This is normally the UPS I go into just because its so close to my home but after the experience I had today I will make it a point to drive to the second nearest one. I had a very long, heavy package to return that also wasnt taped on one end so it was extremely heavy and not very stable. My daughter, who is 6, was with me and when we made it to the door, I needed her assistance with opening it but it was windy and chilly so it took ALOT of effort for my daughter to open it. Whilst we struggled with the door, I could see TWO MALE CLERKS inside literally looking at us and not doing anything to help. When we finally got inside, one clerk whose name is Tufail, went to the back and stayed and the other, Sunny, stayed behind the counter and pretended to be occupied by a cordless phone. The unsteady package fell by the time I could make it to the counter. As it laid on the floor I asked why was it that I wasnt offered any assistance seeing as though we were struggling. No answer, I was actually ignored by Sunny. As I taped the box whilst it was on the floor, about two different people came into the store returning things, walking around me and leaving out until one kind gentleman, whom I am very grateful for, stopped near me and asked if I needed help with the package to which my eyes actually watered. He didnt even work there, nor did he have to help at all! He simply offered because he saw how much I was struggling and wanted to help. I thanked him so much and asked Sunny again why was that so hard or him to do? How come a complete stranger that doesnt even work here see that I need help and offer but YOU dont!? He then said because he was on the phone with tech support (I was in the store for almost 5-10 minutes and not once did he say anything to anyone on the cordless phone.) I told him a cordless phone shouldnt prevent you from being able to simply walk around the counter and assist. He never apologized, never offered any sense of empathy or anything. Just priced me for the tape and asked if I wanted a receipt. I asked for his name and the guy that went to the back without helping either and told him I would be leaving a review and speaking to someone pertaining this experience. I will refrain from making this a race issue because I dont think that everything is but this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in any establishment. My daughter asked me in the car, Why didnt they want to help us, Mom? And I cant even give her a straight answer.

The staff are friendly and efficient. One can get everything done there from mailing packages to getting brochures printed, etc. I`ve had a mailbox there for the past 15 years and they have served me well.

I have never imagined that there is such a bad service. I put the package in this place to express delivery. Because of the relatively large quantity, they asked me to put it up and weigh it, and then they asked me to go around and move it down. I said I can move it up and weigh it inside. You can move on by yourself. The Indian woman was unhappy and pushed my package down from above. I am afraid to lose my contents if i go there again, so I would never go to this location again. Such bad customer service, UPS should take this place down if they still want to do business. I am going to report this woman

This is the best-managed and best-performing UPS Store I have ever seen! No hassle. If you have to wait, then there’s usually a good reason, like because they’re popular. I highly recommend this place. Their customized t-shirts are well-made and brightly colored. Amazon-shipment handling is done perfectly.
I have been a business customer receiving mail here for 5 years, experienced many changes of management all not favorable. I had to call corporate to file a formal complaint against Sunni, the man in the store that rarely is helpful.HOWEVER, Arjumand has been a complete God send to this location. I used to dread going to pick my mail up from here due to Sunnis personality. She makes it pleasurable to come pick up my business mail from this location. Last month, I accidentally had my vanity delivered her instead of my home. It was HEAVY AND HUGE, Sunni refused to assist, as usual but she jumped up with a dolly to hold the door. Its sad she has to do so much of the heavy lifting in this store but I love her being at this store. If Arjumand ever left this location, I would follow her to her next location because thats how awesome she is. I only gave 4stars due to Sunnis attitude if it was just her it would be 5 stars!!!

