The man came out to our house today because our garage door was not working, we checked the power box in the basement and the garage door still would not open, that is why we called for service, the man that came to our house immediately determined the power was off, he pressed the button on the wall socket in the garage to turn power on which caused the garage door to start working again. He was here for about 10 minutes total and charged us $86!!!!!! in addition he had a bad attitude and when my husband asked for the Supervisor phone #, he gave my husband a phone #. When my husband called the #, he answered the phone😲 This was very unprofessional.
