Always great via my subdivisions group buy. I had a small communication issue with having their e-mail server drop messages with an attachment... it was quickly resolved with a phone call. I cant fault them... they arent in the IT business. Im a customer for around 20 years and always happy with the product and price.

Pinestraw was delivered on time, we were happy with what we got.The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the rude exchange I had thru email with this company. The day the straw was meant to be delivered I didn’t know what time it would be here, so I sent an email (and tried to call, but no answer) asking when it would arrive. I got a response that it had already been dropped off, which it was, I just didn’t have the time to go out and look at the moment. I then proceeded to ask for a receipt, not because I didn’t believe they had delivered the right amount, but simply because our church keeps strict financial records of everything we spend money on. When I asked for a receipt the response I got was “you have your straw” which came across as extremely rude. To which I responded by explaining why I needed the receipt. Never got another responseEverything else we were pleased with, but the customer service experience was awful.

Good communication, job done well. No fluff. Highly recommend!

Watch em closely. If you order 40 bales of pinestraw, ensure you get 40 bales of pinestraw..... stand outside and count them.

Tried to put in an order two weeks in advance and requested they not deliver during a 1 hour period while I went to get my son. The company refused to honor my wishes so I will not be doing business with them. In my 12 years of experience in landscaping, I have never had a company unwilling to accommodate my needs especially when Im not asking much.

I tried to place an order with them, the treatment was awful. The woman on the phone disrespct. Very rude and unpleasant. A rating this low is not a coincidence, thye need to work on treating customers better.

Great full service pine straw provider. Competitive price coupled with clean pine straw and prompt/timely service. Hands down worth a call when you need pine straw.

Our HOA has used Atlanta Pine Straw for many years. They have always done an excellent job!

I ordered 30 bales of pinestraws, they delivered 28. They promised to deliver 2 more but never did, but claimed they did and insisted on it. I saw nothing at my address. They are liars. For 7 bucks they would rather loose my business every year than correct the problem. Lousy company.Wow, what a lousy company this is. So last year (april of 2017 sometime) the above lousy serviced happened...hence the review. Then I wrote a letter to the manager about it and so the manager sent me the two bales they were missing. That was after I already wrote the bad review. I did not bother going back to delete my bad review because I thought that I would just keep being their customer since they took care of the problem and leaving the review as a prior incident. So today February 2018, I called to order some bales of pinestraws and they refuse to serve my order because apparently the manager is pissed at me permanently...lol. wow, that is what I call the worst company to ever deal with. Maybe they need a new manager and clean slate all the employees with new and reputable professionals. I guess I will be doing a blog about this in the business magazine that my friend owns to spread the word.You should never deal with a company who cannot take honest criticism. This company only wants to deal with those who gives them a good review.
