Horrible location. Phone calls do NOT get answered. (I was told to call by another location 😑) ✨THEIR RINGER IS OFF. ✨Employees spread misinformation about management not scheduling enough people for shifts.Was told ✨in person✨ I would be called when my script was ready. SPOILER ALERT: I did not receive a call.The person in the pharmacy ringing out people was unable to do basic math. Literally had me sit through an entire refund and repurchase my script. For reference, I handed this person a $20 bill for a $1 purchase.????? 👁️👄👁️ ?????Not to mention, I left there without anyone actually consulting me on the medication I was picking up.I do NOT recommend this location. 💩💩💩💩

They have pretty much everything you need from a convenience/Pharmacy store. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of, Pharmacy is always crowded, seems understaffed. I feel bad for the staff, most times they are doing there best to serve the customers, they can only do so much, more customers than they can handle

This review isn’t necessarily for this branch, they’re nice to me, but whether it be this branch or CVS’s system in general, their pharmacy is honestly the worst I’ve ever used. Any time my prescriptions get sent there (very regularly, not sporadic or hard to keep track of) there is ALWAYS an issue finding my prescriptions, or their system will say I have no prescriptions (or less than I should) and it’s only when I wait on hold for 30 minutes and talk to someone that they can “find it” if that even happens. I’ve been late getting my prescriptions because I’ve had to talk to my doctor about resending prescriptions that were already sent in. I don’t know who runs the processing of prescriptions, but honestly it causes problems every time and I don’t know why I only have this problem at CVS.

Seriously go anywhere else. Pharmacy doesnt fill orders, doesnt communicate with doctors, and doesnt even answer the phone.

This is a weird location..on the positive side, its open for 24 hours. But service is kinda bad, unless you get one of the rare employees there who takes pride in providing good service.I went there today, there were working. The main person, an African American lady, was eating while working and even after she was done, she didnt have her mask on!!!!Upper management should look into this.

This is the worst CVS ever! In the process of switching our pharmacy to Walgreens or Rite Aid anywhere but here. After 16 years of this location being myself and my families go to (we live extremely close) pharmacy, I cant take the poor customer service, the indifference attitudes displayed by the staff as a whole, they never keep their word on promise refill times or pick ups.... I cant just keep suffering with the lack of professionalism, the location will never again be worth the irritation... Ill drive to the moon first. ✌🏾

The pharmacy puts you on hold ALL THE TIME. The NEVER answer and after about ten mintues, it automatically hangs up. I know businesses are short staffed, but come on, where is the customer service???

Been going to this CVS for past 20 years. This is for the pharmacy. Unprofessional pharmacists work here. They will tell you everything looks great come in a hour. Go in hour they tell you sorry we are out of the medicine not sure when we going to get it. They run out of medicine all the time come Monday come Monday go on Monday we are still out. Finally when they have the medicine oh sorry your insurance doesn’t cover it now oh I thought everything was great when I dropped it off. Alert Alert Alert if you are sick n want more stress in your life try getting medicine from them!!!!

I was trying to schedule my husbands vaccine and could not do it online went through 10 minutes of paperwork and then they told me that there was a problem with their service and I could not do it so then I tried to schedule it through CVS and they would not do it either

Just got accused of stealing a summer umbrella that you drop in the middle of like a table. I ran out to my truck but realized I needed something else and went back in. While paying $200 for something else I actually needed, I had some kid walk up to me and told me that he was going to need me to bring back in, the umbrella that I didnt pay for or he was going to have to call the police! SMMFH! Just give me a call off the clock-.....I teach!

CVS was good and it wasnt crowded and I was in and out in no time.

I wish i was able to give a half star for just speaking to me. They always manage to never be able to take my script unless i jump through hoops getting my medication. I havent had this problem before and ever since I went back to this pharmacy they have been treating me like Im non existent and my needs are not important to look into. Took 3 people to find me in the system with the same information given and the head nurse wants the bare minimum work which leads to lazy staff.

I tried to tell a young woman in pharmacy that mice were running around throughout the store. I was hoping shed at least put on a show, but nope. The attitude was why are you bothering me,she didnt even say shed mention to anyone. Yikes & disgusting.

Atmosphere is good. Very organized, helpful and friendly workers. 👍🤗

I like the CVS, I know a lot of people complain about them being slow, but its because they are so busy and they cant help that..

This is the most useless pharmacy in Delaware county their under staffed and mess prescriptions up countless times and blame the dr when it’s them. The wait is rediculus and staff seems like they don’t really care at all. I’d go somewhere else

This place is worse please I ever seen. It was 02/20/2020( 4pm - 7pm) . I had a prescription order for my daughter. I went to pick up my medicine after 3 hours, the order been placed. First time someone said it would be ready within 15 minutes. I wait 45 minutes, then again I asked some one if it is ready then she said they need 15 more minutes. I wait another 20 minutes still it wasn’t ready, then I walked out and pick up my dinner from Macdonald and came back again. They said they need 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes someone came back to me and said they out off that medicine. Then I walked out without medicine. This is not the first time happen every time I go there, it’s always something....

