Love this store chain. Such a cute fun store. So clean. So organized. When I have a difficult day dealing with other stores in Utah, going here and encountering such nice people helps. Its more than just a grocery store. Weird review but true.

I love Harmons. But Ive been disappointed in the meat department. When you are paying over $30 a pound for Waygu beef you would hope that it is what they say it is. This is not the first time this is happened. First time I thought maybe it was an honest mistake. Now I think Im being scammed.

We get everything relating to food from harmons.You should go.The fruits and vegetables section is great.The jalapeño pepper salsa is good.

All Harmons are NOT created equal. Really enjoy the customer experience at the Draper store on 114th. So easy to get great service at the deli, bakery and meat counters and the produce is great.I used to shop at the Bangerter Crossing store, which is much closer, but a few weeks ago I happened by the 114th location and was shocked by the difference.Love that I dont have to do jumping jacks to get the attention of the Deli team, instead they make eye contact, take my order and skillfully prepare it while I shop.Thanks guys .... keep up the great work.

A trip to the grocery store is normally a standard chore- but not only is this location always clean, stocked, and easy to navigate, but the staffs assistance and drive to help is unparalleled. A special shout out to Chad on Register 7 today! He went above and beyond in whats otherwise a quick interaction and left us smiling even bigger on the way out!

After being rufused gas at your gas station because you do not accept American currency i will no longer shop at any of your stores neither will my family membors or friends,after putting this on social media i hope all stop shopping at harmons

Harmons is of course EVERYTHING you want in a grocery store but today I need to share with you my experience with the Del/Bakery. In handling my Moms funeral I realized a traditional luncheon was impossible so I decided on box lunches. Harmons put together 60 of the most amazing box lunches for us. The kitchen manager helped us choose 3 of your mouthwatering Artisan sandwiches and they added a generous portion of fresh fruit, a package of chips and a rich brownie in every box. Almost everyone at the luncheon came to me to tell tell me how impressed they were of what you put together. I cant thank Harmons and their kitchen manager enough for making a very important lunch for me so phenomenal! I highly suggest that if you need something catered that before making a decision you check what Harmons has to offer you. I think you might just be impressed too.

I love that I can pick up the prettiest peonies from this Harmon’s! They run $15 for 5 stems and they always are great quality!They are a great specialty item store.

This is a very nice Harmons if youre out this way. Friendly staff, good produce, usually have some cute seasonal gifts from local artists too.

While I love the bakery and meat dept. The gas pump area does not accept cash!!!! What is up with that, the attendant acted like I had the plague...NO more Harmons, your high prices are one thing but no cash? Really.....

They seem to always be out of everything or its not very fresh these days. Also, the employees are quite rude. Really disappointed in this Harmons, I live closest to this one but will be making the drive to the Bangerter crossing Harmons from now on.

Have had some issues with their e-shop service lately but they always go above & beyond in making it right. We all make mistakes or experience learning curve pain training new employees from time to time. Harmons handles it with professionalism, a sincere apology, and a smile. They have the best customer service and employees!

If you are going to approach someone for not wearing a mask properly don’t act rude about it. Some people actually do have a hard time breathing with masks. Be more respectful! You have lost another customer.

I love Harmons, you can go to any Harmons in the valley and have an excellent shopping experience, I love to cook and they have always got whatever I’m looking for. I tried the new E-shop feature with online ordering, they made that quick and easy. Even before this pandemic hit, Harmons has always been the cleanest grocer, I have gone in and the store will be temporarily closed down just for cleaning but you can still access their goods. Harmons has been my choice of grocer for a very long time, they are consistently making their stores better around every corner, as long excellence & consistency continue to be their store experience I’ll shop at Harmons.

As having the appearance for looking like a healthy grocery store and charging prices like whole foods for non organic products amazes me how they even are in business. The meat and seafood department smelled like rotten food. Tells me they are not selling very fresh products. I’ll stick to shopping at whole foods ;)

I like Harmon’s but asking for ID and giving a hard time for Budweiser Zero is a little crazy. It’s 0.0 alcohol. I’m 44 years old and quit drinking. I like that you carry Budweiser Zero. No one else does, but c’mon. Pull down mask, etc, is a little much for something that has Zero alcohol.That’s all.

Our family has been loyal customers to Harmons for years, and I will not be going back. I have had WAY to many instances with the management being very overbearing. Customer service is nonexistent at this store and it is not worth it to shop there.

Classy harmons. Refuse to let a 6 year old child into your store who’s on the spectrum and can’t wear a mask? Despicable. What ever happened to basic decency for the disabled?

