Don’t visit this location! The employees here must not get commission on making sales; they didn’t seem to care about selling me on anything. We waited 45 minutes while the only employee slowly helped another customer, until finally another employee randomly appeared from the back room. I asked for details on each phone and he didn’t give me anything, he didn’t answer my questions, wouldn’t look up our account, didn’t have any info on deals or ways to help. We weren’t satisfied and told him that we would go elsewhere because his customer service wasn’t great. He said okay and walked away. He was unprofessional and not at all helpful. We then went to another location (traverse mountain) and the employees were SUPER helpful in answering our questions and finding helpful deals for us. Definitely won’t be coming back to the Draper location.

Stopped by to add a line to an existing plan. Annice waited on us and were so pleased with the service she provided. She was cute & bubbly, friendly, helpful and professional. The store is fully compliant with masks & social distancing and Annice went above and beyond to sterilize all the equipment I needed to touch. Since Im high-risk it can be scary to visit businesses not knowing if theyre taking things seriously. Annice ensured we safe as she took care of our request. A+

Inexperienced representatives in the store dont know how to add down payments to phones. Save your time and effort by calling T-Mobile customer service instead and place your orders there. Much more experienced reps who are also very attentive and explain things better. They’ll call you back if there’s a line so you can do your own thing and not waste time sitting in the store waiting in line just for an inexperienced rep to not be able to do what you need them to do.
Matt is a Gem, he provides amazing Customer Service and support and will work hard to get you taken care of in the best manner possible. He spent hours working to help rectify Sprint issues while remaining professional and personable. I am grateful for all your efforts, i hope you get some additional staff soon.
Went here spoke with Timber who provided very detailed information as well as customer service. She convined me to switch my 3 lines from my current cell provider to T-Mobile.Ibe never had any customer service from any other local competition providers when i was recwntly browsing other deals but am happy to say Timber your are that one out of a million..thank you!!

Honestly the people who work there are great, but what makes this place worth 3 stars is about the time. It takes like double the time it took than other sprint stores. There was 2 people in front of us and we stood there for an hour and a half. I dont believe it should take this long, especially when they were just adding another phone to their plan.
It seems whenever going into a wireless store we end up waiting and waiting. This time Adrienne helped us and was amazing. The wait didn’t seem like a wait at all and she explained the process step by step for what we were trying to accomplish. She was the best Sprint employee we’ve ever had.
Thank you, Adrienne! Setting up a new phone line shouldn’t be hard to understand, right? Well somehow, someone always manages to complicate the process or not be fully forthcoming. That’s not the case with Adrienne! I’ve never had such a smooth and pleasant experience. I feel like I know exactly what I signed up for which is a new feeling for me, walking out of any phone store. Billy was so cool to help me out. I needed my number transferred to a new phone, something that wouldnt make them any money, but Billy helped me get it done. He worked with me for probably 20 minutes making calls to Sprint and T Mobile. Thanks so much for excellent customer service! Keep up the good work.
Im of the 60 Something crowd. Already a Sprint customer. I bought a new phone from Amazon and went to the Sprint Store to get a new Sim card. I was asking questions on how to set up my new phone and transfer data. Steven B asked if I would like him to set up my new phone to be ready for use. Would I ever! Thank you Steven B. As far as Sprint stores go this is by far the best store I have had worked with. The customer service is exceptional. Transparent prices and straight forward options. Give this store a try, you wont be disappointed.
This Sprint Store is under new management, and you’ll notice the difference the moment you walk through the doors. The new manager Adrienne really knows her stuff, so go see her and her staff and ask them about the really cool iPad and Samsung Tablet promotions. Verizon, which is in the same parking lot, has some fierce competition with Adrienne and crew right next door!

