It took us a year to get it paid for due to COVID uncertainties, and they were always delightful and more than helpful and understanding.Delivery of our safe was also excellent. We had Champion Safe Outlet install a vault door on our walk-in gun vault. We werent home when they installed it and upon inspect, the door installed wasnt the color we purchased. Eddie was great to communicate with and made things right with us in a very timely manner. We will definitely recommend!

So I have waited for about a year to review my safe. I absolutely LOVE this safe!! Michelle was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about the service, quality of the safe. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t buy one of these safes! As I go to different stores and look at the differences between other safes and mine. Champion Safes are such a higher quality safe, from the look to how it opens and closes. It just feels SOLID, no sloppy movement in the bolts, the door and it’s hinges. These safes are just top notch! I’m in and out of my safe 2-3 times a day, I can’t believe how the door stays so smooth by opening and closing so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE SAFES. I even tell people about these guys as I’m out and about talking with people and this subject comes up, I immediately tell them about Champion Safes. The price was great, no surprises at the end of the transaction. I had them deliver my safe (since it’s the size of a fridge) delivery went smooth and quick. If your looking for a safe, no need to go anywhere else. This is the place to go. Eddie and Michelle are terrific to work with and know their product very well. They have a great selection of safes. They will answer any questions you have, give you recommendations and then will quote you a great price. Eddie does the delivery with a couple of other fellows and he is meticulous to make sure he doesnt scratch or ding anything in your house. If you have a place you want it in your house he will get it there. When they quote the price for delivery you have to realize how big and heavy safes are, so the price for delivery is well worth it. Went in looking for a specific type of safe, which they did have, but not with precisely what I needed. Many things were on sale and the sales guy was exceptionally helpful with explaining the various options associated with what I needed. In fact, their prices were better than they prices on either the safe websites or Amazon.

This is a very fine establishment. I received help and information to every question and concern I had until I found the perfect safe. I have had it several months now and love it. The product is great but the service was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family. They even sent me a handwritten thank you--that is service!

Ive been looking for a safe for a couple years and decided to see what Champion Safe Outlet in Draper had. Was met by Eddie and he was able to help me decide exactly what size I was after. He was awesome to work with and the delivery was fast (within a couple of days). I had been looking at Scheels and Cabelas, but for what I got including the delivery, Eddie was a much better deal for a higher quality (imo) safe. I dont plan on buying a 600 lb safe again in the near future, but if I did, Id start by looking at Champion Safe Outlet.

Originally went in with a family member to get them a safe and I walked out with one as well! Great safes with great prices. Found multiple out there for the same price but not enough room, I’ve almost filled mine to the max already and I will definitely be going back for my next one as well, the crew working there and the delivery was awesome! Very quick and was never annoyed with us.

Not only are their prices reasonable for a beautiful, well built product that will be passed down generation to generation, but Michelle and Eddie are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. And the customer service is amazing! When the light inside our safe wasnt working they came out almost immediately to fix it! If I could give them more stars I would!

We loved our experience here! We had been looking at safes for quite some time and never could find the right size for the right price. We stopped here and was able to look around without being bullied by a salesman. When we had questions, we were able to get help quickly and the staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to get the size of safe we wanted for a better price than anywhere else. Deliver was well worth it because we live almost 2 hours away.
