Quinn was my sales coordinator and he is amazing. He brought the car out to Sandy Springs/Buckhead for a test drive - that alone was far beyond many dealerships quality of service. Quinn pointed out many features and also a few drawbacks he noticed. This was refreshing to hear a sales person being honest - he wants you to love the vehicle and be happy, not trick you into buying with salesy pitches. The next day we drove out to the dealership to purchase the car with Quinn. He also followed up a couple times to check in and see how things were going, always offering to help if we need anything. We also worked with Virgil in finance. He was top notch, beat the rate we brought in and negotiated an awesome warranty with us. Excellent and Professional Service team! This is was about 2 to 3 weeks ago but I wanted to leave a review on Roland. I explain my anxiety with coming in the dealership to complete the paperwork. So her understood and through phone calls, text and email, so when I tell you Roland took excellent care of me. I had the VIP treatment (Rolands words) and I did. It didnt stop there, Sergio the finance manger that assisted me didnt was stop the VIP treatment. Even after the company that had originally pick me up decided to drop me. Sergio was still working in my favor and saved me additional $3000. I felt some kind a way about it, my family said he did good by you. So to Roland and Sergio thank you for all you do. I pray God continue to bless you both.
I believe the pictures speak for themselves. But my experience with this dealership is not good. We purchased an Escalade from them nearly 2 months ago. Our Cadillac Cue touchscreen has never worked since owning the car, not horrible but not enjoyable. Fast forward a couple weeks and there’s a new horribly scary grinding noise that occurred while on the interstate and persisted. We decided to check the brake pads and rotors. And wow! Pretty ridiculous for a nearly 50k car!! It also still has the upper and lower control arms that were RECALLED. So it was sold to us with an active recall, no touchscreen, and now the brakes are metal on metal in the rear. They need to be actually performing those 120pt inspections!! They would have caught all of the issues BEFORE selling it to a busy family of 5! And the long list of add-ons at the end of the transaction just puts a sour taste in someone’s mouth!! Especially when they were more concerned about collecting their $1300 for “RESIST-ALL” being applied (super sloppily too and stained the interior), than the safety of the vehicle itself. Sad is what it is! Give your business to a more trust worthy dealership!

12-19-2020 Hennessy Cadillac dealership is as good as any Ive dealt with in my lifetime (Im 65). I do have one complaint that cost me money.When I inquired to my sales person if the selling price could be reduced he said he could only waive the $717 dealer doc fees. So on the initial paperwork it showed the original asking price and then a 2nd line showed a discount of $717. He did however mention we would have to discuss this with the finance manager ... and so we moved forward.When we met for final paperwork and signing at finance office we did not get any discount off the asking price!They added the doc fees of $717 then showed a discount of the $717 which is a NET-ZERO effect to the asking price. They kept telling me this was my discount on the sale! In fact their web site clearly indicates the doc fees are already included in the asking price unless otherwise stated which was not stated not included for this particular vehicle. I argued and stated my case and that point about it for 15 minutes and got nowhere with the finance person. In the end I gave up and bought the vehicle at the asking price only because I did very much like it and had searched for one like it for a while. I almost wanted to just walk away.I feel I was not treated correctly and would have preferred to have been told from the beginning there was no lee-way to reduce the asking price.

We drove three hours to this dealership after searching for months for the car we wanted..the day we got there it was raining and our salesman Quin was very professional and personable he is as good as they come. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we saw every vehicle we wanted to look at. He stayed in constant contact with us through the whole purchse even a week after we took delivery he still followed up with us to see how we liked the car and how we were doing. We were NEVER pressured to buy a certain car or to get something that we didnt want. When we get out next car they will be our first choice..My only suggestion is when the car is delivered to your home request a truck and not for it to be driven.

Excellent experience! I found the car online and did online chat to find out if it was still available. The lady on chat matched me to an excellent salesman, David Bacchus. I met him at 5:30pm, he already had the car pulled up front for the test drive. I had a preapproval with one finance company, but they actually got me approved with another company at a much lower rate! I completed the deal and drove home in my new car that same day with a full tank of gas! Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Overall we are very happy with the used Cadillac we bought. It’s beautiful and came as described. My only issue was when we first showed interest and asked for an out the door price, lots of “extras” were added on. I wasn’t a fan of that. But the sales woman and sales manager were great and we worked it out in the end. We live in the florida panhandle, so most of our interactions were via phone or email and they were very accommodating.
I would highly recommend Hennessy Cadillac in Atlanta. Joseph Fuoco in the sales department is great. He was available and the follow up was tremendous. If you are looking to buy a new Cadillac, these guys will take care of you! The complimentary pie from Southern Baked Pie Company sent by them in the mail was a nice touch. Delicious!