I love this Sprint store! Im a fairly new Sprint customer, but this store is by far my favorite! All of the employees care about more than just closing the deal. They are set on making sure that you get what youre coming in for (not pushy at all) they make sure that you have a great experience. They are all so friendly and leave you feeling like youre going to be great friends long after you leave the store. I would (and do) recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

Hi, I just have to say this woman representative named Jessica was so fantastic, she helped me open my account very quickly. When I said I wasnt sure what phone I wanted, she went into great detail about each and every phone in the store.I ended up getting a brand new phone and she was even able to throw in a discount to match my budget when I was short 15$ - that is great service!She also helped my friend get a brand new tablet for free which blew my mind. We went to the store and a man named Bill attended us, his behavior was very strange and I think he was very bored ☹️. Maybe because he already wanted to go to his house, he doesnt seem to enjoy his work. I did not like the service of that store. How sad that they behave like that, because Sprint is not free, we pay anything with our money there. it would be good to receive a better service, people change companies because they do not receive a good service 🤔. In Orem, customer treatment is much better.
We came today being extremely frustrated w/ our iPhone. Kent the District Manager helped us and quickly calmed me and walked me and my daughter through a few steps and fixed her iPhone. It wasnt even a Sprint issue. Because of the kindness and patience and quiet atmosphere in the store Mike the store manager walked me through the process of upgrading the iPhone as well. I will now be coming back personally to conduct my Sprint business instead of over the phone through Sprint Customer Care. Thanks Draper Sprint Store!!!!

Ask them to activate a phone, instead of putting the phone into a group plan we already have. The Hispanic Sprint associate working in the store, put my new phone to a separated plan. Now I have to pay $25 per month for rest of contract. When I ask him to fix it, he said its not his fault and tell me to fix it myself. Filing a complain with BBB and Utah Consumer Protection Department today.
The manager over this store is very approachable and knows what he is doing. He helped us with all of our needs switching to Sprint and then some. Highly recommend.

When my 13 year old son bought a used iPhone, we met the seller at this store. The store staff were super helpful and friendly, even though we were not buying the phone from the store. In fact Id say this was the best costumer service Ive received in a long time!

I bought a glass screen protector three months ago because of the warranty. While assisting someone my phone fell. I went into this store where I purchased it to get it replaced. I have been back multiple times. They informed me that they are no longer carrying protectors from that company, but will honor the warranty I was sold, not towards another product, but towards my same kind should one ever come in, checking... none of the stores have one. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.
Love sprint signal and price. However the stores always tell you to do things online and that they cant help you. This is very frustrating. The store should be able to do everything that online can do. Why not. Tried to transfer account and was told that the only way to do it was online or pay 297 because they could not transfer what was still owed on the phone unless done online. Very unhappy with the sprint store. They dont care or help.

My first visit to activate a phone without SIM, they didnt waste my time and sent me to corporate store as they dont provide sim cards.Both of the staff helped us to reach out the next store in time.Second visit to activate another phone that had SIM in it, Jessy helped me out and transferred Number from old phone to new phone in 10-15 minutes,Good response & Well done !I will prefer this store again if any issues.Thanks
One representative attending to 6 people was the most frustrating experience. After waiting half an hour for the representative to ask us what we needed he finally took a look at our phone. Fifteen minutes later I asked for my phone back and left without getting anything done. The rep never said a word about our phone. That explains why theyre the cheapest network..Excellent service!
Recently had my sister meet someone at this store to buy a used phone for me since I live out of state. The staff was very helpful. He talked with me over the phone to make it all work. He even stayed after hours to finish up the deal. He showed great respect for his customers even though we werent there to spend any money.Only odd thing was that he said I was going to get texted a customer service rating survey, and I never got it. I was looking forward to giving the store a 10/10.

Took my phone in to get activated today and worked with Raul Rodriguez. He was very friendly and was able to resolve any questions that I had. I will be using this store as my primary location for my in store needs. Their only reputation is due to previous management, however, their new store manager was also very friendly and they are doing great now!

