Great store. Employee that I asked for service, meat counter not friendly, abrupt and made me feel like I was putting him out. If not for picking up items for my Mom I would have told him forget it. Deli was trying to close up. While helpful, this also made me feel like I shouldnt have asked.

They honored our Jewel card (from Illinois) which was a nice perk. They also sell gas at some of the lowest(?) prices in the area ($4.23 if you use a debit card).

Went thru the self checkout today. To my surprise employee Elizabeth was putting 5 star effort by checking people out as the 4th machine was down. What made my day, and she didnt know is I have a bulging disc in my neck and it was already gonna be a challenge to check out, yet by asking if I wanted a bag proceeded to bag the items leaving me the easy task of just swiping my card. Well done saved me some agony and made my day!

ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING STAFF IS QUITE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Although I dont visit a lot of Safeways (Walmart kind of a guy), this Safeway was one of the best organized me. Its very big and one can find all kinds of daily use items. They even have a food bar and a live bakery.

Just nice supermarket. Fresh grocery. Good opening hours.

Easy way to get groceries in and out and love the gas station outside

Today I had a tuna sandwich from there deli department. When I got there nobody was a deli counter just a very tall, frail man. And when he came around to the other side of the counter I saw that he worked there. Didnt wipe down counters and there was what looked a few dead flies on the place where he was about to put my bread. He swatted the dirt or whatever that was, bottom line I had the worse diarrhea 35 minutes after eatting it!!

Love that I can use my club card discount.Never a long line.

As I was using the restroom and on my way out to shop, I noticed a food prep employee USED the restroom and DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS as he returned to work to prepare more food, very disturbing to know what goes on at this location, as I am wearing my mask and washing my hands to fight covid-19, there are people out their with disregard to their own customers. Two thumbs way down, the health board needs to be notified ASAP!

Staff is always helpful. Kate, Harpal in the deli counter are always welcoming. Rachel, Cindy, Hector and the rest of the staff even Pharmacy are awesome. They always remember who you are and treat you like family. We always look forward to shopping here.

We are new to the area. Having knowledge of many Safeway stores among the bay area counties, I say the Dublin Blvd. store is at the top of the list! The store is clean, bright and well-organized. The fresh food is fresh and the arrangements are aesthetically pleasing. The shelves are well organized and someone is always cleaning and restocking the shelves. The conveyor belts at the checkout stands are in good repair and not torn as those at the Rossmoor Safeway. Ginger a cashier at the Dublin Blvd. store is a exemplary employee. She is efficient, customer-centered, and performs her job with care and compassion. Although this store is about 20 minutes from our home, this is our preferred grocery store. Well done team! Thank you for the highest quality service.

Nice store in neighborhood

They recently cut off the $300 cashback limit at self checkout to $100. This was a lifesaver during covid times now we have nothing. I recommend getting Sorento peppers. By ringing 1 at a time paying only a few cents per $100 withdraw. Hopefully this helps others! Thanks

Prices consistently higher than closeby Target even after club discounts. When I shop at Target I just grab whatever I want, at Safeway its always a game with the fake discounts. Some simple things like botled spring water can be 30% above Target price. If you watch for coupons you can absolutely save a lot of money at Safeway, but if you came for specific things and they are not on sale they will be more expensive.The automated checkout machines always rush you while Target machines dont hurry you up if you are not scanning items fast enough (e.g. reordering).The staff is very friendly though!

Cashiers are not very friendly, except for Natasha. Otherwise it is clean and well-stocked. Lines can get long on the weekend.

Produce is great and the store is clean. Prices are a little high but they have a good selection of sales items.

10 Register stations and online 2 checking, bad service

Bakery rocks, try the strawberry short cake, especially on their special days, cost only 5 bucks! Fried chicken 8 pieces for 5 bucks, again in their special days. Go Safeway is the Bomb!!

No long lines today. The shelves were well stocked. I found everthing easily. Thanksgiving dinner will be a hit. Just myself and children. Darn pandemic.

Its a typical grocery store with variety of fresh produce and organic choices. Regular prices seems very high unless paying sale price or special membership discounted price. Also carries full range of wine and liquors.

Fresh organic items at reasonable price make it a place for repeat visit . Credit must be given for eco friendly paper carry bag also.Presence of Starbucks inside shopping arena is an added attraction.

Never enough registers open. One register open with 11 PEOPLE in line!!!! Self checkout had 7. Seriously. No one was helping at self checkout and 2 of them needed assistance. Waited in line for 1o min. Open more registers. Seriously.

They were way more attentive than the other one safe way but customer service girl acted very very strange made me uncomfortable exstremely odd persomkinda at first thought she wasent right in the mental capacity at all dont think Ill be back to deal w her again

If you need groceries on a weekday afternoon, go elsewhere. Extremely understaffed on a regular basis and even the self-checkout lane is super slow.

Service can be slow for check out. Dates on food need to be checked have noticed out of date meats.

Professional cheats. Make sure if you do an online delivery, everything that they charge you for comes. The last 3 times in a row Ive had to call and complain that theres missing items that they charged me for. Horrible service, and not to mention discriminatory management. Im done with this craphole of a store.

Hate the self check outs computer always thinks I have missed a scan and have extra bags on the baggage area. There the worst. They need to learn from target self scanning booths. Not enough people in the deli. The ones who are there need an attitude check. No one likes lazy. Thumbs down

The best Safeway ever! I live in Oakland and the Safeway near me off of Broadway is AWFUL! Staff so unbelievably miserable, unhelpful & rude! Beautiful store unfortunately the staff makes it very undesirable . oNLY if i have no other option will i go there. Dublin Safeway is my go to! I drive all the way to Dublin to do my shopping. They are a friendly helpful fast knowledgeable happy staff! Store is always stocked & clean. Love Dublin Safeway
