I BOUGHT A CAR CASH 7OOO DOLLARS AND THEY TRUST PASSED ME ON THE 29TH DAY AND WOULDNT TAKE PAYMENT THEN REPOED MY CAR FOR NON PAYMENT OF TAGS AND TITLE. I WENT WITH A THIRD PARTY TO PAY FOR TAGS AND THEY REFUSE PAYMENT AND HIDE THE CAR I PAYED CASH FOR AND IM STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY CAR BACK.

My family is looking for a vehicle to purchase. I have a specific budget in mind. As a customer I want to know if a car is in my price range. I want to pay cash.This business listed a newer car on FB Marketplace for $1,500. Cool, right! No. Fine print - Thats a potential down payment with no designated sales price. I get that as a business strategy- I clicked on the listing. I find this misleading so I sent a messaging pointing that out.The person who responded to my chat told me to mind my business and helpfully pointed out a punctuation error. (Thanks! A missed key stroke is clearly a measure of my intelligence.)Very unprofessional.Edit - Thanks for your reply. You missed my point. We want to pay cash. We want to find a vehicle in a specific price range. The way you position your ads leads people looking for specific cost vehicles to higher cost vehicles with credit/loan required for purchases.Your advertising focuses on financing and loans and down payments. I am not in the market for a loan.Your employee insulted my intelligence and dismissed my message as an annoyance. Im not interested in doing business with you.

I recently purchased a used Mazda 3 from this dealership. I was assured that the only issues with the car were cosmetic. As it turned out, the transmission on the car was bad. I spoke with the owner, Brian Johnson, about two weeks after buying it. He denied all responsibility. Now, Im stuck with a car with a bad transmission thats going to cost 2500-3k to fix. These people are scammers. Beware!

One star rating as our car buying experience started off well; we supported this business and planned on buying from them again, until we started to experience unprofessionalism and deceitful behavior from the owner Jeraime Jones. I’m still very disappointed as I thought this dealership had the potential to service us well, but after being patient and giving them the benefit of a doubt, Jeraime continued to misinform and mislead us. Jeraime did a very poor job with communication and a horrible job with being transparent with us as paying customers for a car my daughter wanted to buy and he never attempted to resolve the issues.at hand. Jeraime never apologized for his unprofessional and deceitful behavior, instead his brother Brian apologized on his behalf and always stated “I don’t know why Jeraime did that, I don’t know why Jeraime told y’all that...” as if that was supposed to justify his deceitful and unprofessional behavior. I sure do hate that my daughter had to experience this disservice in her car buying encounter with this dealership. However I am glad that I paid cash for my daughter’s car and we will no longer have to deal with them ever again. We are good customers and we expect and deserve to be treated with good customer service, loyalty and respect. The owner, Jeraime and his brother, the car salesman Brian apparently don’t have any morals or values when it comes to business and taking care of their customers. So beware, the vehicles they sale lack quality and the salesman and owner at XC Motors dealership can’t be trusted.