Customer service is awful. I will never switch to Sprint because of my experience with this store. They promised things and then lied about ever promising it. They basically stole $400 from me. My husband and I will never go back. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I will tell everyone not to go to this store.
I was very unhappy with your plans. I couldnt buy a phone unless I chose a very expensive plan, and the phone I have now is not compatible with Sprint.

I went there today to buy a SIM card to activate my account with sprint over the phone with sprint support, and I get there to buy the card and one attendant that talked to me the day before. Comes to me and offers the SIM card for $30 Dollars. I tought this to be very suspicious so I did not buy it with them and the sprint employee in the phone also thought that to be too much for a SIM card kit. He sugested me to not buy with them and go to another one. The guys stood with me on the phone while I drove to the South Town Mall up the street and they only chaged me $8 dollars for the card at this other sprint store...The guy in this store told me he would wave that fee and the activation fee if I upgraded my plan (which I didnt want to do) so he ended up by saying yeah, well. It is not for everyone.Worst costumer service ever.If you are reading this, STEER AWAY!! Go somewhere else or call the sprint support that they are way more caring than this store.

I was promised one thing by the sales guy but when it came down to it. Sprint would not help me at all. They just sent me to all different people on the phone, then to the store, then to another store. Worst experience ever! Do not fall for their Promises... They will not follow through.
It was time to upgrade phones for the family. Was with Verizon for nearly two decades, jumped ship to AT&T when they first offered the iPhone in 2011. Been with them since and bundled DirecTV. Happy aside from their pricing. Constantly creeps up and up. Countless calls resulted in occasional discounts but I was clearly losing that battle.Went in for my upgrades Saturday. It was going to cost me an additional $40/month and the reps suggested to switch to another carrier for a better deal. I went to Verizon 😕 they were going to give me what I already had with AT&T for an additional $50/month. Dejected, my three daughters and I walked outside only to notice a Sprint store across the way.Billy greeted us and promptly turned us over to Ervin. Four lines, four phones, four screen protectors and four cases later, we were out the door and on our way saving about $40/month. That price jumps up to where I was with AT&T in 12 months but at that point I can walk away to a better plan once I return the phones.The phones were exactly what we wanted, the service was exceptional and there were two options that I could use to pay off what I owed at AT&T. Unlimited calling, texting and data. Not sure how well the network coverage is but Im not too concerned whatsoever.I was really impressed with Ervin. Super nice, super thorough and very knowledgeable. Also, the guy is a skilled surgeon with putting on screen protectors! Another female employee was there and actually went out of her way to bring over a couple of cases that she thought we might like that had just arrived. We really couldnt be happier!Ill try to remember to update this review in a years time. I hope Ill be just as happy then as I am now!
This store was very dishonest. We went to buy an Iphone 5s. After the long process of buying the phone which took two days, after our card was run and after I signed the agreement form, only then did they tell us that we had to buy something else in the store in order to get the Iphone. We were not allowed to leave with the phone we just paid for. We ended up undoing the sell which took another hour. They kept explaining that this was their policy. They were indifferent that their policy is dishonest. Would not recommend this store and would not believe a word that is said by employees because apparently the store policy is to be dishonest.

