Never answers phone. Yoy have a Starbucks that messes up drinks and press 6 for Starbucks. Nope hangs up. Been that way from the beginning. Customer service nope never answers the phone. Makes me mad enough to think about cancelling my target credit card

This is the most awful experience purchasing a visa gift card. We made a purchase for a gift of $100.00 and the person at the register did not activate the gift card. My husband went to the store with our receipt and the gift card to see if the card can get activated. The manager stated they could not help us and wanted us to call the visa number on the back of the card. If the manager was actively listening she would have known we called the number on the back of the card and also their corporate number. The corporate office stated all we had to do was go the location of purchase and have the card activated. I decided to call customer service only to be hung up on 3 times, once by the csr and 2 times by the manager. Finally after all this nonsense my husband was given a new $100.00 target gift card. I would advise anyone purchasing a visa gift card there should be sure the card is activated otherwise you will have to argue to get your money back. I understand I may have upset the manager with how dissatisfied I was over this purchase. I did apologize to her, however I will never purchase a gift card from this location again.

I order groceries through the Target app weekly with Shipt for delivery. I have no complaints! The prices are more low-priced than all but one other grocery store in the area. The food packaging is always delicious, fresh, and without damage.

Is wearing a mask optional in Target now. Went on September 23, 2021 and walked by 3 people not wearing a mask and no one said anything to them. Its pretty obnoxious and clearly Target does not care.

Spent almost 40mins deciding what items I needed for my pets saw the target circle app had $5 off $25 and had digital manufactured coupons that I had sent to my email from Purina pet company and so I called earlier said would be no problem since it was a manufactured coupon headed over from work in which I work all the way by Calabasas this is the only day this week I got off early at 7pm went to self check out scanned everything went to use my digital coupons with scanned barcodes it said needed team members assistant so the girl came over said she didn’t know how it worked so told another person from customer service to come over and help she immediately said no I couldn’t use them only the target coupons on the app I explained it a manufactured coupon and even gave the emails from Purina themselves but kept saying no that she wouldn’t take them and that her store doesn’t allow those coupons and she explained that on the website for target it clearly says I can that it excepts digital, manufactured, and target circle coupons and they can be combined. But she still said nope not her store. I ended up leaving not purchasing anything when I shop at target literally twice a week never had a problem with my digital or manufactured coupons first time an employee tells me only their store doesn’t take them. If someone can please contact me back or email it would be nice

I was in the store to purchase my item when I could not find it in the isle it was suppose to be in. I found it in the Target app and it available for same day pick up. Before I could even get out the store it was ready for pick up! I know not all items will be ready that fast but it was nice to not have to come back for it.

This store is always missing half their product. Everytime I go in there is something on my list that I cant get because the item is not in stock. In an attempt to make the shelves appear more full, they stock items in the wrong spot. It cant be a missed shipment or something like that because its been this way for months.

I asked her for help finding khakis in my size, she stopped what she was doing and she lead me through, helped me grab three different kinds to make sure I came out with one that worked and I managed to make it back to work with just a minute to spare! I will never shop at this Target location (Duarte) .. Funny how another location would adjust my receipt because some items went on sale. I called Simi valley and advised Im past the 14 days and they said no problem. I thought all Targets are one. In addition I purchased a lot of items online and pasted the 14 days and they adjusted my on line order for my client.

When i got to the order pick up sign, i was immediately greeted and my order was ready.

Severely out of code products in the refrigerated section. Appalling. I didnt realize that I had purchased meat products that were 2 and 3 MONTHS out of code! Why the manager of the Duarte store does not have enough employees to go through and pull these products is dumbfounding. Im lucky I didnt get food poisoning. Beware of buying anything out of the refrigerated section of this store and be sure to check the expiration date before you do!

Giving 4 stars because at the moment this store is undergoing a pretty extensive remodel and is limited in stock. They were having issues with their checkouts which resulted in having to ring my items up at 3 different registers! They were very apologetic and nice throughout the whole ordeal and they gave me a $20 discount for the inconvenience! Great attitudes and professionalism.

I ordered something online for in-store pick-up. I elected to have the system send me a text when it was available. I received a text stating that it was ready for pick-up but when I went to the store a few hours later, none of the items I ordered were available, and I never got another text which informed me of that. So I wasted my time by standing in line and I still didnt get what I needed. This pick-up service sounds good but only if their system is capable of giving correct inventory information. When I purchased the items online, everything I needed was showing up as available at this specific store for pick-up; but your system was incorrect. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

I had ordered a few pieces of dormitory furniture online (to be picked up at store) during a one day special and without any warning the system cancelled my order when I didnt pick up after 2 days. Nikki and Ivan (mgr) was helpful and accommodating to honor the sale price. Nikki took a step further to call me back to confirm its available and ready for me to pick up in 15 mins despite it was a busy morning at the store. Truly thankful.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Target, but twice now I have received poor customer service, once while looking for an item that was not where the website or item locator indicated it was. And now while trying to return an item.

Always have what I need and good service whenever needed. The Target Red Card is helpful also.

The staff is friendly. They help on wherever you need, you dont have to wait that long in line. The only problem for me is that they open at 8am . It would be nice if it was open at least at 7am.

A week before Black Friday, I bought my Xbox one x with 2k19 bundle from this target. After a month, I want to exchange my 2k19 bundle to battlefield 5 bundle. However,I accidentally lost my receipt and I paid by cash in store. I tried many places such as Walmart, GameStop and Microsoft store and they all rejected my demand but Target. I bought my Xbox one x about $500 and Mr.Justin and Mrs. Gloria told my situation to their sponsor and they eventually made a deal to help me out.Here is what happened, they recycled my Xbox and gave me a brand new Xbox without game bundle($300-400), for the left of the amount which was around $120 been added to my Credits; they also told me that I can use these credits to buy what I want right away if I want to and I did. I used my credits to bought a Battlefield V right away. I still can not believe that actually happened. During that one hour,both of them (Mr.Justin and Mrs.Gloria) were very patient, friendly and efficiency and I really appreciate your guys help. This target is completely trustworthy,especially their return&exchange department. Thank you guys very much again and marry Christmas.

Couldnt find anything in this target we were looking for. The only reason why Im giving them 4 stars, is because when I picked up the phone to call a store employee to come in assist me this young man went above and beyond we were running all over the store trying to find the items that I needed unfortunately out of three things I asked for this Target in Duarte didnt have anything. But they have it at Target in Rialto

Seems to me like this store has more stuff in stock and is much cleaner than any other target ive been to !!!

Decent size Target but seems a little messy to me depending on what isle youre in. The staff here are pretty friendly Ive never had issues. If you live around the surrounding areas with other Target locations this would be my fourth choice to go to depending on what items youre looking for.
