I took my laptop that had an issue with the charging port. I could place the power cord in Serrano position and I was able to charge my laptop. I was told that laptop was open to check charging port and was advice to open a claim. Since I’m a new customer to uBeakiFix and my time to actually file a claim is not till a week from now. I had no chance but to pick up my laptop. I could not charge my laptop. No matter how I position the power cord. I believe the technician made it posible to not be able to charge my laptop since they thought I would open a claim. I decided to open it myself and found all kind of dust bunnies. Guess it was hard for the technician to remove any dust. I’m so disappointed and will not return to this place. I want to thank the technician and hope he can have a little integrity and commitment to his work.
Although I must say the staff were always friendly when i visited the shop, my experience with them was a nightmare, I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and the battery wasn’t that good, so I decided to get a new one, I had discovered online that there was a possibility that the screen would get damaged while changing the battery, but I was okay with that, what really upset me was that there was absolutely no communication, I never knew the status of my laptop, and that it took over 2 months to get my laptop back, in between I had visited the shop several times (I had too because there was no communication), and while there I was told several different stories, worst one being that they could not repair my laptop, it was unrepairable, so I took a completely functioning laptop there and get a broken one back, then it should be called ufixibreak!!!! I was on a business trip for the 3 months, and that was my only means of answering E-Mails, apart from my cell phone, which was what I had to use for all my business corresponding’s. As I came to the end of my business trip i finally got a message from ubreakifix to say that my laptop was ready to be picked up, i had already said i wanted a sensible reduction in the bill for my laptop because I had to wait for such a long time, all I got was 30$ off my bill, not to say I was more than disappointed and disgusted with everything to do with this shop, like I said when I was in the shop everyone was friendly, but having to wait over 2 months for a battery change, and with the complete lack of communication on the part from ubreakifix, I will definitely not be going back there again, and would advise anyone against going there.
The communication between this vendor & the mobile phone providers needs improvement. I was sent to this address & found it closed. Had to come back the next day. They need more staff to help improve their service. They did have my phone ready when promised.

Went to this place after having frustrating experience at T-Mobile and Best Buy to have screen repair for my Samsung phone. Tim was very professional and kind. Repair was quick and I am totally satisfied with the service I have received. Also liked that they only allowed one customer at a time inside to keep social distancing.

She made my iPhone 8 screen look brand new!!! I would recommend this place for one phone replace the whole screen it cost me 99$ out the door...but worth it here! Would recommend thank you guys!
The estimated time for the repair took 2.5 hrs. I was told it would take 2 hours, but besides that the place and staff are very professional and they did an amazing job on my screen repair. They used original brand new Samsung parts which is a total plus! Love their work!

I have Samsung Galaxy 10+ which I bought just to take pictures, I forgot the password I reset. I called them, they asked me to come over to help. I am so happy that they were able to reset my password without loosing my precious memories. Thank you and I recommend them for any fixes. After spending $350 plus tax to fix the Note 9 screen. Once I got the device back the charge port no longer worked properly. Only one side of any c- cable would work with fast charge. So I took it back in. First the guy said it was my charger. I told him I only use official Samsung Fast charge and officially licensed C-type cables and I tried more than one and all of them did the same thing. He then said I must have gotten it dirty. I informed him I just had it repaired by them and it was only after they replaced the screen that the issue started occuring. He then became defensive and said they fixed it perfectly and nothing they did could cause that. I asked if they had to pull the front and back off when they replaced the screen as I was familiar with the procedure, he said yeah, but he knows they fixed it perfectly. I then asked if he was the one that repaired it. He then stated no, in fact he didnt even work at this store normally and they he was filing in for someone. I then asked how he knows they fixed it perfectly and they didnt cause the issue when replacing the screen. He said something like because they dont make mistakes. . This was a couple of months ago, but since the phone is still doing it and it frustrates me daily i figured I should let others know before they spend small fortunes to repair their devices here. Also the replacement S-pen cane in bulk packaging and Im not positive it was official samsung since it snapped in half within a week of purchasing it. Warranty apparently didnt cover the s-pen either. This is the first and likely last time Ill ever go here and would rather pay almost anyone else to repair my devices in the future.