It’s a problem when the sprint worker knows less than you do.
Do not even bother with switching to sprint. The sales person at this store named Jake will say that they will cover all the expenses (including the service bill that needs to be paid) when in reality they do not. And when talking to Brandon he danced around the issue. He did not give a clear answer to why jake would tell us something sprint isnt going to back up. Youll be stuck with a huge bill you were told would be taken of. Their customer service over the phone is worse! Youll be stuck on hold, told many different things, even passed from person to person. At this point Im willing to pay the early termination fee and go back to Tmobile.
Long story short they have messed up several of my purchases and still after 6 months only given me part of my refund for a preorder that they also messed up... still owe me 102$ cash. Several attempts for them to have a manager contact me and it never happens. So upset about it i dont even care anymore.
They are so helpful and hardly any waiting.
Weird - TELL THE ST. MGR ABOUT THEIR AWFUL GOOGLE RATING- SUDDENLY GET A BUNCH OF 5* IN JUST 3 WKS. - I strongly caution against shopping at this store. They have no clue what they are doing and they love this term – “We are just an authorized retailer and can’t help you with that. You’ll have to call Sprint”.I stupidly thought that this was a Sprint Corporate location and decided to move 3 lines to Sprint. I went in and worked with a nice salesman named Nicholas; just because he was nice doesn’t mean he knew what he was doing. I found the plan I liked and the phones I wanted and started the switch. Two of the phones had to be ordered in so I asked “Can I get everything together and when the phones arrive make the switch all at once?” Nicholas replied “Yeah, no problem.” I got up to the register with the phone I wanted and Nicholas was having a hard time creating me an account with Sprint – an hour and a half hard time. Once he got everything ready he said “We do need to port over the number for the phone we have in store before we can do anything else”, to that I replied “You just told me we can wait and do it all at once”. “Oh no, we have to port over this number to even start anything”. Stupidly I proceeded.I went ahead and paid the tax on my phone and he told me the other two would be there in 3-5 days. I also was told I would receive an email with the receipt, which I never received. The next evening he called me and informed me that he had forgot to charge me the tax on the other two phones he was ordering and couldn’t order them until I paid the taxes. He also said that since it was his mistake his store manager had authorized overnighting the phones. Stupidly I proceeded - again.I didn’t hear from the store the next day or the next so I called three days later and talked to a young lady who informed me that possibly due to the weather the phones hadn’t arrived. This was the first time no effort was made to track down the phones. Also, it had only snowed an inch.The next day I called and talked to Nathan. This was the second time I was told that maybe due to the weather the phones were delayed, but no check was made. He was one of the rudest individuals I have ever talked to and needs to get a job not working with customers. He is mouthy and inconsiderate.5 days after the “overnighting of the phones” I texted Nicholas. He again said that he definitely placed the order and that it was Sprint’s fault. I asked for the Store Manager’s name and Number and received no response.On day number 7 I went back in to cancel my service where to no surprise the young lady working didn’t know how to do this. The other person working assisted, but didn’t know what to do about the phones in shipping. “We are just an authorized retailer, you will have to call Sprint”. I had the guy check my email to find that Nicholas had entered it wrong!I got on the phone with Sprint for over an hour to find that UPS had the phones, but didn’t know where to deliver them BECAUSE THE STORES SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS WRONG! Had one of the three people I talked to checked, this the issue could have been resolved in 15 minutes. There was no effort made to take care of the customer.I have spent over 6 hours on the phone With Sprint and 2 hours at the store trying to get this resolved. I found a big part of the delay is that the store had not entered the returns in some system and the rep from Sprint had to call and talk to the store manager, Mike, 5 times before it was done correctly. After 5 weeks and 7-9 hours of legwork on my part I finally got the phones off my account and my billing issues almost resolved. I still have not been refunded taxes - “We can’t do anything here in the store, this has to be done by Sprint.” 7 weeks later my return is still hanging over my head - no refund of $100 in taxes.ST. MGR COMMENTS - IT WAS NOT WEATHER IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS. HE ALSO OFFERED ME A $100 IN STORE CREDIT TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW - NO THANKS!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Two people on shift, only one doing the job, the other sitting playing color swap on her phone the whole time. Went in for ohone issues, was told by the first girl that they cant help me because I dont have authorization then told me bye before hearing me out. Came back in after talking to customer service, waited 5-10 minutes before even noticed. When recognized, the busy girl said to games on ohone girl,thats the girl that came in here with that guy who had that stupid phone problem that we cant help with until we know its okay. The lazy girl let me sit for 2 minutes then put her ohone down only to tell me that it was going to be another 2 and a half hours because they were heing one family and another customer first. (Both groups mentioned, sitting and waiting for the two girls) then told me to find another store or come back another day.Never going there again!
Will admit, sprint does drop the ball alot but these guys are awesome. Always helpful getting my phone back online and getting whatever I need replaced.