It was very late when he was working the numbers of my deal and did not make me feel rushed at all. The deal needed to be finished the next day (which was chip’s day off) so the deal was wrapped up by Chris. Chris really took extra time explaining everything perfectly for me. He made sure to go through the extended warranty and showed examples of what he was explaining. There was no beating around the bush. Daniel Rowland, the online sales manager, was also really helpful in making sure I understood my choices. The finance manager Sergio Bermudez was thorough and made the paperwork a breeze. Great place to buy a car. There was no pressure just options. Salesman Steve was very helpful patient and polite. If you buy a car from them I recommend this man. The only thing is make sure that your temp tag doesnt fall off your vehicle. Mine fell off and when I called to inform I was told somebody will call me back, nobody did. So I communicated directly with Steve about on hr later and he resolved my issue.

The worst experience in history of car dealerships. After all the below explanations now even the GM of the store is not answering my calls.Hello Jones,I hoped it would not come to this, but I am reaching out to you as a last resort before reaching out to General Motors directly. Every single department in your team failed miserably regarding my visit to Henessy Cadillac.I was there buying not one but 2 Cadillacs and the service I received was very bad.Your sales team conveniently forgot to give me a GM Supplier discount even though I specifically asked for it. Your sales rep mentioned very firmly that you did not do any deals like that, which is not true as I have account information from the General Motors website itself which says otherwise. I am eligible for GM supplier discount as you can see below. I had the details in email, don’t wanna share it online.Your finance team sent the check to my previous lender the settlement check 1 month late, that too only after I called Ally 4 times and got things straightened out.I bought a brand new XT6 and XT4, and in case of XT4 there were issues with paint damages as well as other minor things which your sales team completely denied even after we brought it to their attention literally 2 days after.I have called your sales team, your sales manager about 25 times at least left multiple voicemails and I have yet to receive one phone call back.This is absolutely a mess and I hope you can sort things out for me.

On July 26 we took our 2014 Cadillac ELR to Hennessy Cadillac to get looked at. The vehicle was having issues charging. We tried calling them multiple times throughout the week and were informed that we would get a call back but never did. I personally went to the dealership twice, on August 3rd & August 6, so that I could get an update as we were tired of getting the runaround on the phone and not receiving a call back.When we dropped the car off, the first person to help was Matt Cowart. I assumed he was our service adviser when I went back on August 3rd to get an update on our vehicle. I waited for him for about 10 minutes. Once he was able to see me, he informed me that Walter Veras was in charge of my case so again had to wait another 10 minutes to receive help. Once I got to Walter, he informed me that they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. At this point the vehicle had already been there for over a week and we have yet to receive an answer.Rob talked to them to get an update. They informed him that they thought they had figured out what the issue was. They advised us to update the system in the vehicle but in doing so it would cost us $400. They guaranteed that it would fix the issue so we agreed only on the condition that it would, in fact, fix the issue with the vehicle.After the vehicle had already been there for two weeks, on August 6, they informed us that we needed to take another Charging Station as they did not have one for the vehicle. You can imagine my surprise that Cadillac Henessy, a huge dealership, did not have another charger to test out on our vehicle. I went to drop off another charging station for them to use.Rob spoke with them again for an update on the vehicle. That is when we were informed that the update did not do anything, which they guaranteed would fix the issue with the vehicle. They suggested we move on to do other services on the vehicle in hopes that it would fix the issue. These services total an estimated cost of $5,000! We were understandably upset as they informed us that the $400 would fix the issues when it did not. The only reason we agreed to the service was because they guaranteed that our vehicle would be fixed. Walter stated that they never guaranteed that the service would fix the issue. They informed us that their calls were recorded, as it stated that as soon as you call in, but when we asked them to produce a copy of the call where they stated they never guaranteed the update would work, they failed to do so.Our vehicle was there for over 3 weeks before we got an actual answer from them.We believe that it is overly justified that we are not charged due to the amount of time the vehicle has been there and the issues we encountered with your dealership. We are looking forward to a response within 24 hrs to avoid further action with their dealership.

I wanted to trade my 2021 Subaru Touring for a 2013 $18,200 Cadillac. I was made to feel like a criminal over my actual good credit rating. Long ago financial mistakes were thrown in my face, and I was treated like an irresponsible, terrible person. I was trading a brand-new car for a much older one to have a lower payment. I was given a payment almost as high as my Subaru payment, $460, instead of their advertised a little over $200 payment. I was supposed to be called back to try to finalize my used car, and possibly work something out, but Chris in Finance didnt want to be bothered with me, and he had made the payment so high that is was discriminatory and totally unfair. He never called me back as promised. I had told my salesperson Roland, who earnestly tried very hard to make this happen, about this. Chris was the massive, unwilling, stumbling block and was determined not to allow me to buy this used car. I will never forget his disgusting, awful treatment of me! VERY unprofessional and unseemly. Beware of this person. He is uncaring and extremely biased. I am 82 years old, and this was totally discriminatory and biased. I will never forget this awful treatment . Another thing: it also boiled down for m-o-n-e-y for old Chris, who doesnt give a damn about customers.