Brought my phone in for a battery issues. They diagnosed the problem quickly and, even though they were short staffed, were able to fit me in same day. They were very courteous and friendly and made the whole process as easy as possible.COVID Procedures: Because the storefront is small, only one customer is allowed in at a time. Also they are not open on Sundays at all while COVID procedures are in place. Masks are required (as is state law) and all the employees were properly wearing facial coverings (over both mouth and nose)
Really excellent customer service. Although the gentleman that assisted us wasnt able to fix our problem we were treated very well and would definitely come back for any future repairs or services.
Bait and switch. Their website quotes one price then when you get there its a different price. The employees say that theyre not able to match the price on their own website. Call and verify first.
Too Expencive
Completely unprofessional and neglectful when addressing the immediate issue of a water spill on equipment. I brought in my laptop immediately after a water spill on Saturday, and was told they would complete a diagnostic that day. They also acknowledge how important timing was in dealing with these types of issues and I believed that my laptop was in good hands. On Monday, I tried calling the store for an update several times with no answer, so I drove over there to speak to someone in person. When I arrived, I was told they had just done the diagnostic that day and that “there was some corrosion”. Not only was that not the plan they had communicated to me, but they had not provided me with any new information, and in the process, had possibly worsened the condition of my laptop by delaying work on the water damage. I expressed this and their only response was “uh okay so do you want your laptop back?”. I did.

Extremely good service. Very friendly people. I was able to arrange a time to drop off the phone. They gave me an accurate pick up time later that day. Completely replaced a shattered screen on my Pixel 3a in one afternoon! Their price point was excellent and matched many places online for just the screen (youd have to do the repair yourself)! On top of everything, they are Googles approved repair center so I know that I got an OEM (i.e., actual Google screen) Pixel display. The screen looks as good as it did the day I got it. I also thought I should mention that during Covid, they limit their small lobby to a single customer at a time. I totally appreciated that. Completely recommend uBreakiFix in Duarte!
Found this place off Samsung.com and I made an appointment. I received a phone call asking about the damage to my phone and I provided detailed information. I was quoted $109 for the back glass replacement. I agreed with that price, but when I get to the store, suddenly the chubby girl at the counter says they have to replace the camera as well, because they are a Samsung certified repair shop. They want an additional $169.I asked why they couldnt save a me a trip in traffic and she replies that they cant disclose that information over the phone. 🤦🏽♂️Walked out. Horrible rip off business... dont use them.UPDATE: Fixed at another place for $35.
I needed a new battery for my IPhone 7. Went in today. Took only 45 minutes. Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable people. I’ll be back for sure if I need anything else. Thanks guys for a great experience!

Paid like $300 and my phone is still broken 👍 before anyone asks, i took it in like 3 times during the warranty. they gave it back to me broken every time

You Definitely get what you pay for. If you buy a $90 screen replacement you get exactly that. I replaced LCD and screen on my galaxy s10 plus and it was pricy but they renewed my manuafacture warranty through Samsung itself. My phone is having issues with the screen lighting up but since I still have it under warranty im just going to get a new one 🙃 fast service and they do great work

