This is my worse experience. I have been a MAC customer for 20+ years have collected over 50 empty containers but I cant seem to get anyone to answer the phone at the counter at Gwinnett Place Mall so I can make sure a product is in stock for pickup. I have attempted at various times via call and in person. I know no one will care about this one comment so as a consumer I will simply take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed. you are not disserving of the one star but I could not post without a selection

Ever answer the phone…. Not convenient to ask if they have an article in stock.

Very poor customer service. Im just now seeing reviews but unfortunately they are all true. Manager went in the office to prepare a schedule that should have never took priority over a paying customer. The floor person didnt even acknowledge my presence until I asked if someone could assist me. Learn how to increase sales with better customer satisfaction. Horrible location

Some reason they are always outta stock of what I need when I come in there. Been asking for the same color for months. Obviouslt outta staffs control but corporate should look into keep their inventory at this branch current. Other than that they are always friendly and helpful

I went in on a Monday in late November and the girl was very nice. I asked her several questions about a product and she answered all of them.

I went to this location today to get a Foundation match and it was totally wrong . The man did my mother makeup fine but when it came to me I asked for him to show me my color and he quickly said NC50. He swabbed it on me and said .. I can barley tell its there . Looking in the mirror and it seemed to be correct I took and brought it . I went home and put it on my whole face and then took some pictures with my friends. I came out looking like a clown. It was lighter than my skin tone ... I was humiliated. I will return to get my money back . I will forever go to sephora from now on .

Im here now at Mac 5:00pm. Ive waited for 10 minutes. There is no one here who can help me. The office door is open and Ive yelled back there and no one answered.A fragrance lady (mehmooda) came and tried to get me what I needed but after searching the drawers she couldnt find my number. She was very nice and tried helping but that wasnt her department to know where to find the products.This is the second time since the 2nd week of April 11th that Ive visited this location to be very disappointed in customer service and products not available.

MAC has been my go-to makeup brand for several years. If you are looking to just pick up your usual routine makeup, this isnt a bad place. But if you want any advice, or are looking for any type of one-on-one help, dont expect it. The staff is extremely racist and will only help people of their own race. When you ask them questions its like youre bugging them or asking them to kill a man for you. Its really insane.

I have tried to but MAC product at this location 3 times and every single time que staff is rude, unpleasant and it seems like instead of trying to sell you products they are doing you a favor.Unfortunately that such a great brand forgets how important is costumer service.Agree with the racist comments, since I am not African American nor white probably I was not a great costumer even when I was willing to spend more than 150 in products.Will not recommend to anyone.Go with a diferent brand.

The staff said hello briefly but it was about 15 minutes before I was helped and then they were out of what I needed. It would have been less frustrating if there wasnt a staff member sitting in a back room with the door open stuffing her face with candy and ignoring everyone. If I hadnt been pressed for time I would have left and gone to downtown Atlanta.

The “artists” at this cosmetic counter can’t do makeup to save their lives. Customer service? Forget about it. They treat you like a nuisance. This counter is the reason I started purchasing MAC Cosmetics online.

Im just getting into makeup so i dont know much. Asked questions and the staff just look at you like youre stupid. Sorry Im not a guru. Rather go t o Ulta or Sephora.

The staff is horrible - they act like they do not really want to help you; like theyre doing you a favor by allowing you to come by this expensive make-up. I went with all intentions to buy several things for my 2 daughters, but because of the staff (& their non-help-ful attidude), I didnt.

I wouldve gave this Mac 2 stars but due to the ghetto chick named sequita(her name fits her attitude/personality/demeanor/etc.)from MAC, poor customer service I gave it 1 star because her negativity, customer service, and attitude was very inappropriate. Ive been here a few times and I usually receive OK service nothing outstanding though... And with their prices you would think they would deliver better customer service. This is honestly my first time experiencing something so disgusting and Ill be sure itll be the last time because I wont shop at this mac again.

We went to the free mac lipstick event and it was a disaster. Macys was very disorganized and people were pushing, fighting and getting in front of others. Most people wasted their time there, since many didnt even get a lipstick. The service there was terrible!!!

I came to this Mac store because it was close to my house and I needed to get foundation I knew my shade I just wanted to grab my product and go when I walked over to the counter I was completely ignored for about ten minutes customers that walked over after me were immediately helped while I was ignored I have never had a bad experience with Mac in the past but this was just terrible
