Everything they tell you about how much this is going to cost is wrong. They just take whatever out of your bank and nobody can tell you why or how much and it it way more than they predict
This place is terrible. The day we bought the phones, we felt like things were great. The manager Dean sold us two phones back in November. He told us about the rebates we would receive per phone. My husband is military and we were supposed to get a Veterans Day discount for each phone, plus credits for each of the phones we traded in. When our bill came everything was all wrong. He told us he would fix it, but never did. He did some weird thing where he only charged us for my husband’s phone, without any discounts and didn’t even register that we had bought my phone. He also told us he was throwing in a free wireless charger. But actually charged us for it.My husband and I each spent many hours on the phone with Verizon trying to sort the whole mess out. Verizon did their best to get things arranged to have a similar discount as what was promised, but in the end we ended up paying more than what we were presented by Dean at this location. Just when I had finally put that behind me, another issue arises.He sold me a lifetime screen protector replacement for $40 at the time we purchased the new phones. When I went in to get my screen protector replacement, I was told that the $40 was only for the one protector I had put on at the time of purchase. I’ve never experienced so many lies from a retailer, or such terrible customer service. After reading all the reviews of others who have had similar experiences, I can’t believe Verizon allows them to be an authorized retailer. I will be reaching out to Verizon directly…again. And will make sure I never come back to this location again, after being lied to over and over.
Needed to buy a SIM card which were sold out everywhere. They gave me two that could be reused. Didnt pressure me to buy anything else, but answered questions, polite and professional. Excellent service
--edit--After contacting customer service and working on this with the manager we have arrived as a satisfactory conclusion to the issue. It was unfortunate that it took so long, but I am happy that they took the effort to do so. Thanks for fixing the issue!

Do NOT go here. Go to an actual Verizon store. This go wireless location is awful. The guy we worked with told us so many lies. Lied to us about having to buy phone cases and screen protectors in order to get the promotion (we later looked into it and that was a lie. He just got commission off of us buying screen protectors and cases.) When we tried to confront them about getting these returned or discounted, it took them 6 days and many phone attempts to finally reach anyone!He also lied about auto pay discounts and being able to use a credit card for that. He set up our discounts on only one line instead of all 4 we had set up. Honestly, just go down the road to the other Verizon Location. We have had to call customer support soooo many times to fix what they had messed up setting up our account.Thank goodness for Verizon’s good customer support. But all this could have been avoided by just going to another location.

Rafael Claimed to be “100%” out of sim cards. Was he? Super doubt. This is what happens with non corporate stores. You don’t represent an immediate sale, you don’t matter. I needed the sim card to use on an older phone while i wait for the insurance replacement. I was going to upgrade two lines on my account. Guess which store isn’t getting that $
My family and I went to this store to get quite a few new devices, including 3 phones, 2 watches, and a tablet, the purchasing experience was nice and friendly. Until we got our first new bill and found out two things. First, they upgraded the plan on two of our lines without permission. Second, they failed to inform us of a $40 charge that would be applied due to us getting new devices. So our bill went from an estimated $360 to almost $700. Thankfully ACTUAL verizon support was able to help us out with fixing these issues and adjusting the charges but this just goes to show you should never go to an Authorized Retailer just wait for a REAL verizon store to open.
Ryan was amazing!! I came in 10 months early to my contract being over, due to a dropped phone. He helped me in anyway he could! My phone, EVEN my Candy Crush level is EXACTLY as before, but on my new phone!! Thank You Ryan!!

Customer service is unbelievably bad. This is a store that they wear Verizon shirts and have a Verizon on the sign but There product knowledge and knowledge of Verizon is poor to say the least. My opinion is based on multiple experiences not just a one time visit. I was inspired to write this because this last visit was the last straw.When I walked in, Sam my customer service rep was listening to a training audio on his iPad at full volume. At no time did he turn it down. Although he did say it was a training audio. Not sure how much he was getting from that training since he was talking to me. The training was on giving the customer a good customer service.When we had problems getting into our business account I called a business associate to get the pin number and while my associate was trying to figure out how to fix the problem with Sam, he hung up on him. When I asked Sam why he hung up on my business associate he said that my associate just didn’t understand the problem. After coming back to work we contacted Verizon directly and found out that Sam didn’t really understand how to fix and handle the problem. This is indicative of this store If I could give them the negative star rating I would. I mean who hangs up on a customer especially the larger business account?I highly recommend you go someplace else.Unfortunately the closest real Verizon store is a 20 minute drive from here.