No I wont wear a mask over my nose. It took three un-informed employees and a manager to finally push me over the edge, and I will gladly never step foot in another Harmons again! I was informed that the mask I was wearing was not covering my nose sufficiently. Thanks for information. However once you started to reverse my check-out you stepped out of line.I wear my mask as a courtesy. I get tested monthly since I had Covid in June. I have had strong antibodies ever since. Some people, like the ones at this Harmons location seem to take the CDC recommendations to far and enforce their personal belief (not policy). As a result Harmons has lost my business and most the people I know are on board.Im not here to argue the effectiveness of masks, only the validity of this level of incompetents, knowledge, and policy.

Harmons, my family and I have been loyal customers for years. I will respect your mask policy, and will wear a mask if I choose to shop at your stores. I DO have a problem with your management team confronting my wife, who was wearing a mask, but my 4 year old son wasnt. Your team instructed my wife to get a mask for my 4 year old son. She explained his age and was told that he still needed a mask. He doesnt even need to wear a mask at school, but to go into your store with his mother, he does? We have tried to be respectful of your policies, but that is over the top. Get serious!!!

Probably the worst location of Harmons out there. They are rude and the management doesn’t care about anyone.

Stopped in today to get some flowers for my niece. (in the hospital pregnant going through a very sad situation w/ her unborn baby boy) and your floral dept manager (I didnt get her name but she had a red shirt on and I think red hair) helped me pick out a few different flower types and some greenery and put together the most beautiful bouquet. I really appreciated her time and expertise today! THANK YOU!!

Prices are high, but the best customer service and quality.

I am okay paying higher prices for quality services and groceries. But it is frustrating to pay more and find employees who wear masks with their noses uncovered. Management claims that all employees wear them but there is no enforcement. This evening three out of four were flaunting the policy. I observe that on every trip. At the governors news conference yesterday he emphasized the importance of everyone wearing masks. Angela Dunn, the state’s lead epidemiologist, said the one thing we can do to keep our state safe is wear masks.

I absolutely LOVE Harmons!! They have amazing produce and incredible meats. Honestly, everything they offer is amazing! But, they also have anything and everything you need or want and this location is very clean, nice and provide great customer service! One of the best things about shopping here is all of the small vendor booths they have set up through out the store.... Cutest, custom, amazing, beautiful items!!!!!!

I received your ad in my E-mail and was glad t to see your 5 for $20 was back and wanted to pick up a few other items in your ad. I checked the date to make sure the sale was on and headed to your store and arrived around 10:30 a.m. only to find no pork chops when I asked at the meat counter I was told We havent got them out yet maybe in an hour I told the gentleman Im not going to be here in an hour and your sale is going on now! all I got back was SORRY! so I bought some bones for my dog asked if he could cut them in half as they have done before and was given an abrupt NO! no reason why just no. so then I went to pick up some vegetables, again in your ad, I couldnt find what I was looking for and I asked the person stocking if they had what I wanted. He checked and told me No we didnt get any.If your not going to have the items dont advertise them. And have your advertised items ready when the sale starts.

Hello going to Harmons. I always feel kind of elegant (for shopping) when I go in there. Great produce. Great cheeses & deli meats. Good selection of olive oils. The service is always great. I love the pharmacy people!

Always a good place to shop. The store is always clean and organized. Some of the prices are a little higher than other places but I believe you are getting a better quality product. Staff is friendly and you can often find unique and local products.

Seriously love this store! The customer service is and always has been so good, the fresh produce selection is amazing. What a huge variety to choose from, love all their snacks and treats and really large organic selection. The only down side is that we always leave with way more than we intended to buy. Was a bit too busy for my liking today, especially with the COVID-19 measures in place (for those who actually follow them). Seemed out of quite a bit (not necessities that I was needing but there were quite a few empty shelves). Usually a really good store with great employees. The employees were still excellent today!

Beautiful store, clean and tidy with a wide variety of products. The produce looks especially fresh. The in-store post office is very convenient as is the pharmacy. I dont live near this store (I was running an errand for my elderly mother) but I would love to shop there regularly.

It’s got quality food and goods. Their selection is wanting at times and their costs are a bit higher but overall I find it to be a great place to shop for your groceries. I would definitely say that the quality of the ingredients found at Harmon’s is superior to other grocery stores

I have never been in a store that has treated customers so bads as this Harmons has. Never shop at the Harmons on a 11400 th so off of 700 east .It is the worst services ever. The staff sucks. And never use the Bank in there either. They are all out for themselves and not the customer.

Good food. My go to place for produce. Cashiers are great and helpful. Roz has gone out of her way to be helpful. She recognizes me and my brothers when we come in. I have to eat gluten free. The managers have been willing to keep certain products I like in stock.

