The nitro drinks are my favorite! Tried the eggnog (Fa la latte) one and it was delicious. Baristas are friendly and the service is quick despite this location being very busy at times. Also they have clean public restrooms which is sweet.

Wow this place gets busy. The line was out the door when we visited. My partner and I ordered the same caramel latte drink except mine was blended and his was hot. Mine tasted the best 😋.

This has always been my favorite place but Im a little ticked off. I went in and ordered mine and my husbands usual and the saw that they had 6 to 8 raspberry white chocolate scones in the glass case. When I went to order 2 of them I was told they were out! I said you have 6 in the case right here. I was then informed that those are old and just for show! What a waste of food!!!! I can maybe get behind 1 for display but an entire sleeve! Come on! It is just such a waste!!!!!!

Barista was extremely rude!He was taking our order, while he was yelling at a homeless man to get out of the store. I was just beside myself.I will never drink Caribou coffee again, they cant even show kindness to their fellow man.

Quick coffee to go, I normally like caribou. Lately Ive had nothing but problems? No choices offered, everything out and its been disappointing.

Very friendly staff and nice location next to downtown tourist area in Duluth! I will say (quite a busy area and a little hard to find parking!) But other than that nice little location for a caribou! I will always love their mint condition coolers!

Had a great morning coffee, a hot Turtle mocha from their Signatures. It was really refreshing. The service was good and the ambience of the overall store is wonderful with this old wooden hut look! They have opened the outside seating area. Do try out their Signatures on a cold weekend morning to just start your day on a good note! ☕

Both times we ordered, they did not taste like they were suppose to or similar to what we are use to. We asked for light ice and requested a refill with light ice and were denied. Love Caribou, but would not recommend this location.

I had a horrible customer service experience in this particular Caribou branch, the two employees (male and female) were constantly flirting with each other and the guy looked like his attention was directed more towards the other employee than me, the customer. He was also incredibly sarcastic towards my inquiries, as if to impress his female coworker with his astute sense of humor.I will never come back to this branch ever again.

This Caribou needs new management. It used to be a great Caribou, but over the last year it has gone downhill. The service is terribly slow. It should not take 20 minutes to enter/process 4 orders. After waiting 20 minutes to even start our order, we learned they were out of Caramel. We left. As a loyal Caribou customer, this was among the worst I’ve ever experienced- & that’s 100% reflection of poor management!

Caribou is Caribou - great because it’s consistent. I’m giving 5 stars because all of the employees were so nice, calm, and efficient with how busy it was. I was very impressed!

So if your not open at 6 am as the sign on the door states, and its 6:09 am and the door is locked. I casually knock. Apparently that is not acceptable at this location. I was refused service. I dont even drink coffee. I was getting it for my wife. Its our 22nd anniversary ❤ and I was trying to surprise her. The Millennial morning manager actually called the cops on me. I never leave a review, however I feel obligated. This is the very first and hopefully the last.

I ordered Depth Charge around 6:30pm one night. When I pulled up to pay & pick up my coffee they explained that they didnt have any hot coffee. Really? Its a coffee shop isnt it??????

Great service every time Ive ordered. I personally enjoy caribou more than Starbucks, just the atmosphere of the store and the attitude of the employees is generally better. Also the taste of caribou coffee is amazing, it seems to have more flavor and texture than other coffees.

In general, Caribou has been going downhill for many years, since the original owners sold. And for this particular Caribou, I felt very uncomfortable just being inside. One person I was with purchased a drip coffee, and she said it tasted horrible, so she dumped it out at our next stop. I think she may be happy with the overpriced travel mug she bought. Needles to say, I didnt get anything. However, the building is beautiful on the outside! Gave an extra star for the architecture.

They were actively cleaning all the surfaces with wipes. Nice staff. Perfect stop.