DONT VISIT THIS STORE!! Terrible experience. I bought a sim card online so they didnt want to help me just because I was not buying directly to them.
They will try and sneak charges onto your bill you havent discussed. Not upfront about added services and wont call back when trying to get ahold of them to discuss these services.

When talking to a Verizon rep get everything in writing and ask lots of questions (even though they’ll act all put out by it). I made a few visits here before officially moving over from AT&T and during my multiple visits I got everything in writing on my first visit. I came back again without my paper with information and got totally different numbers. Then came back a third time with my paper and got the original numbers again. Be careful still cause they’re only giving you the numbers that sound the best. For example, “your monthly payments on a new device will be $19/mo.” What they didn’t say is that the other device (same exact one) will $35/mo. They just tell you the numbers that sound the best and really only part of the truth. They also add on device insurance without asking you.Lastly, DO NOT BUY ANY ACCESSORIES HERE! While waiting for my rep to finish some stuff I price matched the glass protectors and phone cases and all of them were marked up 3x or more the original price. Unreal.If you want a better customer service experience I recommend going to AT&T. I originally left Verizon cause they have the worst customer service, but unfortunately came back to be on a family plan.Message to the Verizon reputation management team: Do not leave a copy and pasted response below. Your response is not genuine and does not fix anything. If you fail to read this then I will copy and paste my review at other Verizon locations.

This store does not care about their customers! 3 different times they promised that they would call me back (in 10 minutes) to take care of a problem. They never did call me, last time (4th call) I talked to them I asked for a manager, and was only given attitude.
Best place to satisfy the picky eaters. Something for everyone no matter their taste. Salad bar is good and fresh but lets be honest, I go for the scones and the honey butter.The service was especially good at this location. Minus one star for the temperature and because a lot of the dishes werent labeled like they usually are which made hesitate to try some dishes.Kids love it here.
Even though theyre open, the store hasnt answered phone calls in 2 days. System transfers you to their national call center and they are unable to contact their own store to have them call me back to see if a part is in stock.
The guys at this store are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Rafael and “Bearded” Mike went far out of their way to make sure my family and I fully understood what we were signing up for with Verizon. Mike spent over an hour with us explaining features on our phones. We had time constraints and couldn’t stay forever, but he could sense we weren’t 100% comfortable with our phones. Mike gave us his personal number and has been very accommodating and has even shared a few YouTube links with us via text to walk us through issues we’re experiencing at home. Would always recommend these guys at the Draper store!

I went into the Draper store and had the most amazing service. Mat and Ryan helped me so much, I recently had a bad experience and I decided to stop by the Draper store and they were incredible. They took care of everything for me. I recommend that everyone uses the Draper store.
Went in to get a replacement phone. There was one employee helping someone and I could hear someone in the employee bathroom. Stood there for about 15 minutes before I left. There was no acknowledgment towards myself or anyone that came in after I did.If you need something phone related, stay away from this store, however if you just need to get out of the heat for a few minutes without anyone bothering you, then this is the place.
Great location and great store manager in Alex!!! I was working with two different Verizon stores to get an iPhone 7 and they botched my order twice. Finally I went in the this location and they had one in and they were so nice and very informational with all the pricing and answers all my questions. Very stress free environment which is what i needed after my last experiences.

