I wrote the review about my bad mower yesterday intending it about the John Deere Company and not the Duncan Standridge John Deere dealer. I was upset that the John Deere mower I bought at Home depot in Lawton had a Transmission problem due to defective parts that they were not agreeing to replace. I thank the people at Standridge John Deere for standing up for me on this issue and working with me to make it right and also John Deere company has also agreed to help now. I never meant for the review to come out on Standridges site and apologize that it ended up there. Ive been trying to delete that review but having a problem getting it to delete. Ive written Google reviews about the problem. Again I have had great service at Standridge John Deere and my review was not intended to be about them. I appreciate their help and would refer my friends to go there. They have been very helpful and I regret that my previous review ended up on their site.