Swapped a Pixel 1 motherboard, one that had a class action suit issue. Got a new one with a defective GPS, wont update in Maps - stuck on Searching for GPS. 3 times had it in for repairs, they couldnt identify the problem or replicate the issue. Gave them a video recording I took showing the issue. Got them to do it after a month of back and forth emails with Google. Yeah, I had to do that. Finally they changed it even though I pay for it. Now the battery doesnt last but they wont change it -Google wont allow it, because... they had to swap 2 motherboards.Last Google Phone I buy and will never use uBreakiFix.My worst customer service experience, EVER.
👎Poor follow up customer service! Beware of this repair shop!! I called this shop based off, what looked like good reviews for them. I asked if they repaired Sony PS3s and I was told that they absolutely do. I already knew what the problem was and informed them when I dropped it off that the blue ray disc drive wasnt reading the discs when inserted. Everything else was working on it and I even updated the latest software version before I dropped it off. I left it and a few days later I got a call from them letting me know, what I already knew, that the blue ray drive wasnt working and they needed to order a new one. I agreed to move forward and was told that the repair should be done within a week. Well, that week turned into almost 2 months later. In that time, I was the one calling them every week just to be told every excuse in the book. I was told that there was a delay in the part being shipped, that they got a defective part on more than one occasion, that the wrong part was ordered and even the owner was blamed for not placing the order for the part at all. I know I spoke with Kevin, Michael and Tim and others that I didnt get names for. Not one of them ever called me back when they assured me that they would and kept apologizing for the delay. I was even told that they would reduce the cost of the repair because I was so understanding and patient. I feel that they had no idea what they were doing and wasted my time. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am considering contacting my connections in TV, Radio and Social Media to let them know about this place and to warn future customers of what they can expect. Nothing but lies, unprofessionalism and no respect for your time wasted. I picked up my sons PS3 2 months later and it wasnt repaired. Im sure glad that they got no money from me.👎

I came here to get a new battery for my Samsung S7 (ended up having to get a new phone). I met with Kevin who was very helpful and able to do a data transfer. During this time (COVID-19), AT&T and Best Buy were not able to provide full service. Im very glad I came across this place, and I will definitely return, if needed!
The place is great. I brought my phone in and they were able to fix it up pretty fast. The employees are friendly and very cooperative and I plan to come back with my laptop in the future for more repairs.
Serviced on 09/22/19. Repaired Pixel XL battery in 2 hours. Worked through a problem with Verizons extended warranty program, which wasnt even their fault. Transparent about screen fix options and pricing while my battery was being serviced. Eric was great at coordinating the process, Tim for handling the scheduling, and Michael for fixing the battery and applying the cellhelmet screen protection. Will definitely be coming back to this store for my phone repair and screen protection needs in the future.

Service shop said they could fix phone in 1 day. It took them 3 days. They also scratched the edge of the phone and left fingerprints on the glass of the camera lens. Then they didnt disclose to me it was not covered under warranty. Pasadena store has much better service and communication.
Called (3) different local phone repair companies UBreakIFix were the only ones that had the LCD replacement for my Galaxy S10 in stock. Not to mention they were the cheapest and by far best to speak to over the phone. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Tim, super informative, nice and very helpful. They had by phone ready within a couple hours, sent me an email and called me. Everything working well so far! Highly recommend UbreakIfix. Thanks Tim!

I had to replace the battery in my iPhone I found them online under batteries walked in the service was excellent he checked everything out and there was no charge for this I was in and out within an hour I would highly recommend going to see them before you go to a Verizon Center with Ill try and sell you a new phone They were professional fee owner came out and talk to me they are brand new business and Ill tell you what I have I would definitely recommend going there I went to the one in Duarte Eric was great and so was his help highly recommend it

I cracked my screen and was not able to transfer my items from the old to the new phone. It took about 2 days for one of the gentlemen trying to retrieve my items. He finally did some magic and was able to save half of my items due to the findings of how damaged my phone really was. He was patient and he was very professional and letting me know on what was able to save and transfer. I really wanted my pictures but he did what he could but mostly got my contacts. I appreciate all the effort and time he put into in my phone while still working on others. Thank you so much and I would recommend them to everyone. They even put a movie while I waited.

Went to this place with high hopes and left severely disappointed. I had called the Pasadena location the day before to make sure they take Google phones and they confirmed that they do in Pasadena. When I came to this Durate store, they refused to help fix my phone or even look at it. Because of the water damage they said they were legally not allowed to look at or touch my phone or it would break their contract with google... WHAT?! I insisted that it was okay for about 10 minutes before they completely refused to service my phone. After I left I got on the phone with google and they said I was supposed to go there to get my phone fixed. Long story short... after about an hour with google and ubreakifix, the guy at ubreakifix was going to charge me over 400$ to repair my phone...bad service and overpriced. Will never go back to this location again!
