Very uncomfortable and very unpleasant experience. Before the exam, as we were undergoing tests, the optometrist was rude and condescending both towards me and the person working with him. I would start explaining something to him and he would cut me off and not hear me out. He got visibly frustrated with his coworker for something she was obviously not trained properly enough on and I felt bad that she has to work in that environment. I nearly walked out before the exam, which in hindsight, I should have. During the exam, he made it difficult distinguishing between lenses. Every other optometrist I have been to asks which is better, 1 or 2. Not him. He would quickly switch lenses and just ask what happened. It felt rushed, like I was an annoyance he wanted done with so he could get on to something else. I love Target and I will continue to shop there, but unless drastic changes are made, I will be going elsewhere for my optical needs.

Surprised at amount of time it took for glasses to come in. Most places are 2-3 days now. This took 10 day .
Charged $144 because I have insurance when I was quoted $78 on the phone. Apparently if you don’t have insurance you get a cheaper rate (almost half) than if you do. Sounds like insurance fraud to me. I keep getting the run around on who’s fault it is.
