Excellent quality and service. Youll have to wait a bit from order to installation, but the wait is worth it.Make sure you get the full Thermal Guard. Otherwise, you heating bill will be through the roof. Metal transfers heat. Without Thermal Guard, an iron door will bring the winter cold into your house. Thermal Guard insulates the outside metal from the inside metal. I have Thermal Guard and it makes all the difference in the world. My original order mistakenly missed the Thermal Guard, so I know the difference first hand.

We couldnt be happier with our new front door. Since buying something cant be seen and touched from the internet for such an expensive item, we drove almost four hours to Abby Showroom and looked at their quality and selections. It is worth the drive. The door showed up better than expected. We have our front door installed last week, and I have already gotten so many compliments from friends and neighbors.

Ill give you experience so far.We ordered 10 ft double doors at a price tag of almost $8,000. They only Ionly had to be shipped 4 hours but took us almost 10 days to get them.Biggest issue is, once they were unpacked, they had multiple places with paint gone, two gauges in the door, and foot prints on the door. It was obvious the doors had been packed & shipped with issues.When we called and reported the issue, they were not gave us two options. Send them back at our own expense and repay shipping for new door ( another $1200 ) or take the doors and they said they would make it right .Two weeks later, making it right is an email saying they are trying to find a local handyman to come touch up the doors. On the phone they said they had iron door experts that would assist in fixing the doors....Thats a big difference for the local handyman it appears we are now getting.Id be very careful about using Abby. The doors are gorgeous but if theres an issue, dont count on much help. I will update the post if things get better.
