I have had no problems what so ever with the employees at Cricket Wireless.They have been very helpful and fix things with my phone and other things.This is the store in Duncan,Oklahoma.

I’m not sure this is the right place but the young lady I’m describing had cricket Wireless on her shirt i hope this makes its way to the right person i was looking for the Skin Clinic here in Duncan and my phone would not cooperate my friend and myself were struggling to find the clinic and stopped to try to fix my phone we couldn’t get it to work and saw this young lady exiting her car and we stopped and called to her and asked her if she knew where it was she came over and tried to fix my phone explaining that she works at a phone store when she couldn’t get my phone to work she told us to follow her there she led us there and told us to have a good day as of now I’m not a Cricket customer but after this experience I’m considering becoming one.

It was a great experience doing business with Justin. He was very professional, he knew the answer to every question I had. I would definitely recommend Justin to anybody who walks in.

The manager tristany was great. She helped me get a phone that I needed not just the one I wanted. Im so glad she did that. She was very knowledgeable about pricing plans functionality if the phones. I wont go anywhere else cause I doubt they would give me the service that she demonstrated to me.

The people there helped me tremendously and I had no problems with them but the smell in that store needs to be fixed. That has to be unsafe working conditions. I was in there all of 5 minutes and got a headache from the strong stench. I can’t imagine how the employees feel. It Is a terrible smell. I’m going to find out who to call and report the store for unsafe working conditions. Who knows what the employees are breathing in? I feel bad for those young people in there.

Me and my husband were traveling through and our phones were acting crazy so we stopped at this cricket wireless to see if they could help us we spoke to 3 great people that worked there justin Jose and the general manager tristany they went above and beyond to try and help us figure out what to do so our phones would work we ended up buying 2 phones and switching our service because this group was so helpful and great thank you cricket wireless and the great customer service from the 3 above mention but tristany was exceptionally excellent and we cant wait to go back through your town just to stop and see her thank you tristany

Great people and service love the manager

The workers were very helpful and informative about the different features of the phones. They made shopping for a new phone much less stressful and were very friendly as well. We had come at a busy time but we still did not have to wait very long and still got very good customer service.

The people are nice and understanding and help with problems we have with our phones and great listeners and and get down to the issue and fix it.

Their employees go above and beyond the call of duty to help and assist their customers

I experienced amazing customer service from the employees but when i asked them if they would be open tomorrow during they snow storm they said yes! how can you expect you employees to drive in dangerous conditions is this company really so money hungry that they are willing to put the well being of their employees on the line even if they drive carefully there is no guarantee everyone else will this is why every couple of months there is a hiring sign posted in the window i think this is in very poor taste and a horrible way to keep your employees while you sit and workk from home

So much cheaper to have this service than T- mobile. My goodness the savings. The only flaw is that the phones are not the current phones. At least not for the Samsung phones.

I like my service with Cricket very much and will never switch! The ladies and guy that helped me switch and upgrade were amazing and they really appreciate their customers! Tristany is especially great!

I love the store and sales people, but lastnight was a little rushed. Some was probably due to New years Eve everyone wanting to go home, idk. One sweet lady waited on us, then at last minute another stepped in asked whos phone it was, my daughter said it was hers and she said it was ready,handed us the phone,no bag no box,no charger, cant remember if we even have a receipt. Over all its a great place only thing that has ever happened to me 😔. Closed today so no charger today.

Only reason I give one star, is because you cant give zero stars. They would rather close for several hours, in the middle of the afternoon, and horse around inside than sell phones. I have been a cricket customer for YEARS. Only had problems with one other store. But it really does irritate me that they would rather put a hand written note on the front door, and horse around, than sell products and help customers.

To say this place is unprofessional is an understatement. We called the store to ensure they had the product we needed. We made the drive and arrived at the store within the hour, then waited in line for an additional hour for services. When it finally came our turn to be assisted, the product we needed was conveniently “Not in stock.” The mediocre sales associate, Dori, admitted to informing us of the wrong product being in stock. She stated, “We were busy, I probably just mixed the two up.” Nobody purchased the phone before we arrived, she simply mixed the two up. Her simple mistake robbed us of time and patient, and left us ultimately with no phone. This is not a store I will be returning to for any of my future needs. Finally, I would not recommend their services to any future customers. Instead, spend your time and money at a location that will actually be of assistance to you.

Covid is slowing down customer service, hey it cant be helped better than them being closed.

The customer service was great, but the overwhelming smell gave me a terrible headache and make me want to get sick constantly while in their store, upper management should take note they could possibly lose business if they smell continues to intensify!!

The two ladies there were very helpful and polite plus they knew what they were talking about! We have dealt with the college age employees in the Mall of Lubbock and Lawton! Loss cause, ugh!!

I have services though them and they have good services.

They add apps to my phone ( some you cant get rid of) that put ads on your phone at random times and any time you open your phone or plug it into the charger. This interferes with real time gaming apps such as Clash Royale and Pubg mobile.Sales lady that sold me the phone said I could use a wireless hotspot on it with my current plan, installed an app for it and showed me how it works, but I got a message saying I cant use it from cricket saying theyd shut off my plan just a couple months later. I am unable to add the hotspot to my plan even though my phone supports it for unspecified reasons. When I went back in the same girl was working and said she couldnt help me with it at the time because her manager was thethe hotspot and that she wasnt supposed to do it in the first place even though I told her that was the main selling point with whether or not I wanted to go with cricket.Service has been fine, but anyone thinking of getting a plan through cricket should be aware of these shady business practices...
