They never answered my call for something about my phone.I was in the waiting room for 4 hoursI also called 5 more times .This was very unorganized.This was horriable service.

I had a really great experience visiting this store, the employee “Eryn,” really took her time to help me. She was not rude took her time to explain things to me, did not pressure me into purchasing anything that I did not need, not like other cell phone stores. If you are in the area and need something from t-mobile definitely go to this store highly recommend!

This location screwed me. Two years ago I traded in my Note 5 for the new Note 9. Now after two years I was thinking my phone was paid off but Nope, they side i traded in a Note 5 edge which didnt qualify for the trade in. Now I gave them a free note 5 and Im paying full price for the note 9 which should have only been 600 with the trade in. Not to mention if I remember correctly it also took them forever just to help me. Save time and money go to another location.

Went into this location, and the two idiots inside broke my cell phone, I wanted to start up a new account with t-mobile, but the incompetent employees in the store does not know what there doing. BEWARE, before you put your phone in their hands
Got an account for my mom and me activated this week, and had a great experience. Sheena, the new manager there, was super helpful and patient.
This is the worst experience I have had with T Mobile is at this Duarte store. Sheena quoted the wrong prices on equipment and monthly service fees. When asked to fix this and ajust my plan to what she quoted, she told me how busy she is with other customers and would have to call me back. She never called and the store is now closed for the evening. The employees are extremely deceiving with prices and what they can truly offer customers. Extremely poor customer service! I am so disappointed...
Easily the worst experience Ive had at a T-mobile store. After explaining my problem to Gia, I was met with an eyeroll and mumbling about how they cant help. Her coworker then jumped in and proceeded to be no help at all while Gia returned to staring at her phone. According to Gias coworker, if your screen protector gets dust UNDER THE PROTECTOR it is installed correctly. Obviously these two were not interested in helping me so I went to another T-mobile store and had my screen protector replaced without any hassle using the 360 insurance. Thanks for nothing.
Their is no other T-moblie store that compares to this one in Duarte! the only store that actually cared, Sheena the manager and her team excelled in customer service and helped me get my iPhone asap! thank you everyone there
