Corporate really needs to figure out their employment situation. All the race tracs around me have the same issue of being closed at night and sometimes at random times of the day. At some locations (especially the one at 5780 peachtree ind blvd) there are visibly several “employees” yet they lock the store up. That’s not being short staffed, that’s being lazy and incompetent. Corporate either needs to hire more staff, and train the staff properly. If they can’t hire enough good help then don’t claim to be open 24hrs and close part of the day. The amount of business they are losing based on how many people I’ve seen come and go due to be randomly closed is prolly very high. Race trac had built a lot of good locations and is trying to be like QT but they are wayyyy behind on the service side of the business. QT is miles ahead of Race trac on good service and consistency which is very important for a business image

Never been to a BAD Race Trac bit this one is awful. Got $13 worth of gas because the pump wouldnt work. Went inside for milk: None. Just a bad vibe. Ill drive couple of miles to go to the one down the street from now on.

A common problem is randomly closing because of staff shortage. As an owner of a small business, I have had to work 24 hours straight before when needed. And I would never make the claim that there wasn’t someone to fill a role, that I won’t fill in when needed.I can list several resolutions to this non-problem.If this wasn’t a common occurrence, I wouldn’t be posting this review. But at least 10% of the times, I’ve pulled in, only to find a note on the door and it locked. 10% of any problem for a business is unacceptable.

Worst gas station.. pumps that dont work with no signs. Only 1 person ever working so always 10 people in line. Terrible management. Do NOT come here

I suggested an edit for this RaceTrac because it is closed overnight on the inside. Ive tried to go several times late at night, and it is ALWAYS closed. Always. Any day at night, the inside is definitely closed.

The employees here are super friendly and keep the place clean . They are so short staffed here, but the employees that are here handle business .Freddy, zee, Tati, curt, Kimi :) you guys are the best and I appreciate your guys hard work / service . They need more recognition than they get I’m in here frequently literally serveral times a day and they are always there regardless of the amount of work they have or how short they are they always serve excellent customer service.

The worst gas station ever. Make sure you have extra 20-30 minutes because that’s exactly how long it takes to fill up your tank. I think only 2-3 pumps work properly.

Its the first 24hr store I have ever seen with a locked door, a sign sorry for the inconvenience, and employees walking around ignoring multiple customers trying to enter. How is this a 24 hr store?? Why did I drive 2 miles out of my way to go here. Silly me it wont happen again. (No coffee or chicken here)

I love Race Trac gas stations but the night shift is the worst!!!! They are never open 24hrs so stop promoting it.... Every night the stores in Duluth Georgia and every Race Trac store in the surrounding areas close at 10 or sometimes when ever they want to... Management needs to be contacted!!!

I usually stop there every morning around 5:20AM, to grab me a bite for Breakfast and some Coffee or Energy Drink to wake-up, since they are the only gas station on my way to work. What bothers me is the INCONSISTEND times they are closed in the early morning and Im not the only one. Sometimes theyre closed on Tuesdays, sometimes Wednesdays and sometimes Thursdays. At least those are the times I encountered it. Nothing worse in the morning when you look forward to your breakfast and coffee to get the day started and the only place between work and home is unexpected closed.

Be careful when shopping inside this store. The prices on the shelves are not the same as the prices in their computer system. A bag of jerky marked $12.99 on the shelf rings up as $14.99 at the counter. Very dishonest business practice.

Yall looking like CiCis pizza in the middle of a pandemic.. Perfect place to serve yourself a slice with a side of covid. Why would the not food not be pre package. Like how are you suppose to carry out multi food items if there all open.. Frys French toast are examples.. Whats to keep a person from touching all the food as they decide which fry basket has more or the slice of pizza that is poorly cut so they grab the other to pull and leave it for the next person. Huh.. This is a great way to increasse your stores chances of transmitting covid to customers. Very unsantiary. Should re think this buffet style serving style..

Brian the cashier has his mask on his chin and not over his mouth. He constantly talks to everyone and its disgusting that no one regulates this. Keep your germs to yourself. The hot foods are not pre packaged and in the midst of pandemic, that is just NOT sanitary

Went to this store on my break for empanadas, there werent ANY ready.. middle of lunchtime. I asked KZ where they were, she said they would be up in 14 minutes. Waited the 14 minutes then asked where they were, she says Oh! I havent actually started making them yet! Wow. She knew she screwed up because she was hesitant to tell me her name, and her managers name. Manager Kimmie was nice and offered to help, but she screwed up when she said it was her own fault. You didnt know those were almost gone? You didnt know that was a popular item you should always have ready to make money for your company? On top of that Kimmie offers if I wait 15 MORE minutes, that she would give me for free.. No, Kimmie, I dont need handouts, just make sure you do your job and have them ready? SmhBoth of them need more training, its like the blind leading the blind.

Really good on price, they have lowest price in area of regular gas. After getting gas I went inside the store. There was two employees, no one said welcome or any other greetings. Store was organised. Restroom have nice air freshener, papers, soap and air dryer but toilet seat was not clean.

No one is wearing a mask and I saw a guy take a water bottle and walk out and no one did anything. Just cant believe that....

I love this race trac. The staff is friendly and they are always busy keeping the place clean and professional.I wish they had a few more vegetarian options in their kitchen items. But I understand supply and demand... So its cool

Very nice and clean, restrooms were immaculate! The three different coffees purchased by our group were all fresh... at 3:30PM! They appear to have a good selction of quick, on-the-go bites to take along, as well as all the drink options you can imagine. Makes me wish one of these was near our house... Oh, and they also sell E85 and Ethanol free gasolines!

Cheap gas, easy in and out, well-staffed, and got a free slushie just because the cashier felt generous. Keep it up!

Slowest service at one of the busiest gas stations. Always a line which moves slowly because the employees are always talking to each and so freaking slow. QT puts these guys to shame.

The store is nice and clean but if you are a evening person go to quik trip. Racetrac likes to pick and choose when they want to be open for business. If your going to be in the business of 24 hr convenient stores then be 24 hrs... You have to pray to the east and pray to the west and hope they are open after 9:30 pm

I stopped by racetrack around midnight to get a free Z and the manager on duty told me dont worry about it went when I went to pay for it. It kind of confused me so later on I went back to the store and ask the guy why did you give me that drink he responded it says its about time and thats a RaceTrac policy. That alone there I will go to Racetrac before theyre competitors.

Sitting here for over an hour with a dead battery and the store closed early. The employees said they couldnt help me if had jumper cables. Nice store. Staff not so much.

Same problem as many racetrac locations. 10pm on a weekend and theyre closed. Never fear theres a QT within 2 miles in either direction.
