was terrible, the last minute alterations were unnecessary considering the amount of time I had given them to work on my dress, and I felt disrespected by some of the employees. I follow their Instagram and I know most brides don’t have this experience. I see many of them bringing their dresses home weeks before their wedding and they look so happy. Unfortunately this was not my experience, as I heard nothing of the progress of my dress until less than a week before I needed it. I didn’t feel I deserved that.While I like how the dress turned out, it was not worth the anxiety I suffered and I would not recommend my friends or family to come here for their wedding dress.*Edit* thank you for the public apology, it is unfortunate the effort that was required to receive one. Still astounded that you lied about how much weight I gained publicly, but thank you for taking that down.

This was the first place that I went to start my dress shopping experience and WOW. You wouldnt know it was a wedding dress store on the outside but when I walked in, I knew I was going to find my dress there. I was immediately greeted by Taryn and she had a great energy! She made me feel so comfortable, and when I told her my budget if there was a dress I wanted she would tell me if it was out of budget and not make me feel like I had to try it on. I do not have enough good things to say about this place. I went to a larger dress store in Provo and felt like nothing there was quite unique enough or up to date in fashion, and it was hard to stay within my budget. 1. The Bride Room does a wonderful job picking out a wide yet beautiful variety of dresses to carry. They picked out exactly what I liked and it was all within my budget I gave them.2. An amazing capability this store has that is different than others is: they do alterations with the designer at the factory! This way you get a seamless custom dress, unique to yourself. They do the alterations in factory which allows to have your customizations built into the design before the dress is even sewn together. Much better work than trying to change a dress already made.3. They have different sleeves already made that they can pin to dresses, various veils, and many other features that they put on you/add to the dress in store to help you find exactly what you are looking for.4. The owner of the store is very experienced and was involved in the try ons and suggestions. She was so sweet and extremely helpful.Seriously, go here if you are shopping for a dress, they are wonderful.

The best thing I did was take my wedding dress to the Bride Room to have it altered. I had bought a wedding dress from a different place. When it came the top of my dress was way too big and the bottom was way to long. I was actually kind of nervous because it didn’t fit good at all. A friend referred The Bride Room to me and I’m so glad I went there. Laurel literally does magic and she is so kind and patient!! She was so accommodating and lovely!! Laurel is incredibly knowledgeable and helps each bride to get the perfect dress. Amazing place. Beautiful little shop with an amazing selection that you won’t find most places. I went in February, and they worked with me to place the order in June, and will let me make payments. This place was AMAZING!! I had two months until my wedding and 3 weeks until our bridal session when I bought my dress. They gave me a celebration when I said yes to the dress and then I gave them 2 weeks to alter and add hand stitched beading to the dress. They were so flexible and did it so fast when other places I went looking for a dress told me I would need 6-8 weeks to alter and thats the fastest they could do and that it would cost $500 extra. Then, on top of that, The Utah Bride Room sent an employee to help me get in, tie up the corset back, and put my veil in so I could do a first look with my fiancé. Absolutely amazing experience!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

I came to The Bride Room for alterations on my wedding dress. And with very short timing (My wedding was coming in just 2 months!) They were beyond amazing! My dress didn’t fit me right at all when I came and I wanted to change so much, like adding extra straps and details and they did it! Laurel is truly a god send to brides. So I wasnt planning on coming here and had other appointments booked at other bridal shops. I ended stopping by SUPER last minute on my way to the airport haha. They were SOOOOO accommodating to me booking LAST minute. I was the only one in the shop at the time and had their full attention which was nice. The shop itself is a little hard to find at first but so so cute. I had no idea what i was really looking for and they took my jumbled up thoughts and brought out the best options! (its like they read my mind) I ended up finding my dress and falling in love immediately after trying it on.The shipping was a little delayed but they were very informative every time i called in asking for an update and also very understanding every time I was calling asking for an update (I got kind of annoying lol sorry) my fitting appt was perfect and Laurel who I assume does the alterations was the most lovely person to work with. I super super recommend this shop!!

The bride room helped with what I needed in the short amount of time for my wedding. And the alterations were amazing and fit me perfectly.

We had the most amazing experience at The Bride room. My daughters dress is absolutely beautiful! She made custom sleeves with stars to match her theme. It was sketchy during the Covid but she pulled through for us. Would highly recommend them for any occasion. Friendly and do what they promise. We will be going back again.

The Bride Room is such a wonderful shop! They listened to what I was looking for and helped me figure out what specifics I wanted. The dresses I tried on were all great quality, and I ended up going with the third one! They helped me try on several veils to make sure I felt confident with my choice. They offered to do different alterations to the dress if I wanted to (add more buttons, change the sleeves, etc.) but didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want. The necessary alterations I needed like tightening the sleeves were very reasonably priced, and she carefully pinned the dress for them. Overall the staff was incredibly sweet and personable! They made me feel so beautiful and even cried a little with me when I found the right dress.

Laurel and Ashton were so sweet and helpful! I came in knowing what kind of dress I wanted but was way too far out of my budget and they worked with me and are creating an almost identical dress to the one I loved but are doing it within my budget and making it even better by making the sleeves how I want. By far the best experience and best quality for the price! I am so excited and happy for my dress!!

My daughter and I loved this place! They have amazing people that can help you with anything you need. The entire experience was wonderful. The alterations to her dress were perfect! We highly recommend the Bride Room.

I was very hesitant to find someone to alter my bridesmaid dress since it has many layers and lace. Laurel fixed the length, shoulders, and sleeves and did a WONDERFUL job! She responded in a timely manner & my dress was finished within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend going to her!

If I recommend supporting any business, it’s this one! The owner was the sweetest lady and she altered a dress I wanted from a size 14 to a size 0. She is just amazingly talented and caring. We were so lucky to find her and not have to pay thousands for a wedding dress. She deserves all the business in the world because not only is she soooo talented, she also cares and wants to help!