Up in Duluth on Canal Park Went to take some heart medicine pills while in line. I had my water bottle in my hand and had just pulled my mask away (not off or down or up) when this round guy named Joey snaps at me “Get your mask on you face”! It wasn’t off my face! Little kids on power trips

Delicious nitro coffee! I had the mocha nitro cold brew and husband had another of the cold brews! So smooth and easy to drink

Twice now, 2wks apart, Ive come here for an iced cooler and both times now it was nasty tasting and watered down. Definitely wont be back a 3rd time

They did a great job. My drink was a lot sweeter than I realized it would be, I got the caramel chiller and its delicious but super sweet for me. Husband got the white chocolate berry mocha and really enjoyed it. Caribou always has quality products. You just cant go wrong :)

I am a coffee snob and Caribou is my weakness. Ive probably been to over 100 different Caribou locations all over the USA and this one is one of my favorite locations. Sitting outside in the summer mornings on a nice day, watching the people and just enjoying the Canal Park area with a great Vanilla Latte is something Ill never get sick of.Order accuracy, freshness of the food and beans and consistency in their presentation make this a 5/5 for Caribou Coffee locations. Trust me, as much as it pains me to say they all arent this good, its really awesome to have a spot like this one and have the staff be as good as the location.

Wow, do they have great coffee! Im glad I dont live in the area because Id go broke and get fat from visiting there every day! They do serve their lattes very sweet. I ordered the pumpkin white mocha with light flavor and Im glad I did. Best coffee drink Ive ever had!

Usually a good departure from Dunkin Donuts making me iced coffee instead of a hot coffee. Today it was Caribous turn. Barista behind the counter let me wait about 5 minutes before he took my apparently annoying order. Also he was good enough to give my coffee to the person behind me in line. So not the best experience.

Place is gross. Super crowded and touristy. Garbage cans full and overflowing. The employees decided to change their work posts and cash registers while there were like ten people in line. And have a good old conversation while doing it, like there was nobody in the store! And it was NOT a shift change. Its like they just get bored at their stations so the switch it up, rush or no rush. Its a tourist spot so they dont care about their customers. Theyll always have customers and theyll always employ stepping stone employees who dont really care about the job.

One of the worst experiences Ive received at a Caribou Coffee ever. Customer service is lacking largely at this location. My husband and I were spoken to rudely when asked what the coffee drinks were sitting on the counter. She yells there wasnt a name on the order so 🤷 im sorry nobody asked our name at the time of our order. Once we realized what drinks were ours we asked if they could add the topping to the drink that we order and was treated as tho she did us a favor by making my husbands drink correctly. Therere plenty of other places to get a cup of coffee in the area. I will be trying elsewhere next time.

One thing that makes mornings better is having access to a Caribou Coffee! This one is in a great location and had really friendly and efficient service--plus great drinks. I had a white chocolate mocha today and it was great. If you want a really delicious adventure, though, try a zebra mocha--white chocolate and dark chocolate mix. Delicious!Another great thing about this location is that there are a lot of great choices to sit if you are going to hang around!

Long-time favorite spot for coffee in the Park.

No different then any other Caribou. Friendly staff. Gift cards only get me in. Chain coffee shops like Caribou do actual disfavor to local economies. During a Covid recession no way Im encouraging people to to hit chains. Support local coffee shops, anywhere you go. Overall caribou coffee is overly cheap and over sweetened.

The staff working this morning rocked it! They were so busy orders were running at about a 25min wait, too long for some that abandoned their order and walked out. But for those of us who waited got to witness how amazing these the staff was. Keep it up, ladies! And dont forget to TIP YOUR BARISTAS!

Kinda rude actually. Its a new world we live in with Covid. But people still need to be civil and polite. And remember, cash is still a legal means of paying.

Understaffed, slow staff. There was so many people in line that they were waiting outside but only had 2 people working. Took 20 minutes just to get our order. Messed up my order, ordered 2 frozen hot chocolate somehow that means to them 1 frozen hot chocolate and a cookies and cream.