Horrible customer service.Update 04/30/2021If the owner looked into the issue, he would know that it is not miscommunication, just lies.Im not upset about them selling the car; its the disrespect and lack of professionalism. I reached out to the general manager Josh Jones to speak to him about what occurred, but he never returned my call.They have my email and phone number, and no one has called to apologize for hanging up on me or lying to me. But can respond to a review with a fake apology. Unacceptable!

I had a great buying experience at Hennessy Cadillac. Everyone there seemed nice, but ask for Marcelin. Probably one of the better salesman I’ve ever worked with. I was leaving town that afternoon and wasn’t sure I had time for the hours long dealership experience. Marcelin had me out of there in just a few hours and without all the games. He even followed me home (45 minutes away) in my new to me car so I could get on with my trip.
Waste of time and money. I went here and they tried to only give me $43,000 for my truck when other dealerships gave me $54,000 as trade-in. They gave me some BS story that my truck was from Canada and that it never passed inspection coming to US which was a straight up lie. Do not believe anything these people say, they will rip you off 100%.

She was knowledgeable enough to explain features and suggest alternatives. And eventually we bought our new XT6 from them. We ordered a 2021 Escalade with a $2500 deposit in December 2020 from Hennessy in Atlanta, GA @hennessycadillac. The vehicle came in June 2021 but didn’t have any of the options we specified. We were given the run around as to why the car wasn’t built to specification. We were then told they would try to intercept another vehicle in construction and “make it ours”. We have called and emailed multiple times, and again we get a run around how they are “working on it”. Well now it’s nearly August—we have no vehicle and no one has communicated anything—every line of communication has been initiated by US! Such a disappointment to us and a disgrace to the brand @cadillac. We specifically worked with Reggie Batts and Josh Jones
My initial visit to Hennessy Cadillac was full of apprehension. I Purchased my car at another dealership so I was concerned about bringing it to Hennessey for servicing as well as there may be some unknowns. From the moment I arrived there I was treated with courtesy and respect which relieved some tension. Then Curtis explained everything to me and I exhaled. I really appreciated the time Curtis spent with me as well as the text messages keeping me updated as to the status of my car. What was a apprehensive visit to Hennessy turned out to be a pleasant experience. I left there feeling great about my Cadillac and I plan to bring my car back for all it’s needs .

We called early on a Thursday, 30 minutes before they opened and to my surprise David B answered the phone. He took my info and needed to called me back with more information about the Car I called About. He called me within 30 minutes and we went straight there. He was knowledgeable, kind & honest. He helped us through whatever questions we had and made the buying process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him as your sales person!
After a rocky initial visit with a different sales consultant, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel Roland (internet sales) and Donald Wooten. Don stayed late on a Thursday night, well past close, to ensure we had a smooth sales process. He went up and beyond to make sure we had a good understanding of all the vehicles features and even took the time to take a family photo with the new ride. Genuine and authentic - which is not what I tend think of when it comes to a sales consultant. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to see Cadillac Don!

Hennessy Cadillac listed a super clean Bmw that they took in trade. The car was very low mileage and mint. I contacted Felicia and flew in 2 days later. She was not only excellent at her vocation, she’s genuine and a pleasure to deal with. Moved on the finance and worked with Chib. Super cool guy and easy to deal with. No hard sell at all. They had me in the car driving back to Florida within 3 hours. I’m extremely impressed with the dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is one of the best dealerships I have visited and done business with. The team was great to work with and from the time we entered the door everyone went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. The purchase price was fair and I feel like they were honest to work with.
It appeared service was great BUT when I bought car in June 2020, there was no window washer fluid, drove me nuts when I needed it. I specifically asked to have filled when I made appt and when I brought in for service. He says they would take care of it. Its been raining the past week and guess what--NO window cleaning solution!!!Hence the 3 stars!

We drove from Knoxville, TN to purchase our new Escalade. Lance Ross and Robert Barnes made the entire process almost effortless, handling almost everything online or by text...no more spending the day at the dealership. We reached out, told them what we were looking for, reached a deal within a couple texts, and we were off to pick up our new Caddy. What was about to be a negative experience completely did a 360 when the GM stepped up immediately and came up with a resolution.Unfortunately with most dealerships there is a high turnover with sales/ finance and it usually comes down to upper management to resolve issues which they did.Follow top only fans girl @VanessaMiami
I loved dealing with Felicia! She helped us get the car we wanted with no hassle. She is efficient and gets things done. I highly recommend her, and the rest of the crew members. They are all very friendly and make you feel like you are the most important person on the premises. Even though that is far from the fact. They were very busy they entire time we were there. Horrible experience. Leased a brand new 2020 XT6 last year, backup camera (and other cameras) work 50% of the time. The dealer, Hennessey Cadillac in Duluth GA, where we got it, was not able to fix it. Other GM dealers have tried... nothing. Contacted GMC directly and opened a case, theyve been trying to source the necessary parts for months...STAY AWAY!
