This is a self- service bike repair station with tools, an air pump, and a rack to make most emergency repairs. Five of these stations have been placed across town by Duluth Parks and Rec. working with Continental Ski and Bike and the Healthy Duluth Area Coalition (HDAC) (which has apparently become the Zeitgeist Community organization). The stations were installed to support a bicycle friendly community and encourage active transportation. These stations are maintained by Continental Ski and bike.