Gourmet food, the bakery selection is out of this world, the freshest selection of meat & seafood around. I love the salad bar and cream of mushroom soup! Harmons stands for the highest quality gourmet foods and services around. When I really want to impress because it’s important, I go to Harmons & they never let me down!

They make the best birthday cakes! My 4 year old son wanted a dinosaur cake for his birthday party and I searched high and low for a bakery that had a design I liked. Harmon’s ended up having a great dinosaur cake with a volcano online that my son fell in love with as soon as he saw the picture. We went in a few weeks before the party and ordered the cake. We were told it’s not a regular design they carry so they made extra sure to order in the right kit we wanted and they helped us pick out the cake flavor, frosting, and filling (I highly recommend the whipped frosting btw). We needed to pick up the cake at 9am. My husband said when he arrived the girl making the cake was just completing the final touches so we knew it was fresh. She took great pride in her work and the cake was AMAZING! It looked even better then the picture. I regret not getting her name because she deserves serious credit. Our party guests all asked where we got the cake because it was so impressive. It might have been my sons favorite part of his birthday. And not only did the cake look great, it tasted wonderful. Thank you Harmon’s for taking such pride in your quality and customer service, we will be ordering many more cakes in the future.

The selection of foods is great! I love the vast varieties of local products. Harmons is a great grocery store to visit if you’re looking for local produce and other local products. I even love their selection of craft sodas. The prices are a little more expensive compared to some other grocery stores, but they have some great deals. I was even able to find a big glass bottle of San Pellegrino for only a dollar!

Hey say hi and greet people instead of texting and talking amongst yourselves!!! One bad experience here. Usually love coming here with my son in the morning.

This is the best location in all of Utah and I am seriously addicted to their hot food bar! The orange chicken and pot stickers are so good! I definitely recommend shopping here. 100%

Harmons is the best grocery store ever! Great quality, reasonable prices, and super helpful friendly staff. I wish they would get more of those small grocery carts though.

Nice, big, open, clean place with a huge selection of high quality foods and products. Helpful smiling staff and an impressive eating area with an incredible view both indoors and out. Constantly busy, but the lines are never obnoxiously long like some lesser yellow and blue logo stores. Shop someplace you enjoy spending time and support a business that seems to keep their employees happy. :)

This place is always very clean and has a great atmosphere. I come here for their butcher, deli, and coffee beans.I do NOT come here for canned goods. The same exact can of diced tomatoes was 50% more expensive than Smiths.I understand that Harmons is nicer but when it comes to canned food I cant see how theres that large a gap.

Always a good experience. Friendly and helpful employees and good food. In particular fresh meats and poultry. The bread isle was nearly empty.

We dont have a harmons in the town where I live but there are a few near where I work and I take every opportunity to stop at Harmons rather than our local grocery store whenever I can on the way home from work. One thing that really stands out is the with of the aisles making it very easy to pass other customers and the pleasant organization of the stock on the shelves. They are always well stocked with the brands that I like.

Can always find what I am looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. I feel Harmons can be a little expensive sometimes. However, shout out to the bakery crew we love your birthday cakes and basically everything over there!!!!

Its a grocery store, not much else to say. Its always clean, rarely anyone to help with anything par from the cashiers, also its more expensive than Smiths and especially more so than Walmart. There are however a couple awesome things about it. They have a spices section where you fill your own bottles/bags (store provided), I believe still have a coffee section with fresh coffee beans (not already ground up) where you can grind them to how you like them, and lastly they have a pretty decent cheese section where you can order cheeses from all over the world and if you want you can also order even Alligator from the deli.

Very solid place to shop. Theyve been around for a long time. Theyve held on to their family values. And it shows in the way they run their stores. If for nothing else I go to Harmons for their fresh bread in their Bakery. Awesome bread. Their staff is great they treat you very well. A place I will always go back to for their service and fair prices

Best selection of locally sourced & natural products. Great produce, fruits, fresh cut meats, & seafood. The bakery’s is amazing as well. The only downside is price. You’ll pay a premium for the quality and boutique feel in the store. Worth it in our families opinion.

