So amazed at the wonderful customer service.Cant remember when I have had a customer service experience as great as I had at this storeI am a OTR trucker and had my phone crash came to the store in Dumas to get a phone and Jada helped meShe was polite, friendly, and professional and was able to answer all questions and was extremely patient with me.The manager was amazing also. Can tell she had pride in her store and her employeeShe was even able to get my old phone restarted.I still bought a phone and service and I even had to call store a couple times with questions and was treated politely and professionallyThe store didnt have theI made the sale forget about this guy attitudeOnce again.. Thoroughly impressed and even though I dont live in area I will recommend this store to other OTR drivers if they are ever in need of a phone.Not sure if I said it but JADA IS THE BEST!!!

This store never answers the phone. Dont have enough workers only one sometimes 2, so you will spend a oong time in the store for service. Very aggravating.

Phone was compatible, but the lady said that it wasnt. I even did research before going in, and she kept trying to make me buy a phone. Reason I went in was bc I wanted lower rates and didnt have the money to buy another phone and didnt want another one regardless.
