My husband and son were looking for a doolly, in which we were told wasn’t going to happen and if it did, it would be way over priced! We went to see Ryan and he found a needle in a haystack not once but twice! Our experience there from Ryan in sales, to Anthony and Carlos in financing to the manager, Rick, was phenomenal! Fair, honest and they go the extra step to make you happy! We were in and out of there so fast as well! “My boys” got their dream trucks and I couldn’t be happier about our experience!
I use their quick lube for oil changes on my Ram 3500 diesel. Service reps are friendly and courteous. Oil changes are completed in a timely manner while I wait.
The service technician I had was amazing. This was my first time dealing with the dealership. I had to be without my car for about a month. Paul kept me informed about my car everyday and made sure everything got fixed and it wasn’t rushed. I’m very blessed and thankful for the experience I had. I will definitely be bring my car back.
I needed help fast and they delivered for me. From checking in to checking out, all the staff I encountered was so nice and very helpful. Julia was the first one to greet me, she said dont worry WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU TODAY. She talked to several others and they made it happen. Once my truck was fixed the service staff worked with me on the bill. I left very satisfied.
Im editing this after taking the truck in for a oil change close to home. BUYER BEWARE have a professional mechanic check out a vehicle before you purchase. My husband was sold a truck that has a what we thought was a hemi tick. We are now having to spend thousands of dollars on a new engine. One of the lifter rods is stuck and metal shaving are going in the bottom of the motor. THEY HAD TO OF KNOWNMy husband found a truck online he wanted to look at. We went to the used vehicle lot, the salesman Ryan came out and greeted us. Right away he went and found the truck. Sent us out on a test drive. My husband liked the dodge ram so we purchased it that day. Ryan was polite, professional, and a great guy to work with. Thank you for being a great dealership to work with!

I brought the quote here, they beat it and have been awesome to deal with! No pushy upsell after the fact, no hassles...they have delivered on everything they promised and then some.
My first experience at this dealership will definitely bring me back. This is a family owned business… when I say family owned it’s because the treat you like you are family. We dealt with so many different people..Here are a few that stood out… the receptionist, Redgy - service Team A+++, Julian - Sales A++, George- Finance A- (my wife signed as #1 on paperwork- Sorry George…lol) They have a reputation for honesty, reliability, and good clean cars at a fair market price. Again. we had a great experience at Freedom! I highly recommend this dealership.

Do not let these people work on your car. Unless you want to mess something up. Took my car here and did thousands of dollars worth repairs, including my fuel pump. They did not secure my fuel pump properly so my car was leaking gas from the inside and out. Then tried to tell me it would be a couple days to have it looked at. After their the ones who caused the problem.
I needed my Dodge Journey serviced and tried Freedom Dodge for the first time and was helped by Racquel (Rocky) who was fantastic. Despite a heavy customer influx when I came in she took care of me and the others extremely well. I felt I had very personal service with someone who understood my needs and was in and out quickly. She followed up with me at every step and never gave me a moments doubt my car was not in great hands. She truly epitomizes customer service.

Sever was faster than i thought in and out changed my air bag from a recall had no one to pick me up so i had to wait but not long great job guys had a waiting with a big tv coffee water it was nice
RUN as far as you can from this place! Unprofessional, UNRELIABLE, a complete joke thus far! Our Ram 1500 has been at the service department for 3 weeks now. Still, no one knows what the issue is. We drove it in for a check engine light they said bad injectors or coils and 2 weeks later now they don’t know the issue they need to take apart the motor? Tim has been giving us the run around since day 1, we’ve been getting lied to every other day about the “potential” problems. Even after approving to break down the motor that took 4 days even though we were told everyday it was getting done. We had to pop up on them to find out our truck hadn’t been touched! These people are not honest. Biggest mistake we made was bringing it here.

