This site has seen several incarnations. Each one has improved upon the other. I bought my current computer here 6 years ago through Computer Renaissance. This new store is as capable and responsible. Honesty and integrity is what keeps me returning.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had my computer wiped and when I brought it home I noticed a few issues so I took it back and they took a look at it free of charge. My only criticism is that I am pretty sure my computer is not compatible with Windows 10 (which is what they loaded on it after it was wiped) and so it is now very slow. Additionally they can get very busy so it may take some time to get your computer back.

(Hope your test bench is doing alright without the 650w modular power supply pulled and sold!)I stopped by pretty desperate to replace a failing (and admittedly ridiculous) molex to 6+2pcie adapter that was (not really) powering my GPU.I wasnt certain they even stocked them to be honest - but my computer was already apart on my desk.After asking me what system components I was trying to power up, the guy comes out of the back with a used EVGA 650w MODULAR power supply with all of the modular cables! He says he just pulled it from a test bench - I joke that I know its going to work - he jokes about how his co-workers are going to feel about not having a PSU in the test bench anymore.... quotes me an impressive price and I walked out the door with EXACTLY what I needed.No more coil whine, no more strange FPS dips. No more using a dumb molex adapter. Problems solved.Glad I stopped by to ask. Thanks!

Ive been a loyal customer for the past year. When my laptop died they were able to find a cheaper solution to fix it, and had it finished the next day. The staff know what theyre doing, and I walk out knowing something new every time. Great folks, and an excellent shop!

I myself work for a competitor of Computer Resources in Duluth. I was working on a home file server build, and being a college student with a very tight budget, these guys were able to cut me some deals. I walked out with most of the parts I need for under $100. The example of Customer service, support and willingness to help by Computer Resources should be a standard for any industry, not just the IT field. I would recommend this little place to anyone who is on a budget and needs some used parts.

I found them to be very helpful, you need to consider that theirs is a niche market, you may pay a little more but it is generally something that the other big box stores are not going to have.Thanks for all the help.

Got a great deal on my refurbished 2016/17 Macbook Air! 4 months later still working great!

The people are awesome and they know what they are talking about. They makebestbuy geek squid look stupid. They can help you build a system yourself or they will build it for you. I took my friend there cause he wanted a nice computer to play games and they hooked him up with a nice rig that can handle any game.

Anytime I have difficulties with an electronic device, these folks are fantastic! Definitely recommend this business.

Will never do business here again. Treated poorly by Wes after being a faithful customer. If this is how they treat repeat customers I will gladly go elsewhere.

[Update]Bought a new system from them about 5 months ago, had a couple of minor issues but after fixing those the system ran well until my copy of Windows was deactivated by MS but that issue has since been resolved.[More]Bought a barebone system from them about 4 years ago, ran it nearly 24/7 for those 4 years and never really had any problems. The people have always been courteous, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend going there for whatever youre looking for, if they dont have it they can most likely find it.

This place was absolutely amazing! I walked in very disheartened that my laptop was toast and not turning on. I spoke to a Wes and he told me exactly what was wrong with it and said he would have it fixed and back to me in 2 days...he called me not 24 hours later!BEST SERVICE!! Would highly recommend!!

I recently built a new pc and was having issues seeing the mobo headers since my eyes are getting old. Both Michaels have been a huge help in finishing this build. I would recommend computer resources to my friends and family. These guys are awesome!

Great experience. We had a tricky downloading issue that Mike worked hard on for very little money, and solved.

Went hear twice, the first time i bought the laptop i am currently using, the second time i went in to fix it, a young man helped me, waited one hour to get a call from him. never got one so i went back to the store and he told me he couldnt fix the issue. then when i got home everything is wrong with it, keys arent working, and theres a memory problem, i think next time ill stick with best buy or somewhere else

Way to expensive just to fix a charging portal they 250.00 when the phone only cost 79.95 find somewhere else to go