The service provided was nice but after leaving I realized they had charged me extra for their services which I guess means they set up my phone, which is what the activation fee should cover. They also told us Verizon does not allow phones to be traded in and have the money applied towards the account for credit which is completely false, you just have to do it online through Verizon. Lastly, they didnt ask if we wanted to sign up for insurance on the phone and did so for us without asking. These people act nice but are not honest in their dealings. They do not explain the pricing or what they are charging you for or how it will show on your bill without you specifically asking them first. I would definitely recommend choosing a different store. Find a corporate office if you can. I believe the south town mall Verizon store is a corporate office. Go there!
I had a problem with my Apple I-7 thinking Verizon could determine the fix, WRONG . The genius I talked to stated that Apple had issued a bulletin concerning the seven series that announced there was a problem with only some of the seven phones that could not be fixed. Guess what, he then began his sales pitch on the I- 8 and every single product that Apple had ever invented that could be use with the eight. The very next day I went to the Apple store, they sent my seven to the repair center in Northern California, I received the phone back yesterday good to go. Hey Verizon best drop the BS out of your sales pitch before some hard nose is duped into an eight and it turns out to be an attorney.
The manager was extremely rude and did not want to help me. I went to return an accessory and he said I clearly damaged it, which is not true. He mocked me for wanting a reimbursement for something so cheap. A bunch of unprofessional people work here. Take your business elsewhere!
I recently purchased a new phone from the Verizon store in Draper. I wasn’t interested in some of the upgrades/accessories and I felt like I was rushed out the door. They didn’t offer to help with the screen protector, set up, or anything. I was having some issues so I reached out to this GoWireless store and, even though I didn’t buy the phone there, they told me to come to the store and they would be happy to help. They went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone. I would highly recommend this store to anybody and I would not recommend anybody to the local Verizon store.

Go Verizon Wireless is the only way to go. Not only do you get a great phone for the same price as a Verizon store but you get excellent customer service. I got my phone 7 months ago and I went in and got just as good customer service is when I was purchasing the phone. Greg is the service guy there and he went above and beyond backing up all my files to an extra phone there wiping my phone clean and restoring all my files so I wasnt worried about doing it over the cloud. He also showed me about Google photos and go Google. They honored a $20 off coupon even though it was expired. Benson replaced my screen protector because I have the screen protector for it and they hit me up with a great phone charger.
Do not carry enough stock. Out of items even despite the Vz store down the street being closed. Could not connect and purchase device. Have to go to Sandy.
We found the Verizon store in Draper she was very helpful with what we needed. We highly reccomend for everyone to go there and talk to Rosie. She is awesome!
We have had two opportunities to work with Ben Warr who has been so helpful. Being technically challenged I had many questions. Ben was so patient with me and with my husband even when we asked him different questions at the same time. A long time ago, I went to a Verizon GoWireless store, the one in Taylorsville, that was my first bad experience with this Verizon reatil store. Last night I bought a phone through the Verizon App, and I decided to pick the phone up at my nearest store. Unfortunately, the closest store who had the phone in stock was this store in draper, which is Verizon go wireless. After receiving the confirmation email that said my phone was ready to pick up and activate, I headed to the store. Everything was running ok until the sales representative realized he was having issues with the system regarding my phones IMEI number, apparently the IMEI number that was on the phone’s box was not matching with the IMEI number residing in their system. Long story short, the only words that this person said to me were that he could do nothing about it, and he was going to call me back when he had the phone ready. He did not give me any solution, and he did not even move to do so. Now I do not have service because I was transferring my number from another carrier ; they are having me waiting until the issue is fixed. Everything is thanks to their poor capability to troubleshoot and manage problems. Please, if you are planning on acquiring any Verizon service through any GoWireless store, I recommend you go to any official Verizon store. These guys have terrible customer service.

Employee lied or was misinformed about product pricing.I was told the accessory product I was being sold on would be given to me at 50% off as a bundle with my new phone purchase.I discovered upon leaving the store that the 50% off price was infact the full price.There are 100 other wireless stores with the exact same products. Choose another that is better informed and or doesnt lie to your face.

Customer service is horrible. My husband and I keep calling to get information on an order and they keep putting us on hold for over 40 minutes or say they’ll call back and never do! We really need to know what up with the product we have paid for and ordered!!! Not happy!!