It is a store that I want to like, but my few experiences there havent been reasonable. It is close to my home, but I will be going out of my way to shop somewhere (anywhere) else. At this particular Harmons, management needs to address the customer service skills of their employees. On one occasion, I asked for the location of the frozen section, and I received no response other than the employee gesturing to her right, no smile-- no words. Thats weird, right? I chalked it up to someones having a bad day, and made the mistake of returning to this store another time. This time, I made the cardinal error of asking the Health and Hygiene manager, since there was none, when might be a good time that I return to look for some vitamin C. The way she treated me and dealt with my question was by glaring at me in utter contempt and responding with a clear and loud I have no idea. If taken at face value, it might not seem like that big of a deal . But, this occurred when I was quite completely at my wits end-- repeated attempts to acquire the much sought after vitamin C for my elderly parents proving to be fruitless, mind you-- and a grocery store employee who clearly has not a single thread of empathy for those in need.Now, I look back on the experiences in this store, and I realize the fact that their shelves are mostly stocked in the middle of the day when many other stores are running low-- and I think it could be because their employees are busy scaring everybody away. If you must shop here, just dont interact with anybody working there and you should be fine.

This is a nice and clean store. Lots of different things here. They have a nice meat and deli area and good sushi. I love their soup and salad bar. I don’t shop here a whole lot though because it’s more expensive than most grocery stores.

Love the people and how they helped. Asked if I needed anything and the bakery has really good donuts and treats. The store is clean and great. Great customer service. Found everything I needed. The meat guy gave me a free sausage! They handle the business very good. Kids get a free balloon with every checkout.

I guess I’m the only customer they have / had with kids in school and who’s on a time crunch in the mornings. At 7am I was told they wouldn’t open there deli to slice meats until 8 am despite seeing a good 15 employees working in that area of the store. Well, back to smiths marketplace up the street. They’re always ready to help out a mom or dad with last minute or early items for school. Walked in and there where four others buying sliced meats in-front of me with two deli workers trying to get us out the door. Way to go Smiths for understanding your customers!

I mean, its a grocery store, its great. I come in for lunch when I have time and want to actually feel good about what Im eating. Salad bar, bowls, wraps, etc. Its all pretty tasty

I love Harmon’s but sometimes their items are pricey. Their breads in their bakery are made fresh everyday and are amazingly good. Their deli is awesome and their fried chicken is the best I have ever had. My children ask to eat there all the time. You are going to pay more because you are paying for the ambiance.

Overall, I love this place. The good: The staff are awesome, the store is well maintained, the fresh made food is BOMB!The cons: I wish the boxed food was priced along the lines of local grocery stores. It tends to run much more. That is a corporate thing though. I am sure they dont get to decide the prices by location.Also, the lay out of the store needs some work. I am not sure who decided to do it the way that they did, but people are always walking around aimlessly trying to find what they need. It doesnt flow very well. Bread should all be in the same isle, as well as cereal, and chips.Other than that, I dont have any complaints.

I love this Harmons! The staff is so friendly. I love the Sushi it’s always fresh. I would give them a 5 but we often often find rotting produce throughout. Would like to see more quality checks in produce for sure.

Best salad bar in town and great quality of local options. Just wished it was so expensive. Either way the staff and building are very nice and clean.

The food and selection is great. This store used to provide excellent customer service that justified paying more than other stores in area. Recently they turned over a lot of their staff. The new staff is not very friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily a new store has opened in the area with outstanding service.

Great selections and a good meat department. I honestly would shop there all time if the prices were competitive. I dont like paying more for the same food I can get for less money somewhere else.

Really awesome Harmons, pretty much like all of them. I use their USPS often and the employees there are always nice and helpful. Very clean store, easy to find items. Always have local and unique items. Im not crazy about the prices but their quality is higher.

Best produce of all the stores in the area as well as the best meat counter. The Draper store has everything we want in a grocery store. We have 3 grocers within 5 mins of our house, but we drive the extra 10 minutes so that we can get the higher quality food. This is our go to store.

Harmons is a place to go and shop for groceries, and if youre feeling it eat cheese until the monger chases you off, just keep asking what does this pair with?Bakery is good, but they keep their donuts in a closed case, how am I supposed to taste all the frostings if they do that?Great selection of ice creams too, but they keep acting indignant when I sample all the Dreyers cartons, its not like Im licking the actual ice cream itself.Oh and dont get me started on the staff working the meat counter... Take a joke you goofs.

Got prescriptions at the pharmacy but having shopped there for groceries over 3 years, Harmons has the most REMARKABLE selection of food. Most like a European grocery store of any in the valley. But, it has the prices to match. Too expensive for us for every day shopping.

Very nice grocery store located in the Southeast Salt Lake Valley. Great atmosphere, great prices, clean restrooms and a great selection of most everything you could want or need from a locally owned and operated grocery chain. The layout is a little different from the ordinary offerings found in other grocery chains in the area but each section is clearly marked and easy to find for first time customers. Extremely friendly staff, good parking and a fuel stop are located here also.
