Well I know I still had plenty of time but was refused service cause she was ready to go (EARLY) ALL I NEEDED WAS PROANE and that was that last store in the area with it.... At least 6 full tanks, so thanks a lot for looking out for the people NOT... Will never go to that location again just cause of the service I will try my luck with Family Dollar fr here on out or you can go to the dollar general on Wheatland and cedar ridge much cleaner and friendlier

This store was clean and well stocked. They had sanitize wipes at the counter for sale. The girl that checked me out at the checkout was friendly and helpful.

The manger there is so rude she didnt want to give her name she was there on 4-30 around 245 she said liston tea being expired is not her problem is pepsi she didnt want to do the exchange or give money back she needs some emergency training or find a job she rea likes talking to customers like that!!!

The two ladies who worked there didnt show any customer service skills, kept joking around while I was trying to make a purchase and didn’t seem to know anything about anything. Nobody was wearing name tags so :/ Didnt make any sense when I was just trying to ask a question about a purchase.

I liked that it was very organized. I didnt like that the lactaid milk was $4. I thought that was a little expensive.

Oh my, this location was a life savor with their Customer Service employee. We went looking for a last minute extension for a clients lamp and we couldnt find any. Then a young man, asked, Does it have to be in an unbroken package? I replied No, just make sure theres a price tag on it! Thank goodness there was half a tag. We got it and our clients were happy we took that extra effort to stop by on the way to their home. I dont recall that young mans name, but we were glad he was able to think quick and courteous with his Customer Service, extension of a Helping Hand, also!

The manager is not nice,all other employees are very nice.Store is clutter and no one enforce the mask rule.

This location was organized, clean, and had a good variety of products. The staff was nice, as well.

Unfortunately I had a less than pleasant experience this morning. I usually find the staff pleasant but the young lady on shift did less for the reputation for this store. I’m not sure if she was upset because her shelf stocking was interrupted but she should be more concerned with the customer. I’m especially disappointed that she didn’t try to hand my purchases to me after the transaction. Please don’t be so lazy.

In and Out as usual dont have to wait in line long at all

The cashier saw that I had a ten and a twenty so she told me the total was 10.37 cents so that I can give her the twenty and then she kept the ten from the twenty and gave me like fifty cents as the change. I found out on the receipt that the actual total was 9.37 .

Cashier dont greet or say hi or thank you. But well greet and say thank you to black customers. Sorry to say that. But all customers should be treated equal.When was cashier allowed to wear headphones while checking out customers. Visited march 18 2019 at 6:30pm

My first visit and to be honest I was impressed. A little bit crowded because its compact, but they have just about everything in there. Found items I needed that I could not find at better known stores and cheaper. This store is right on Camp Wisdom in Duncanville with easy access and parking lot and friendly staff.

When i lived in this area it was always a go to to keep me from having to go to other stores. Most of the time i found what i needed so it served the purpose at the time. Depending on who was working that day you were greeted.

Edit: Went down to one star from five because location has just gone down hill since 2018. Management really needs an overhaul at this location.Old Review:Workers are always friendly. Aisles are cluttered a lot but they have decent items and prices. Better than Family Dollar!

I like the fact its in my neighborhood down the street. However, every time I visit its looks trashy, opened boxes on every aisle, no updates items. I recommend a good deep cleaning and reassemble the way the store is set up.

Bad demographic location. Get and go... your car can be broken into or damaged in the parking lot.

Dollar General is better than Family Dollar any day. Plus I like the fact that they open up at 7 a.m. thats a plus plus in my book. Plus the prices are reasonable, and cheaper than Family Dollar.

This store needs a good cleaning. Dust every where and the floors need stripped and waxed. They did have the products we went there to purchase.

I am a regular customer at this location and Ive noticed that ever since the old crew was fired and Jared started working this location the store is always dirty and eggs are always rotting on the floor, and also looks like it hasnt been mopped in 3 months. I walked into the store today to get a 33 lbs of dog food and was followed to the back of the store and was asked by Jared to remove my hoodie like some kinda criminal I am 4 ft 9 and 98 lbs where would I hide this dog food. That will be the last time I step foot in any Dollar General location. Who treats weekly customers like this?

It was common, an ok area and down to earth employees.

This is one of my favorite stores I can always find great buys and what Im looking to purchase.

I use to love this location, it was always fully stocked, now the things that are advertised is never on the shelf, boxes, and boxes of merchandise on the floor, this place is terrible now.

Me and my friend went in the store looking for some slime cause we have been wanting some since everyone has it on instagram. we dont hang out that often so when we do we try to make it as fun as possible. we went into the store and we were looking for the slime but we started playing around. we couldnt find the slime so we asked the guy at cheek out . we asked him were the slime was and he said oo yall didnt find it while playing around in the toy section (in a really mean and annoyed voice) he practically kicked us out, we went back and looked for it but we didnt find anything so we left. they had really bad customer service and i wouldnt recommend going to this store. : (