Visit the service department to have my interiors light check to see why the light would not turn off.I waited in line for 30 minute for service no one came out to help.I finely got out and went inside for services.Services guy meet me at the door as was i inThe car behind the van.Service tech mention. They was booked up i had to leave my car just to check my interiors light and pay a $150.00 upfront to check my lights.That was very rue .Why pay before service?
Their quick lube service department is a joke. Booked an appointment for 2.30pm Today made appointment a week ago. When I arrived for the service, was told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait before they could get me in. Asked the quick lube manager why it was so long when I had a 2.30 appt. he told me that that is just an appt to see the service advisor. I just needed an oil change under a service contract. Why have appointments if they mean nothing. Why have service contracts that cannot be fulfilled unless you have a full day to waste. I’m done with this dealer, both for service and my next truck purchase. I will find someone that values customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a brand new Durango from them. Not even a year later I call to find out if my tires are under warranty. And to schedule for a recall that I received a post card about. Well they refused to tell me if the tires are covered. They said i need to schedule an appointment and come in!!! They would not help me over the phone. I live 2 hours away. I would rather not drive 4 hours on a donut, if it is not needed. I spoke with 3 people. All want me to come in just to talk about if the tire is under warranty. I would much rather get my tire fixed local, then go in for the recall.Top it off, all 3 of them told me I did not have a recall. Why did I get a post card saying it is recalled? A simple Google search also shows it was recalled.When you spend so much money on a vehicle, you want to take care of it. Do yourself a huge favor, go somewhere else! They are not able to help you long term. Just the day if the sale.Dont walk. Run!
Went to ask about DEF Limp Mode. 7/19/2021 The Service Rep said it was not under warranty. It is. I have Documentation that it is. Said it would be over $1500. to fix. To do delete it (illegal) would be over $4000 to remove and put a cap on emissions equipment. I came home and found the documentation. I am looking to buy another truck not Diesel since I have this problem, but not at this Dealership. I not only feel like I have been lied to, but the Service Rep was just having fun fn with me. Thats ok, Ill take my $60.000 that I will buy another truck with someplace else that will have customer service skills and treat someone that is worried about spending there hard earned paycheck with an honest businessman.

I called over a week ago and made a service appointment to get a new key fob programmed for my Dodge Caravan. They scheduled me for over a week away. I asked the scheduler how much the service would cost. He said he would have the service advisor call. Since then, I have called the service advisor three times and emailed him once. He has not responded. I have received several auto-generated emails and texts confirming my appointment but I’m not going to this appointment. I don’t do business with a place that won’t call me.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I will NEVER bring my car here and I don’t recommend anyone else to either for service!! How are you a Jeep dealership that doesn’t know how to fix a Jeep! Ridiculous! My husband and I came here to have our car fixed as the front of my car would not rise, literally after about 2 1/2 weeks there the problem was still not fixed. They originally said that the part they ordered would fix it, but guess what it didn’t then they say it’s now the air bags it literally went from one guess to the next! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! do not go here all they want is to take your money! after i got my jeep it was raining that day so usually when you get a new car they wash it up for you inside and out, its been 2.5 years and i still havent received my wash! Ive tried to call them multiple times to make an appointment with services to get my recalls fixed and get a pop up light fixed too and they said they were backed up. So what was the point of making an appointment and me wasting my time when i live 30-40 mins away from the dealership!! I tried to call to speak to the manager and they took my number and said they would call me that same day, its been 1 month and they still havent called me, i called again asking to speak to the manager and STILL no call!!! Its been a month since then. Please do not go to this dealership, worst decision of my life.
First let me say, my experience while at Freedom CDJR was great. Better than any of the other 3 Jeep service departments Ive been to. BUT my experience after, honestly, has sealed my decision to never purchase a Jeep again. The Jeep Grand Cherokee, the automobile, is great. It has NEVER given me a problem. AND THANK YOU SWEET JESUS, because if I actually had problems and had to deal with the Service Departments often, Im sure i would have pulled every hair of my eyebrows out. In May, I had just driven in from Louisiana and came in for an oil change. The technician recommended 2 additional services. I went with one but didnt do the other because he estimated it would take 2 to 3 hours. I just didnt have the time. A week goes by, I dont remember what exactly the technician recommended, so I called the service department. No answer. I call again later, no answer. I honestly believe Ive called at least 2 days each week with no answer. Actually, let me be specific. I call, it automatically picks up and goes through the please press one for... I know Ive pressed that 1 and 0 like 10 times. Never transfers the call. So I do a search online and find an alternate number. YES! I call and actually get a live person, who connects me to the service dept, it rings a long time, only to pick up and I hear that the extension for which Im calling cannot accept any more messages. Dangit! I call right back, no answer at all. I wait about 2 hours and the same cycle... live person, transfer to Service, long ring, message but unable to leave a message. Im done for the day. But I will try again next week. Heyelll no Im not. Im done.

Hello everybody I wanted to share with you all my bad experience at this location. As I pulled in the service line to wait for an employee to take my vehicle In. I will skip by a vehicle behind me. As another employee came out she yelled to the other employee “ hey you skipping this vehicle.” I thought to myself I’m not going to be scared. As I waited in the lobby I seen the vehicle that was behind me getting service first. At this point I was like dang I made an appointment for nothing. In conclusion I was in the lobby for an extra 35 minutes. Made complain but manager seem to not care . He said on my next visit I will have a discount. Buy to be rude I don’t care what anybody say la verbally, I rather see it in paper. I wouldn’t trust this place to take my vehicle back in for service.

