At the ripe old age of 37, Ive had glasses for 34 of those years. In that time, Ive never understood my eyes as much as I do after visiting there - not to mention that for the first time in my adult life, my prescription is actually correct. This eye clinic is exceptional. I’ve been going here (Arrowhead location) for years and the service and staff are always more than friendly, fun, and professional, and the frame selection and lenses have always been stellar. On my last visit I showed up an hour early because I put the wrong appointment time in my calendar. They squeezed me in early and we had a good laugh about my error in timing. Highly recommended.

I was recommended Theobald Family Eye Care and did enjoy my time. The eye doctor was great, explained everything that was going on, explained to me my eye problems in a way I could understand, my appointment started on time which I really liked and got to know why my eyes were failing me. I will be going back yearly for check ups.

After years of going to the big box vision stores in the mall our visit to Theobald was a refreshing experience. Rachel was an awesome help especially with figuring out the nuances of insurance. Will be going back

Gave me the wrong prescription, after paying close to $300 dollars on an eye exam and glasses they told me they dont do any refunds.They gave me an incorrect prescription for my glasses, after not being able to see well with the new glasses they prescribed me I asked them about it and they told me to wait a week to see if my eyes adjust, one week later its thanksgiving and I double check my vision with my old eye doctor in the cites. The prescription they gave me was way off, when I came back in with my updated prescription and told them they had erred, at first seemed willing to look at my new prescription and see where they went wrong. After looking at my eyes the doctor was able to identify that I wasnt fit to use the prescription they gave me but refused to put any action towards fixing the $300 dollar mistake they had made. As far as eye places in Duluth go they are some of the most expensive, considering the mistake they made, and the lack of guarantee they offer Im hard pressed to understand why.