The young lady that helped me this morning with my prescription was awesome.

I ALMOST transferred out of CVS pharmacy because it was impossible to get any service due to the high volume of calls/patients. But because of MASINA (please forgive me if I misspelled her name,) she is the reason why I am staying. She was super professional, patient and went beyond for my family and I. THANK YOU MASINA!!!!! I will definitely let CVS know youre a GEM!

I understand that they are busy but they never have my medication in stock, and every time I stop they tell me it won’t be there until they order a shipment. Okay, get that, but then I can’t give you my script early??? If you need 2 weeks to order the stuff then take my script so you know what you’re going to need to order. I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem...c’mon guys. Very nice staff but poor organization.

I ordered Christmas cards, last minute to be printed on site and their machine went down. They called to let me know and asked me to resubmit my order and the printed them right away. The folks in the photo center are extremely polite, helpful and courteous.

The worst pharmacy in the Philadelphia area. They continue to give me a hard time filling my prescriptions. They attempt to override my doctor and will NOT adhere to their policies.

Worst CVS in the area. Terrible customer service, takes hours to days to fill medications, and is always ridiculously busy. Would rather go anywhere else but here. Don’t waste your time

Would rate their customer service a zero if I could. I asked the cashier for a courtesy card so discounts can be applied, they lied and said they don’t do courtesy cards. I’ve had other cashiers that scanned in the courtesy card for me in the past. Not really sure why the cashier felt the need to lie about something as irrelevant as a courtesy rewards card.

They dont answer phone on weekend if you have an issue with a med and need to talk to a real person. They probably are understaffed. Today I was on the phone for 10 mins holding on 2 occasions and nobody bothers to pickup the line.

Love that it is open 24 hours. Very slow to fill prescriptions. Dropped a prescription off at 5:30am, cane back at 9:30pm and was told not filled please wait 20 minutes.

Worst pharmacy ever! They tell you they requested a refill from your Dr but they didnt. Made me go 1 week without depression meds and blamed it on my doctor. Will never go back.

Very convenient for a convenience store. Staff is always pleasant. I love the after holiday candy sales. The pharmacy is slow and doesnt always mix prescriptions correctly, they may be understaffed. The layout of the store works but its not always the cleanest. The parking lot situation during busy traffic times is horrendous.

Zero stars. So fed up with this pharmacy. Received a text telling me the meds for my mom in law were ready, drive to the pharmacy, and they weren’t ready for over an hour. My MIL recently got an organ transplant and needs to stay on her medication schedule so they’re playing a dangerous game with patient’s prescriptions. This isnt the only time this has happened and I can’t help but blame this CVS. I don’t have this experience at any of the other locations. My advice: go literally anywhere else. The personnel have no idea what they’re doing here.

I usually dont rate nor post about my experiences, but I am a little ticked off. This place is usually busy, but tonight was quiet, serviced quickly, then asked for a flu shot, there was only one person seated, I am assuming waiting for medicine. But besides that no one else to be tended to at the moment. Front desk person asked pharmacist if he was able to give a flu shot, he said yes but the wait time is really long. I am a health care provider myself, picked up the fact that he was just probably starting his shift but really no one else to be serviced, you had a full staff behind the counter filling prescriptions and you couldnt give me a flu shot in a timely manner. But I guess thats what I get for missing the times at my job.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have been to. They take 10 to 15 minutes to answer the phone. I get a text that my prescription will be ready at noon, I get there at 12:15pm, and they say theyre still working on it and need 10 more minutes. So unorganized, completely unaccountable. The only reason I go here is because its 24 hours.

This CVS is very busy. The store is great but the poharmacy gets back up, for instance my last prescription took 4 hours to be filled.

I called prior to picking up my moms rx & was told it would be a half hour. I gave it an hour & 15 mins then went to the pharmacy and was told it was going to be another 10-15 mins. So I left & went back 30 mins later to be told it would be a few mins and still waited for another half hour until the rx was ready. I know that Im not the only person picking up an rx, but it wouldve been nice to be told a more accurate time. Besides the fact that they had horrible time management the staff was very nice. I will not be going back to cvs.

Pharmacy staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I went for flu shot but cancelled it due to their stupid behavior. CVS teach your staff about customer services.

This location is open 24 hours with both in store and drive thru but sometimes drive thru remains closed and you don’t know until you reach the window and see a handwritten notice on the window “drive thru is closed and come inside!! Most of the staffs are nice except few and management should look into it.Update: my recent visit to this store is even worse! All time low standard employees are working with Zero target towards Customer satisfaction! I am with this store for about 5 years and I think its time to switch

Their prescription department is slow, out of stock, and just plain terrible. They need new management, I’m switching to a new store.

The man at the pharmacy pick-up window on 4/25/20 around 5pm. was rude and unaccommodating. Not the usual kind service.