My wife and I came here because we went to an auto shop and they told us our lower control arm was out not knowing if I’m being up sold or if it’s real we came here because our vehicle is still under warranty and I thought they would have our back and check it for us and I’m being told if they check it and it turns out there is nothing wrong that we still had $140 fee just because it was reviewed and nothing was wrong with it defeats the entire purpose of me getting it checked . Definitely makes me rethink my purchase through them, so consider yours very carefully

Thomas was my Service Advisor, he gave me exceptional customer service. Made sure I was taken care of when I came to pick up my car. It was raining and the customer service lanes were blocked with other cars, he drove around the building and back my car up to me so I didn’t have to get out in the rain to get into my car.
I called the parts department Friday, and ordered a part. Sent an email with all needed info for shipping and payment, with a request to hear back with order confirmation and tracking info. Called back today (tuesday) as I hadn’t heard from him. He told me he completely missed the email, and that the part that I had wanted (very hard to find) was sold Monday (yesterday) online on eBay. Very frustrating experience to say the least.

Worst experience ever! Tim is very very very rude. It took my mother to call him for me to even get an update on my car. I paid 1,800 $ for my car right now to be sitting on the side of the road.
Terrible. Wish I could give no stars. Just paying off a loan I took out 2 yrs ago for repairs that were not done right. The mechanics put a part on backyards and it came loose on the freeway while my daughter was driving. Took it back and they put it on wrong again. Spoke to the service manager and he accused me of threatening him because I was telling him the truth. He said he would get back with me, but never did and his voice mail was always full. I prayed about it and left it in God’s hands. Now I will drive all the way to the dealership on mockingbird to get treated right. I will even drive to the one in Denton, anywhere but here. They don’t deserve my business or any hardworking person that wants their vehicle fixed right. Others may have had a good experience here, but they don’t ever have to worry about me. Please help me contact corporate. I went I for an oil change and their recommendations turned out to be $2000.00 UNEXPECTED and my truck runs WORST...they keep avoiding fixing. HELP PLEASE.this is the 4th week of no answers. The paperwork they gave me is saying I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE TRUCK PARTS...this is absolutely not true. I went in for an oil change.
Service department was great. However have only had used vehicle for 2 months and have received suggested repairs for tune-up, injector flush, and contaminated brake fluid. Should have been completed before sale of vehicle is my question.1052.39 for the repairs. Not so happy with the diagnosis which were known before the sale. Are they passing the buck???

My Husband and I purchased Our Vehicles from them before ( Hasnt always been a pleasant experience)..So, I decided to give Freedom another chance. I spoke with Julian, explained that I was interested in buying another car. He texted the application, I sent pictures of my car, VIN number and Odometer. He never reached out to me. I texted and asked was everything ok. He told me he was working on it! The Next day I reached out to him around 11am. He said it was a crazy morning, let him check! I never heard back from him!! But he has all my personal information!! Not very good Customer Service. If u cant do something, just say so!!

The key to a successful business is the person that answers the phone. In this case the young lady that answers for this dealership was rude. Less said... I took my business to the Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership in Waxahachie, they were willing to help me with servicing my vehicle.
I received a recall notice, so I go to the dealership service department, didnt have the part. Okay put on list for the next available parts, 2 months later I get a call to come after work, and I ask about the part. I get there and waited 30 minutes to get told they dont have the part and its first come no appointment. So why text me if you dont have the part, a waste of time..

I have always had a great experience with Raquel in the service department. She is always helpful, courteous and always on top of her job. On a previous visit, a service rep assisted me and stated parts would be in on my car but was never followed up on. Raquel was able to make things work out. The only complaint I have is that it is very hard to reach anyone on the phone and get calls returned.

After telling the salesman (Nick)I wanted to wait a few months before applying, he goes to get another salesman rep(Rico) to come over to ensure us that he can get us approved with our current situation. I explained I’m in no rush and I can wait to be sure I’m approved and have a good rate and Rico said again he can get us approved now with the numbers we discussed. So after sitting there for 5 plus hours and they just kept running my credit. I finally say what’s the numbers and they come back saying I must have 8k down for it to be approved!!!! After running my credit 5 hours earlier and keep ensuring they are finishing the deal then come back with this!!! Just unprofessional and selling dreams and commitments they can not keep. Do not recommend going here!!!

Wow! Can’t believe I actually gave this place five stars. I get regular oil changes etc at this place and they always take forever but I endured it because the quality and customer service was good...but I’ve had enough. I was at the dealership at 9:15 AM and they started around 9:30 for oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and air filter change. It’s now 12 PM and they are still working on my vehicle (except for when the techs took a lunch break)...who knows, maybe I’ll get outta here by the time they close?!?!?Nice people but quick lube is NOT quick
