The two new women that works as cashiers are rude one is African-American and the other one is Nigerian lady and a African-American lady theyre cashiers theyre very rude one of the womens who have red hair with light-skin she walks around with earbuds in her ears if you try to ask her for anything she cannot hear you and sometimes if you ask her anything she will ignore you the other lady is a Nigerian lady she slam my medicine on the counter and told me to slide my card but the machine didnt tell me to slide my card and i told her than she got mad and turned her head and gave me my receipt I had to hold my composure in the store because I dont tolerate rude people this is not the first time this has happened and I would appreciate if you all will address this situation. This store is always out of things and they need to have more new items and more OTC products.

This Walgreens is the worst!! They lose my prescriptions, nothing is ever ready when it’s supposed to. They let people sit at the drive through window when their meds aren’t ready. I was in line for 30 minutes the other day! The pharmacists have a REALLY bad attitude whenever you ask questions. I’m over it. Moving over to CVS.

Not my Walgreens to pick up prescriptions but it should be. It’s pretty calm compared to the one in Dallas I usually go to. They also have Harry Potter legos! Wide aisles and good lightning. Friendly employees.

I attempted to provide insurance card before the prescriptions were filled to expedite the process. The person at the counter became agitated and demanded on 3 occasions that I be seated. The Pharmacist had to come up Fromtrunner. He took my information and was completely reasonable. The incident may have been racially discriminatory.

If i could give zero stars i would i have to change my pharmacy im sitting in my car in the drive thru and there are 6 cars just sitting out here this is ridiculous 😡 DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO DO cause they are VERY SLOW something needs to be done about this they need to come up with a better system to get there customers served in a timely manner

I had an appointment for my second covid vaccination at 6:30 and they did not get to me until 7:15. I dont understand why this Walgreens makes appointments if they do not honor the time.

The store manager at this location is very toxic and bad for business I will be reporting to corporate. The pharmacy issued me an incorrect medication and she told me to go to another store. Someone from corporate needs to reach out immediately and explain how Walgreens allowed this to happen. Also they had Dove labeled at 85 cents and she then said a customer labeled it not the store. Absolutely despicable customer service and management!!!! Horrible store manager

I stop by at least 4 times a week on my way to work. Loretta is usually manning the register in the mornings and she is super fast, efficient, and friendly. Never have any issues on the retail side. All the employees are fantastic. My children and I have tricare prime though and use the Tom Thumb pharmacy because the pharmacy leaves much to be desired. Every time I try to fill a prescription there it’s a super hassle. It’s always the same issue, having to give all our information again like first time fillers, why don’t they keep us in the system. We have lived around the corner for 11 years, same doctor, same insurance.

I had a prescription called in to this pharmacy before 11 am this morning. It is now almost 4 pm. I have called the automated phone three times and the robot says my medication is being processed. After the third time I finally convinced the robot to let me talk to a real person. The real person has hung up on me twice now. I really don’t know if I will ever get my medicine. It’s not difficult medicine, I really don’t understand. I will be contacting my insurance company about the preferred pharmacy I am being forced to use.

Pharmacy was excellent! Alfreada took the time to verify the medication in stock and then call the hospital to transfer my medication. She took the time to catch a error and process my insurance and savings card. Her customer service was exceptional and not rushed. I’m grateful!

This has become the WORST PHARMACY!!!I have been with them for years & now I have been up here in person 5x to get my monthly prescription & each time they tell me something different!Ive moved to CVS across the street.THIS WALGREENS IS INCOMPETENT!!They just lost my business. I Just went in to make a purchase around 6:15 a.m.. The lady at the counter named Betty was so rude. She did not say one word to me. She didnt speak when I walked up. She didnt tell me that she was moving from 1 register to the other. I just stood there and waited for her to move. She did not verbally tell me my Total. She did not say have a good day. Nothing. She didnt really even look at me. Its as if I was annoying her by being there. Terrible experience.

If youre a guy looking for any kind of products aimed for men, this Walgreens is NOT the place for you. Aesthetically pleasing as you first walk into the store, but ask for male Hygiene products and youre better off finding The Woman of your dreams riding a Unicorn on a rainbow road running up to you with a pot of gold on one hand and a nice juicy steak on another declaring her devoted love for you.

Vet called in my dogs script 3x and they claim it was never called in... This is an anti-seizure medication and is needed daily! I made ample enough time to have it refilled and check on it and they just beat around the table about it.Come guys.. Seriously!?

When this pharmacy was located on Clark at Mountain Creek Parkway, they were pretty good. But ever since they moved to Wheatland, I dread going to Walgreens to pick up a prescription! I sit in line in my car or stand in line inside, makes no difference. It takes FOREVER to get served! I once pulled up into the drive through thinking I was in luck because there was no one in line ahead of me. I buzzed the call button and somebody said they would be right with me. Five minutes later, I buzzed again with the same response. After sitting there waiting for more than 20 minutes, I finally gave up and left. The public would be better served by a stone! At least it couldnt give false promises!

The pharmacy at this location needs to do a better job of having associates available to assist customers during peak hours. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes, usually longer, every time I visit. This is pitiful since I used Walmart for the last 2 years and rarely had to wait. My insurance changed at the beginning of the year and I have to use Walgreens now. If I had my choice, I would not use Walgreens. I just dont understand why Walgreens cant do a better job of helping their customers get the medicines they need in a more efficient manner. Not a very happy customer.

Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. Had them promise a prescription by three different times and each time it not only wasnt ready, they hadnt even worked on it. Had to stand in line inside and wait at the counter before they would do anything. Even then it took forever and when I politely complained about the missed promises the clerk was extremely rude and basically said too bad then walked away from the counter and started bitching to a coworker about how the job sucked, loudly. To cap the experience it then turned out that they couldnt even fill one of my prescriptions, after having made me wait all day in one form or another. I repeated a similar experience 2 more times before giving up on the store. Learn from my mistake. Go to the CVS across the street.

After 30 minutes on hold, called CVS on another line and had someone live in the pharmacy in less that 30 seconds. Learn about customer service, Walgreens.

Fianceès Dr called in a Script, but Their system is down, so now its after hours and no way to re-locate the script to another location. And this location generally sucks anyways. Slow cashiers. Poorly stocked on OTC meds, generally chronically understaffed it seems.

There is ALWAYS a 15-20 min wait at the drive thru. The drive thru staff is also rude and not helpful at all. Inside staff varies, sometimes friendly, other times rude.
