Been here on different occasions store is always stocked, representatives are very helpful and walking around the store helping customers and fixing the shelves and inventory ​which is very good. Love this location great prices and products. Thank you Big lots associates for providing a great experience and would also like to thank Osiris at the register for being very patient and providing a great experience at checkout not just to me and my family but to other customers. This store is BIG. I went there looking for a patio set and they had 5-6 different sets and the prices were moderately high. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had my kid with me did what kids do, grab anything and everything they can reach and then throw it. The staff was understanding and kind. Quality of the products also seemed good. I ended up buying some batteries and they’ve lasted a good while. I will definitely go back with more time on my hands to look around and see more of what they offer.

Great, they took care of my mom and I Nellie Leal, and we even had a rewards card so therefore we saved money how about that.Good people good prices close to home nothing better than that

It says available online and you get to the store and they tell you not available, that the one available is damage. I just went to purchase a pub 5 piece table why you have it online then if is not. Very disappointed waisting my time i come from los angeles.

Recently I visited the furniture department and Fernando help me a lot, what a wonderful person thanks!

Manager has an attitude. Not at all polite. The line could be a mile long and he wont say anything. Then when u ask him if he can open another register hes like i dont have any more cashiers with attitude.

Good place for homegoods shopping, but be aware when purchasing hair products some are expired.

Good place to find good deals. Furniture is decently priced and is comfortable.

I went in Big lots in Duarte to price Mattress and I was Met by the most friendlies associates. This was immaculate. Customer service was amazing. They deserve 10 starts

Fairly organized and cleaner than most Big Lots locations. Good prices if you have the rewards card AND coupons. Store brands are ok quality for household items. Plenty of home goods for fair prices. Parking is ok and its located near other stores and eateries.

Best buys ANYWHERE you can find a gift for everyone on your list ...all the decorations and wrapping paper very reasonable... There always getting new stuff too!!

Better than Pasadena store!

You can find alot of bargain anytime. Especially in Christmas. They have year round special, it a great place to shop for families.

This is the BEST place for using your rewards of either percent off or money credited. They have it well stocked and meet the needs of the community. Very friendly employees and helpful if you need to find something! And its practically next door to the 99 cent store so you benefit by going into both which I do all the time!

Fun place to shop. Discount store sells cheap stuff: groceries, paper goods, accessories, cleaning supplies, etc. Because they buy discontinued and overstock, you never know what they will have, which is part of the fun, but can be frustrating. If you see something you want, buy it now, as it might not be available next time you visit. I t is like a treasure hunt. You have to look through a lot of stuff, but you can get real bargains here, too.

I always go here for light bulbs when I am in a fix. They burn out in a month. I buy cheap electronic gift for my kid. They last about four months. Are you seeing a pattern? Dont mind since on the cheap. Manager is awesome. Slow cashiers. Customer service is nil.

Good store for things you need at cheap prices

One of my favorite Big Lots locations, this store is clean and seems to have a good variety of merchandise. The staff is very helpful too.

Its not there fult but when a place like this doesnt get a lot of foot traffic and the products seem, ehh, it makes me not want to buy from here. In fact some products cost more here there near buy stores

It was a total screen up, the manager was Im a very bad attitude, and due to such ATTITUDE, I cancelled entire orde, with the exception of the mattress. Never had such discomfort of mis treatment at a BIG LOTS store. The managers name is CINDY!!!!One of the customer employees offered a discount to please me as a customer, bit the manager declined and gave a warning to the girl, saying that next time she will fire her!!!

Well organized store and clean. Of course great prices. They dont accept coupons but its ok because the prices are decent and they have sales. If you are on a budget you can find most of the things you need at low prices.

I didnt realize I could purchase so many neat home decorations and some really great seasonal products/decor at this place for very reasonable prices. Will definitely be stopping bye here again.
