I have always gone here since I have first started driving and they have been reliable to me.... a buddy of mine was on the phone with them they said hold on and we held on.... like really long wait calls... when I mean really long I mean long...lol but other than that situation when I have drove up its been good.

The associated Yolanda, went over and beyond for me. Showed me the best customer service I ever had. And she was physically limited and still showed willingness to help me . She deserve a raise!!! Nathan is my hero. Not only did he diagnose my #5 Injection Coil as being BAD - 3rd time on my 2001 Chrysler LHS. But at NO charge he replaced it under warranty. Engine light now is OFF & car runs 🏃‍♂️ smoother.

Called to inquire about windshield wipers. Spoke with Pillar, who was helpful on the phone. Walked in to store, saw 3 employees and not one greeted me, went to get wiper that seemed to fit my vehicle. As I waited to check out, Pillar checked to see if I had the correct item. So, seems like she was the only employee working there today. Hope she is well appreciated by her employer. As for the other people working there, they really should learn how to greet customers as they walk in.

They are always very helpful. I needed my battery changes but there was so much corrosion on it they couldnt take it out. There was a valiant effort though. There were at least four different agents trying to take it out! They had brushes and sprays are gloves and everything lol (I am sorry my car was being difficult 😅.) Even though they couldnt fix it, they gave the location of a shop that did and even offered to pick up the old battery so I didnt have to carry it back. Thank you guys! (Especially to Angela!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾)

Very Unprofessional, leave you on hold for over 30min and answer other people’s phone calls. They ask what you need and you let them know and automatically say they don’t have it without even asking you about the model.If you don’t like your job QUIT.This is why we will always stick with o’reillys down the street.

I had the pleasure of meeting Scott, the Store Manager on yesterday. I went to Auto Zone needing for them to check my battery and to purchase windshield wipers for my vehicle. He was very polite and courteous to assist me with all of my needs. He even took it a step further than I or my friends were expecting. He stated that he would put my wipers on as well as installing the battery. I thought to myself WOW we wanted to tip him, but stated he wasnt able to accept. So, I would highly recommend visiting the Auto Zone in Duncanville, Texas. Thank you Scott for your OUTSTANDING Customer service!!!

My experience here in regards to customer service here has always been phenomenal. I normally go to the location near Camp Wisdom Road and Polk Street. But when push comes to shove I have to travel to the location off Wheatland Road in Duncanville,Texas. The sales associate by the name of Chris is very professional and courteous to the customers needs. Never have I ever encountered an associate with a positive attitude towards providing the most greatest customer service one can give. I can only wish I can speak the same for other locations.

Workers are not knowledgeable they choose not to ask questions before you spend a large amount of money on one part. And when you have them come take a look to make sure youre doing things correctly theyre gonna tell you that it is not their part but its something else and theres no refund. So now am stuck with a part I cant even use and down $200 dollars

My experience here was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in to replace a battery on our truck. Initially, the sales rep (Grace) and manager (Rudy) were busy with customers and could not help use take the battery out. After several failed attempts to unscrew the battery, my boyfriend went back in the store to see if they could help. Grace, was very knowledgeable about batteries and was able to swap out the batteries. She also had great customer service which was awesome because customer service these days suck. lol. I would definitely go back to this store. Keep up the great work Grace!

Great in person customer service.Fast and super friendly. However, very quick to pop you on hold if you call in. Must hang up and call back immediately as they will put you on hold forever. I learned this very quickly as they put me on hold so long, I had time to get dressed, check Oreily Auto Parts for the part and drive to their store. I was already inside by the time I got my call answered. Today I called and instead of waiting 20 minutes on hold, hung up after the hold and called back immediately. Lady took my call second time with no hold. Everyone at the store is so nice but sometimes it can be the little details that make all the difference.

Updayed:I ordered a 2009 Hyundai driver side window regulator. A plastic Part was broken when I got it home out of the box. Had to wait for another one to be delivered to the store.They ordered another part but I had already installed since it was inside the door. I appreciate that they offered, but after starting the install, I realized several holes werent correct size for the plugs that hold electrical wiring so I had to drill those out. Also, the dust cover hole over screw holding in the window was way to small and too big to drill so I had to leave it out. I looked at the sticker on back of parts and noticed there was a different letter at the end of the part number. Just be careful to check manufactures part numbers rather than store part numbers for an exact match.

Came in to buy car oil. Guy was very nice but when he came out to help me put it in the car, he couldnt get the top off and staff jokingly refused to help him. He recommend that I either go to Take5 next door for help, or get a refund for the oil and get an oil change.

I called to find out what I had under warranty, they usually ask what your phone number is and look it up...Today a sorry excuse of customer service work named Rudy (who said he was a manager) answered the phone and told me he could only look it up by part number! I said I just called and the other employee looked it up by my number. He had the nerve to say he doesnt work that way! This is exactly why I started going to OReillys...they have better parts and attitudes. RUDY YOU SUCK AND I HOPE YOU GET THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GIVE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

Terrible AutoZone. I walked in and they were loudly discussing sex, one guy was even talking about his big black dick I bought a part and when I asked to borrow tools, they told me that all their tools had been stolen thanks to new hires didnt even attempt to assist me. Bad customer service, slow to respond, all employees I interacted with were being unprofessional, and none of them seemed to really know anything about car parts.They even stopped halfway through ringing up my products to have a side conversation that had nothing to do with the order.On top of it all, they wouldnt give me a mower spark plug unless I brought in the old plug even though I had pictures and the correct part number. (Ended up ordering it online and it fit perfectly).Not all AutoZone stores are bad, but I would steering clear of this one.