This Duluth Georgia location has gone through a lot of changes. Its Now The Best Ever.Since its opening. Originally then it was one of the best UPS Stores as well. In this review I like to only focus more details on the Good and only mention the Bad. Great People: In 2014 there were Shelby, Andre & then the other Charlotte. In 2015 Mechelle was as bright as a star. In 2016 Andrea Managed the store with great performance.Some time later & till recently then until it had a downside. But Now its Brighter than Ever Before. Under the management I can say that its the best UPS Store I have ever seen.Update: Everything is still great.
I have had a mailbox at this UPS Store for years after having a horrible experience with the USPS PO Box. Over the year it has been great. Everyone that works there is resourceful and helpful. Recently, Arjumand has been very helpful with my mail outs and a package that I had to return. Thank you for being my go to for taking care of my clients and my business mailing needs.
A package of my has been lost for over three weeks and UPS Corporate has given little to no help at all. They even closed and did not contact me about the closure of my claim and did not give me my insurance coverage of $1,000 that I have on the package.Sonny and Assad called me this morning and have done more in 20 minutes than UPS has done in 25 days.I will most certainly give this store a five star once I have confirmation that the package has been taken by someone other than store #3857.
I went into this store to mail off my son’s game to Nintendo. I had the code for the mailing label on my phone. The Indian lady tells me that she can’t scan the code. She says that I need to email the code to them, she proceeds to show me this card that they have printed out with an email address on it. The card says that I will be charged $2.00 for them to open the email. When I told her that I would just take my business to the ups store being ran by Americans. She then tells me that she can scan it, and that I made a mistake. Someone has to do something about these people trying to rip people off. I took the game to another ups, bought the envelope scanned the label and sent everything off. No hassle!!! Don’t patronize this place. UPS SHOULD CLOSE THEM DOWN

I went in here the other day to quickly mail a package. There was virtually no wait, and the manager promptly took care of my package. Amazing service! Not to mention, they were super nice and helpful. Ill definitely be bringing my future shipments to this UPS store.
Great customer service - I had put together a package to go to Canada but missed my office pickup so dropped it at the UPS store at the end of the day. When the driver arrived they realized that I hadnt included all of the necessary customs paperwork so Drea called me and reprocessed the shipment for me over the phone. She went above and beyond the call of duty to get an important shipment out that day - thank you so much!
This location has the most professional and courteous staff. Its important that my mail and packages get in my hands in a timely manner and The UPS Store always meets my expectations! Ive been doing business with them since 2011 and they have always been a reliable business partner and I would highly recommend this location.

I had a very good experience at the store. There is a new store manager there now and she is very friendly and helpful. The store is right next to Publix. The parking is huge and there are always plenty of empty parking spots near the store. So it is in a very easily accessible. I am usually able to go in and out in minutes. Love the place!!
Go somewhere else. New management is awful! They packed up a glass jar for my company and shipped it. I paid extra a lot extra for the packaging to insure it arrived in one piece. The jar broke in transit. I ended up shipping another package and put in a claim request to pay for original contents and shipping/packaging costs. First of all it took them a month to get the proper paperwork for the claim. Then they only reimbursed me a portion of the total cost of the original shipment and contents. The management told me I needed to contact UPS directly to dispute the amount paid for the claim. Waited 2 weeks for a phone call back from UPS. Just got off the phone and UPS told me I had to go directly back to the store. Needless to say, I will not be utilizing them for my company shipments any longer.
I was having a very bad day and when I went into this store to send my items off. I was greeted by the manager. She was very polite and helpful. I had so many questionShe took her time and answered every single one of them. Now, that is what I call great customer service. I will be returning to the store.

