Brought my trolling motor in because it was getting water in the armature. He replaced all seals and components and the first time out after he serviced it, it still leaked!

Bruce is the man I dropped off a cannon down rigger (the wrong one on accident) and he called me to say he found nothing wrong. I brought the right one in finally and he fixed it fast at a good price. Thanks Im fishing again!

Horrible customer service I was referred to this guy because I was told he was really nice and can get things done quickly. Its Tuesday and I need something fixed by Saturday. Im not even sure if it needs parts it may be a 2 min fix I walked into the shop and he immediately gave me an attitude and told me that my request was ridiculous.I can certainly understand time constraints but dont ever tell a customer that there request is ridiculous when they are trying to be patron of your business.

I brought in a picture of my older Minn-Kota trolling motor, thinking I would get a replacement forward/reverse switch as mine quit working. Bruce was very helpful. I got in over my head after watching how to replace the switch on YouTube - I told him the wrong info and got the wrong switch. Random pieces fell out of the unit when I tried to actually replace the switch. I bagged them up and went back to see Bruce. The cost of the correct switch was about half the cost to buy a brand new trolling motor. I had given up on replacing the switch on my own, and I concluded that buying a new trolling motor made more sense than paying for the switch plus additional labor cost to ElectroTech. Bruce graciously took time with me and ultimately recommended that I buy a new trolling motor at a nearby marine store. I saw a steady stream of customers interacting with Bruce during the times I was there. I believe he does a nice job helping people out.

Brought in a powered mixer as he was the local behringer factory rep. Never heard what the problem was, never received a phone call, email, never received the mixer. It just vanished, as did my patronage. Do not go here.

Call to see if he would look at a electric reel (not much to them)He started to tell me that hes works on high tech equipment and has a min charge of 90.00.I hung up, would of paid if would have helped at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!He didnt even wanted to look at it.Thanks for no help