After a talking to several customer service folks online, by phone at different locations, Nico and Gruel finally helped me out. They listened to me, kept me calm, got the device working, didnt judge me for my lack of experience, didnt make me jump through hoops and understood the problem. They were honest, have good advice. I will go back to,them to,upgrade my phone. They saved verizon a customer.

My wife went to this store and had a problem with her S9. The sales man there told her that there was a loyalty program available for her and she could get a new phone and unlimited plan for our five phones we have. This guy didnt tell us that there was a bigger problem with the S10E that she got and that there were different levels of unlimited plans, now our service sucks. I cant believe that they wouldnt trade her phone because she was one day late because of a funeral she had to go to in the family. I will never recommend this company to my coworkers and any other companys I deal with. This is unreal Samsung even told her there was a problem with the S10E and that she can send her brand new phone in for a refurbished phone that might work. This is crazy.

6 months after I bought my iPhone here it was giving me problems. I bought the extended warranty but they told me to take it to apple as it would more than likely be covered under that warranty. Apple took the phone apart and said the repair may not be covered as the phone was refurbished. Go wireless sold me a refurbished phone for the same price as a new one! Anyway, recently upgraded and got a new phone through Verizon. Go to a Verizon store! Not a Verizon authorized dealer like go wireless.

Be extremely cautious with what they are selling you. They sold me a screen protector and said it was free for life if it broke. Ive had it repaired for free many times. Today they said the program is changing and it will be $10 each time. I only bought it in first place because of free repairs. It literally sometimes breaks the same day they put it on.

This group is independently owned and not part of Verizon Corporate. Be aware their return policy is different and their prices higher. I find the store layout and the Verizon logo to be deceiving because it make consumers perceive they are in a Verizon store when they are not. Very disappointed. Would not let me return a phone purchased 24 hours earlier... Very disappointed.
Customer service was great, helped me switch to the phone I wanted for my two year upgrade. I liked how they did not pressure me into purchasing products I did not want.
Very dishonest. They will tell you a price and say theyll reduce it if you sign up for their private insurance. However the reduced price is the same as retail at other stores, even a real Verizon store.
Great authentic Italian food. Neapolitan style pizza and amazing hot sandwiches (panuozzi). The prices are great for the quality offered. Try the tiramisu, out is my favorite.

I had a bad experience at the Verizon store in American Fork earlier in the day. They told me there was nothing they could do to help me. Decided to go here to see if they could help me with an unusual request. Not only was the store not busy but Taylor was amazing. He listened to what I was wanting to do and came up with a couple of options. I was able to get the products I needed and upgrade my phone plan to fit the needs of my family. I will not go back to another Verizon Corporate store. GoWireless will have my business going forward.

Went in today with a problem with my phone. The rep pulled up my account and told me Id need to pay full price for a phone since I was past the manufacturer warranty period. I explained I had Verizons protection. He smugly said he didnt see it but checked again and found it. Then he told me Id need to pay $200 to use the warranty. I questioned him and got the same arrogant response, nothing he could do. I immediately went to the Verizon store across the street where I was dealt with professionally and had a sales rep who understood the policy and had my replacement phone ordered and set for delivery the next day without a fee or any hassle. Night and day difference between the two stores. Terrible service and even worse knowledge of their services.

Waited for an hour for someone to help us, there were only two customers in front of us. The sales rep kept saying another employee was on his way. When the other employee finally got there the original one left! Leaving only 1 sales person and 1 repair person. We left without being helped and went a few blocks down the road to a real Verizon store where we received immediate and excellent service.
I had two goals in doing business with GoWireless.1. Port a business line to a personal account.2. Purchase an Iphone X for my wife.While i have accomplished both goals, ive been over billed in excess of $200. They have admitted the error, but have not been able to process a refund or fix my bill going forward in the 30+ days since interacting with this store. They dont call me back, and when they say they will do something for you, it doesnt get done. I have written 0 negative reviews in my life, because I give people the benefit of the doubt. But in this case, there has been little to no effort to rectify the problems that Im facing. I hope this gets their attention and causes some urgency.