Filthy outdoor area, both patio and tables. Like the area is never cleaned. During this COVID time, is that too much to ask?Coffee and food good as expected.

Macha Green Bubble Tea. Kind of strangely how the guy put a regular lid on it expecting me to drink bubble tea through a thin straw. The lady kindly fixed it for me.

I love Caribou coffee, but I have never had such horrible and rude service as i did this morning. Carrie was very rude and condescending towards my party. We have loved our time in Duluth, but this was a disappointing note to end our trip on. Will not be coming back to this store.

I love this shop, located in Canal Park, right in the heart of the shopping area and close to the walking paths. It is super easy to find, has parking on the street in front of the shop as well as a private lot in the rear of the store. The inside is super cozy and has an upstairs with plenty of seating for those super busy tourist seasons.

Why can’t there be a real menu online not just unlabeled bad pics by customers under ‘menu’??

I like caffeine and if you order on your phone you can go and pick it up at the table inside without interacting with anyone which is great, also one of the few places to get coffee on the weekends after 2pm

We went there about an hour before close. No greeting but an eye roll. The one was too busy on his phone to pay attention to the order and got it all wrong. When corrected he proceeded to argue with my husband. The other person working gladly fixed it. Whole time one was on thier phone talking away

This particular Caribou Coffee has a lot of space and lots of windows. Great place to relax, have a drink and work on a laptop or talk with a friend. There is a random upstairs room with just higher chairs and a counter, not sure exactly what for, but could be used for groups? Lots of bathrooms that are clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful service.

The burrito, tasted like cardboard, the soufflé was ok at best and the blueberry oatmeal, came with no blueberrys, coffee was as expected...

Beautiful store. Fast service. Friendly staff. Definitely will stop next time I am in town.

Right amidst all the resorts and the only place open early weekends on the Canal Park.All the normal Carbpu options would trust... with the added benefit of being in the midst of such a nice walk.Sure its a chain but its more early bird convenient than the more specialty stores.

Great coffee, great people. I love to go to Caribou in Canal Park, take my laptop and hangout for a time. I like to meet clients at Caribou and share the great coffee and snacks. Often they will have some nice specials on coffee beans and will grab a bag or two. I recommend Caribou in Canal Park.

Very rude staff. We were there on 08/24/19 at 430pm, not sure of their name since he was not wearing a name tag. We ordered an unsweetened almond milk latte and got a sweetened almond milk latte, when asked why it was sweet we were simple told ‘the almond milk is sweet’ and then shrugged off. I have never had an experience like this, usually baristas are more than happy to make orders to customers’ likings.

Rude workers and poorly made drinks.

Everything was perfect from the gentleman who took my order and gave me all the information I needed to know to the amazing person who put together my coffee who just so happens to be the boss. I would recommend this caribou every single day and well be visiting more and more from now on

Holy God there should be one of these in every town all over the world. They put Starbucks to shame. Very friendly and polite, eager to drive a good business and modern ethics. Its what a coffee house should feel like and the coffee is awesome.

Always love coming here when in canal park whether it be this location or any other always nice baristas and cashiers always really great coffee and always adding to my points Campfire mocha is my drink to drink and always getting the extra shot just to keep making it through the day.

Everyone knows and loves Caribou, but the canal park location is an excellent place to take in the views and enjoy downtown. A casual place that great for getting school or work done in a scenic location. During peak season, parking can be tricky.

I have been going to this caribou for about seven or eight months now. I am there 2-3 nights a week at a minimum. Love the service, love the coffee, love the location, and I LOVE the loft upstairs for studying. As an online student in an out-of-town school, its hard to find a place with refreshments and friendly atmosphere. I was extremely disappointed when they recently started closing the loft at 7pm. The staff told me there were spots available downstairs, and when I went down, I was disappointed to find no open seats, and had to pack my books and computer up on the garbage container. Im not sure if I will continue to go there to study. If the store doesnt close until 10pm, why close the loft--a perfect place to study--at 7pm.
