Definitely recommend this location for all your wireless needs. Haley went above and beyond to help me choose the right plan and phones for my family. I really appreciate her calculating everything for us and making sure we are happy with our new phones and the great deal we got with Verizon. She was extremely patient with me and made sure to explain every single detail thoroughly. Since the phones were not available in the colors and memory that we needed, she had to place an order and the phones were there in the store in a timely manner. when I went to the store to pick them up, it was very quick to set up everything and get me out the door. that so I will definitely be going back to this location as well as referring more people to Haley, so they can also experience what great customer service feels like.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I haven’t felt that disrespected and ignored. All the of employees very unknowledgeable about the services. I bought a new phone and one of them forgot to put my trade cost off on my new plan. Then, it took two days of me coming back five times to get my info uploaded onto my new phone. I ended up not getting everything transferred over because they didn’t know what they were doing.I asked if I could take my phone home to download over night and they declined. The NEXT day when I was in there they offered for another man to take their old phone home overnight to transfer onto their new one.Their friends would come in the store to hang out, take my seat, and the people helping me completely forgot I was in there. Long story short I was crying at the end of it. I’m SO astonished by the lack of professionalism and pride people take in their jobs.

Excellent service. The managers are great.

I walk in and there are 3 salespersons waiting on 3 people. I wait 10/15 min and 1 sales person finished with customer but walks to back. I’m still waiting. 5 min later a gentlemen walks in past the wait here sigh where I was standing. Another sales person finishes with her customer and then walks over to the guy that walked in after me (3 other people walked in). I left. If your sales persons Wolf bother to ask who is next would have been nice.I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and every time I need to up grade or need assistance the store on Dumas is not the place to go. So this year I’m switching to AT&T.

Terrible service and employees have zero knowledge of what their promotions are.Honestly just drive to the location in Amarillo.

Stopped in to upgrade my phone staff was super manager was excellent.Been in a few Verizon stores throughout the country Dumas TX has been the best experience yet. Keep up the good work.

Horrible, very unhelpful. They couldnt help because of a pin number issue. Manager lady told me they were not in the customer service business, I would have to call Verizon. I wanted to buy a new phone and they wouldnt even help out and take my money. They also ran off an older gentleman that was just trying to pay his bill. Treated him as if he were a moron. Lady was right, they are not in the customer service business.

Third time in a row I reload my phone beforehand and when it must work, there is no service. I am on there road, not around in their office hours. And stuck and no one answera the office numbers. Service is no good. Employees not trained

I went up to their office the other day and they were closed over an hour sooner than their posted time. There was no weather or other foreseeable problems with driving conditions and there was no posted sign about these changes. And think, we were going to switch to their service...
