I HAVE been a AT&T customer for 47 yrs non stop!! And I called my local store to asked them how much longer till were due for a upgrade the sale man reply said he cant tell me that I have to come into the store in person and they will tell me. I just got out of the hospital with pneumonia being in there 1 month and I live 20 miles to my local store. I think I will change to Verizon I dont need this attitude after 47 yrs of service we never been later. I think if At& t wants to keep us they better come forward fast with a deal because I am ready to drop all service with you NOW. π₯Ά

We have gotten new phones and accessories from the duncan store and our sales rep was the greatest, his name is tyler and he was so helpful. he definitely deserves a raise!!!
I was greeted upon entering. The rep came right to me. Explained everything in very basic terms for me. Im old and low tech. Dont understand lots. But helped and solved our problem quickly. Then on top of all that got me a new plan where we got HBO max AND saved almost $20 a month. Im very happy with my service. My representative. And the service I received!

The 2 gentlemen were super friendly to myself and my 3 kids. both smiled and made me feel like family. very professional and knew what they were doing. super happy i picked at&t. one of the men had orange hair and beard and the other had darker short hair. i wish i would have caught their names. they were super awsome and deserve a pay raise π

Ive had mostly good experiences with going into At&t stores but this has been the most unexpected and best experience Ive had in a while. I called and asked if a phone was in stock the associate informed me that it was and even let me know that the store would be closing within an hour. I live about 20-30 minutes away from the store so this was helpful information. He was able to get me taken care of well before the store closed and provided me with accurate and helpful information about the 5g network and how to get another phone repaired.

Melissa, Bryan and Charles will lie through their teeth to scam you. Then they blame it on whatβs going on it Charlesβ life and threaten to sue me because I was recording. π Theyβre just mad I have their unprofessional and combative behavior on video. Theyβre getting ready to be in a world of trouble. Police report being filed and headquarters told me this store is known for ripping people off. Stay far far away!

Best cell service in most areas of Duncan. However, employees dont seem to know much about the services they offer. I ordered internet only to learn on the day it was to be installed that it was not available at my address.
This store is amazing. They always give a great experience and treat their customer excellent. They are very knowledgeable and take extra time to ensure you fully understand what is going on.
The workers Ive dealt with, have been incompetent. The employees are coached to answer questions, without telling the customer what they need to know. No sale or deal they have, is as posted. God forbid you get stuck in a contract like me, the customer service over the phone is unbearable and good luck getting anything fixed. Recently went into the store to see about a cheaper plan, guy told me this new one was exactly the same, but 5 dollars cheaper a month. Well my bill is now 25 dollars more, because he didnt start my new, identical plan, on the new billing cycle. I have successfully wasted 2 hours of my life trying to fix this, and it still isnt fixed. This happens every chance provided and this service is not worth it, by any means. Thanks to the employee for wasting hours of my life.

There were 2 employees in there. The girl that waited on me was very friendly. But the guy that was there was not friendly at all. I was looking at a phone n accidentally pulled the cord out of it n he had to help get the alarm to go off. He was messing with his phone n had to get off of it to make it stop n he acted like it was a bother for him to get up n fix it. He never said one single word. Very unfriendly!!

Not sure that this store has anything to do with their Internet Uverse service but I just wanted to say that I switched little over a year ago from CableOne (horrible!) to ATT Uverse.Even though I dont quite get half of the advertised bandwidth speed the service is reliable and priced fairly. After my promo ended they did try and raise my price but I called them on the fact that my speeds are not up to par with their service promise, they had a tech come out and check out my speed issues and determined that my distance from the node is why my speed is not as advertised, but alas they agreed to keep my monthly price for service at $37 a month. Now thats how you do business! Take note CableOne! Their service is reliable and for the most part my family is able to do everything we like to do on the net (streaming, gaming, etc...) without much of an issue and for a fair price! Thank you AT&T! Kudos to you! Now please, hurry and upgrade your network some more around Duncan and make your service better and I am sure you will get a lot more CableOne customers!
Internet service has been terrible over the past 2 years. Please fix it.
Open sign on and flashing, door locked. Shortly after someone turns sign off. If you mess up and turn the sign on, good customer service would be open the door. Bad customer service loses customers.