I walked in and the lady stayed on her phone with her friend the whole time. Picked it up after I walked in the door.Didnt bother helping me. I had two boxes to ship. Eventually threw me scissors. Never mentioned a word to me. Gladly I ship a lot at other locations so I know what theyre for. Waited for about 3 minutes for her to tell me what to do next. Hoping she would. The hands me the packing slips for the labels and says put those in there and stick it to the box...again. Im good at this but dont treat a customer like they work there and know what to do.I patiently waited as she ignored me and Im in a hurry so I decided to just ask for tape. She went and got it. Lay it in front of me and went back to her call. I taped it up. Made sure thats it and left. I never leave reviews but this experience deserved one.Didnt give it one star because she wasnt verbally rude to me at any point.
Poor customer service. Charged me for the 2 pages that was printed by accident. Which may seem trivial, but that just shows the level of customer service the employees have at this store. Hope that improves with proper training.
I was a victim of harassment, acts of intimidation and sexual misconduct for months of UPS delivery drivers. Each and every time I called to place a concern it was always ignored & my concerns were always handled with retaliation and not confidentially. Time & time again drivers would come back to confront me about the complaints made to the call center. They would rush back to confront me with fingers in my face, nasty slurs, and would even stand over me and refuse to leave the premises. I ended up having to file Trespassing Warrants against two belligerent drivers: Shelvin Lawson & Jeffrey Glover. Once an investigation was started after several complaints and video footage captured, Security Supervisor Susan Miller called to get a statement. Susan was extremely unprofessional & bias. Never did she apologize for the trauma or events that I had endured even after seeing the video footage herself. Once the Trespassing Warrant was established she began to become rude and stated that it was such an Inconvenience for the drivers. FOR THE DRIVERS!! This confirms that no action was going to be taken in which was never done for months. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she refused to give me their contact information and referred me to a colleague who worked in a different department. She then ACCIDENTALLY texted me in an attempt to give the colleague a heads up stating that I would call. This company is AWFUL and everyone works together & their is no accountability for the members in leadership nor the behaviors of the driver. I will be submitting this information to my local news department. This unjust activity and behavior must be stopped.
The man in there was really rude. He had brown skin, glasses and black hair. I came in there to mail something off and he was just sassy the whole time. I went to pay with cash and he got an attitude and asked me if I could pay with something else. I said I didn’t have anything else so he said okay. Acted like he had the change and then told me to go to publix and get him change. I told him I wasn’t leaving my money with him especially because he didn’t print my receipt. I had my mom go to publix to get the change and he then told me count out my half and give him his which he should have done. He couldn’t remember my total or nothing. When my mom asked what the problem was I told her that apparently there was no change in the store. He slammed the change drawer on the counter and started yelling Saying “I do have change just not enough!” Once we finally got that squared away he goes to say to me “see. It’s simple” and I said no it’s not simple I’ve never had to deal with something like this in my life. I turned to walk away and he was still talking junk. I will never go to this one again. Sad cause I live right around the corner 🤷🏾♀️

Dont come here!!!! They advised me to send expensive electronics in some flimsy bubble envelopes, so I bought two...later I decided I didnt want to do that and tried returning the envelopes and they refused. Such poor customer service and waste of money. Never coming back.

They are very very rude, especially the Indian lady who works there. I asked her to tape my package because every other UPS does that, and she basically gave me an attitude and she said I have to pay for it. She was very rude and she just put the see-through sticker on the top of barcode although she said that she will take them off. So rude and I am never coming back ever again.

The UPS was supposed to pick up my return package to Amazon, I waited all day for them but they didn’t show up. I went to the store with my package to drop it off. They made me call amazon to obtain a return label for drop off (since I had a label for pick up). After 15 mins on the phone and getting the labels, the ups employee told me that to print the labels I have to pay $2. Also, since I was returning two items I had to buy a separate box (I had them in one box). Very frustrating, I ended up leaving with my package.
The customer experience was terrible. The lady that helped was very rude. She yelled at me at told me should would not be able ship the package that I had with me. She could have explained it to me in a nice manner. I will never go back to this UPS store. I would stay away!

I could not agree more with Juan. This lady with glasses, short hair and annoying voice and sequely high pitch is a chatter box. You literally have to tell her to shut up before you could even begin to talk. She not only wanted to sell me stuff that I did not want but very rudely tell me to take may package to some other place. Basically do what I say or go F... yourself. People like these need to stay home and not face customers. From her discussion it seemed like UPS does not take care of packages and could pile pallets on top of your items that could break. She need to be fired....right away....

Went to get my passport photo. Told by staff there is only 1 employee who knows how to use the camera. Not sure when person will be back. Asked how much the passport photo would be - dont know then employees walked away. Ill take my business elsewhere.
